Excellent as always, very good cleaning of my house

I was very pleased with the services that I received from two Maids & a mop. The ladies that showed up were very thorough, polite, and professional.

Great! The team is always through and professional. They are quick and get the job done without cutting corners. They get my shower glass sparkling! I would highly recommend. The owner Wes and Mgr Anthony are quick to respond and great to work with also.

It went very good. They showed up and did a great job cleaning the entire house.

Today Lindsey and Tiffany came to clean my house. Wow, wow and wow. They did a phenomenal job. My house is squeaky lean. I’m so impressed. Due to my husband’s long hours and my bad back we needed assistance for deep cleaning. I am so happy I found this company. I would recommend this company and I will continue to use their services,

they never finished the job. failed to respond to my last email. One of the three people sent was excellent, the two others were not properly trained. they didn't finish on the first day. I wanted the one good person back and she wasn't available immediately. I was willing to wait. they said they would reschedule when she was available but never did. I emailed to remind them but they never responded. nevertheless, they charged the full price.

This rating is for my first cleaning with Two Maids. We got off to a very shaky start but the staff was apologetic and assured that things would be better going forward.

They cleaned all areas very good - kitchen, baths, floors, etc. It was a sales clean so they were very thorough.

Two Maids and a Mop always sends professional individuals. They have done an excellent job every time they have cleaned my home. The only place I call when I need this service.

They are good and ask for anything they missed before they leave. They are also good about following up the day after with a phone call to make sure you are satisfied.

Overall, the cleaning gets done. The company is easy to work with and accepts credit cards and takes auto pay which is a huge plus. For the size of the space, and since they have been to my place before, I think little things like emptying the trash should not be forgotten, but we will continue to work with this company. They call you after each clean to see how it went.

They did an "okay" job cleaning my home. My biggest complaint is that for both of the past two cleanings, they've left my furniture and decorations pushed around out of place when they were done. Its pretty obvious stuff, like one of my chairs was facing the wall. So after they leave I have to go back through my apartment and straighten everything. Also, after my first "deep clean" there were certain things that didn't get cleaned like my blinds and bathroom faucets. I informed the manager and he was accomodating, but it's still frustrating. The employees are nice and easy to work with, but overall there's room for improvement in paying attention to the details.

The Maids did a great job, speak English, show up and bring their own supplies. I like that I do not have to leave notes. The company keeps all the special instructions on file. They did miss a few things on first visit, but one call to the service department and everything was made up on next visit. This is a professional service. Have tried others in the past and they always go down hill over time or even forget to show up on our assigned date. I prefer 2 Maids & a Mop professionals!
