They did a really good job and I would definitely recommend them.

Twice they have done service for me and the service has been extraordinary. They were on time, quick and did their job correctly and clean. The two different gentlemen who came out on two different occasions were very polite. I have no complaints whatsoever; all I have is praise for them. I think their price is reasonable.

Courteous, knowledgeable technician showed up later than expected, but he did notify me of the delay in a timely manner. Work completed quickly, plus he lubricated the door tracks because they were noisier than they should be. Quality products and professional service. Initially called them on Dec 18, 2013, I was a new customer and got their name off Angies List. My garage door would not open. The serviceman (I think his name is Rod) came out said he found nothing wrong and that "sometimes door won't work when it gets cooler outside". He said he would do general service maintenance and inspection for 79.00. I never heard of door not working because it was cool outside, but I agreed to the service maintenance fee. He said I had 30 days guarantee. Well, on Jan.3rd (Fri), 15 days later, my garage door would not work again and called them back. They could not come out for another 4 days until Jan 7th (Tues) in the afternoon. The same service man arrived and said motor is out. He looked at his watch, it was around 4pm, and said he still has to be in Wesley Chapel. He said he would call office to reschedule another appointment because he said "I thought it would be something simple". I said I have waited all afternoon for him and this is my appointment for repair which I scheduled 4 days ago. Plus this was their 2nd visit already to repair it. I asked if the 79.00 I paid a few weeks ago would be applied to the new cost (as he indicated at his first visit that it would if he had to come back out). He said he didn't know and would have to call office. The office called back (Gary) and said they would apply half of the 79.00 to the new cost. He asked when I wanted to schedule the repair. I said that my appointment was now, I made it 4 days ago... but the service guy said he couldn't do it because he had another appointment. Gary didn't really have a response. (The serviceman had since left for his other appt.) I said that I did not want to make another appointment and I would find someone else to fix my garage door. I was skeptical at the first service call when he said there was nothing wrong, The serviceman was in a hurry and he didn't seem very thorough. So when the garage door stopped working after that visit, it wasn't that surprising. However, the lack of service to fix something that they had just serviced was very unexpected. I don't feel great about spending 79 dollars for their service, but I do think he at least greased the tracks, but on the work order he checked off 16 areas he inspected or lubricated. My work order number was 100794 and I have copy of it if needed. I've called another company from Angies List, they will be here tomorrow. Yeah!

They came out on the day that was scheduled. They did not have the trim that goes on the door frame on the truck, so they came out the following Tuesday to install the trim. They did a nice job installing the door and opener. They ensured the opener and remotes worked properly before leaving and answered any questions I had. I would use them again.

The garage door carriage had been slipping, so Rod installed a new one. I also asked him to takea look at the seal on the bottom of the door, and he replaced that as well, all for a very reasonable price. He did a great job. This was my second experience with this company, both for maintenance issues.

They are excellent. They are one of the few companies who will come out and diagnose what is wrong and then give you a quote. They were on time and professional. I would highly recommend them. They go above and beyond.

Overhead Door did an amazing job and I am so glad that I used them for my garage door needs! I initially called Overhead Door after having a garage door opener installer from Lowe's tell me that he would not install my garage door opener because the door and components were unsafe. Overhead Door sent out a technician right away to assess the situation, and determined that the door was in fact safe, but the pad needed reinforcement. I scheduled them to come out on another day to repair the pad and install a garage door opener, and Valerie was fantastic about helping to schedule our service for the day that worked best for me. On the day of the service, the technician worked in a quick and efficient manner, and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. The Overhead Door opener is quiet and easy to use, and the team at Overhead Door was very professional and courteous. I highly recommend them to anyone needing garage door and opener service.

The installer arrived on time, took the better part of the day to replace old wooden doors with new tracks and steel panel no-frills doors. Cleaned up well. As far as we know they will continue to perform well.

I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. I was actually referred to Overhead by a local contractor, found them on Angie's list, saw all the wonderful reviews and called right away. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again. They were quick to respond, competitive prices, and great customer service.

We called them because we needed a new garage door. The representative came out and explained our options to us. We picked out the door and they scheduled installation once the parts were in and they received a work permit from Hernando County.The installer came and did a wonderful job as well as explaining everything about the garage door to us. Great experience from start to finish.

I have used Overhead Door in the past and knew they would respond immediately, which they did. An appointment was scheduled that same day with Service Technician, Blake. Blake called me at work and explained what was needed and I also asked him if he could make the door quieter. Blake replaced the hinge, door rollers and lubed everything. We are very pleased with the work he performed and would highly recommend them.

Garage door opener at first did not work with remotes. Bought a new one at Sears after researching different kinds. Had it installed. Service person suggested we get nylon rollers so door would be quieter. We had this done also. Door is very fluid and quiet now. Had to call him back while he was in truck ready to leave because we couldn't get our homelink in cars to work. He came back in, said he did not know we wanted this, and proceeded to do it for us. We did feel he should have asked about needing homelink since it was more involved than we thought. Otherwise, we feel he did a good job.

They called for service at 8:00 clock on Monday morning. Service technician arrived before noon the same day. He repaired the problem quickly and professionally. He made attempt to upgrade the job but gave me information about hurricane kit. It was a great outfit.

Great company. On time, professional, great quality

They did a good job! They were the only ones that were able to actually repair our garage door. Another company referred us to Overhead, and we were very pleased with the work. They verified the appointment prior to coming out, showed up on time, and the technician was very professional!

The service was fine. They were backed up about six weeks, but when they got around to doing the work, they did a good job.
