Rob The Brit did the best job! I would recommend him to everyone. The customer service is great, I had to text him a couple of times to ask him questions on a TV i was buying and he had no problem helping me and responds right away. His crew are so friendly and they make sure to clean up after themselves. This is the company to go with!

We already had a fully functional surround sound system when we called Rob to fine tune it and add equipment to our master bedroom and bathroom. When Rob came in he saw all of my equipment (including my Harmony remote control) and began making suggestions on how to make it better. I agreed with all of his suggestions which included moving the equipment into a closet, installing 2 speakers in the master bedroom ceiling, 1 speaker in the master bath ceiling and changing out our center speaker in the living (the original was undersized). It was a two day job and Dan arrived 45 minutes late the first day and 30 minutes late the second day without a call either day and it just got worse from there. Rob's technicians (a 17 year old high school dropout which was a friend of Dan's son) do not believe in using stud finders, they drilled three unnecessary holes into our wall and one in our ceiling because they didn't know where the studs were. One of the volume control switches is not level and is very crooked. One of the holes he attempted to patch looks like a 12 year old did it. They left hand prints and dirt on every wall they touched as well as on our ceiling. And my brand new remote that was used to turn everything on no longer turned on my TV due to the placement of the equipment. Rob knew what equipment I had and should have known my remote would not work where he suggested the equipment to be placed. Not to mention, Dan didn't seem to know much about Sony receiver I had since he was constantly calling Rob asking him how to connect it. When they were finally done with the installation AT 10PM ON SATURDAY NIGHT, I told Rob I didn't feel comfortable paying him for this job until it was complete. I explained to him that my surround sound is in worse shape than before they started working on it and I also made him aware of all of the damage done to my home. After a lengthy and colorful conversation, with the technicians still in my home, I finally agreed to paying 2/3 of the cost with assurances that everything would be corrected ASAP just to get them out of our home. I wish I had not paid him a penny, the very next day my TV began cutting out at random times giving us a colorful snowy picture and we are also hearing a thumping sound in the volume control switches when we turn on zone 2. And a side note, their little Dyson vacuum cleaner broke so they asked to use ours to clean up their enormous mess and they wound up burning out the motor in our vacuum cleaner. Two weeks went by with minimal contact from Rob so I was forced to hire a professional to come fix our technical problems (Sound Waves). Within 30 minutes they fixed my remote control issues as well as the random snowy pictures. When I told Rob that I no longer needed him and that I had to hire another company to fix his issues he began to berate me and calling me a liar and a thief (I still have the text messages).
