I have decorative wood abutments protruding from my home. This one had water and insect damage at the end. Paul restored the end of the wood abutment instead of sawing the end off. According to a previous recommendation, 6" of the wood needed to be removed and I could have another piece attached to keep the same length of the original wood. Paul did an excellent job of rebuilding and restoring the wood piece without taking extreme measures. He texturized the section he rebuilt so that it has the look of cedar and appears natural.

It went very well. Paul made a point of showing me everything he was doing and teaching me how to install crown molding. He is patient and gladly answers questions as he works. He was able to work around crooked walls and ceilings in an older home. The molding looks perfect and none of the wall imperfections show up at all. Paul is an excellent worker, He is neat and takes care to keep the worksite clean and safe. This is the fourth project I have asked Paul to do -- from hanging blinds and shades to remodeling my kitchen. He is a professional and well worth the wait to get him (he's usually really busy).

Paul is awesome. I called him with a quick emergency and he got right on it. He was around the corner so came to help me very quickly and for a very reasonable price. He is extremely professional, friendly, and affordable. I will use him whenever I need anything done! Highly recommended!

Paul did these tasks quickly and efficiently. He approached the wall job thoughtfully, as it was an awkward approach. He didn't have a know it all attitude, but thoughtfully considered what might be the best approach. Once begun, the job went smoothly. I found Paul easy to work with.

Paul was easy to communicate with, polite, professional, and prompt. He took my call this morning and fit me into his schedule this afternoon.

Timeliness stood out. I got up there with the technician to the roof myself and took a look at their work. It hasn't leaked. They were supposed to send these photographs of the roof, and they didn't follow up on that. The technician took photographs. I asked for copies. He said he would send it to me as part of their final report and I never got it.

He did a very good job. He had two young me with him who were very nice. They were very pleasant and the price was right. He did a little extra work for us but didn't charge us for it. They were certainly very professional. He is a very nice christian. He was here on time. I would definitely call him back again.

Learn from my mistake. When you need a job done right the first time call Paul's Home Pro Service not a friend who has kindly offered to help but made the situation worse. After my friend's attempt at fixing my door I called Paul. He asked me to send him some pictures. I am not smart phone savvy. Paul talked me through the process of sending pictures. He was able to diagnose the problem immediately. He gave me an estimate. We made an appointment for July 25th 9:00 am. On the day of the appointment he called at 8:30 and told me he was picking up the parts at Home Depot. He arrived at 9:11am wearing a Paul's Home Pro shirt. His biography says that he has 20 years experience, but he looks like he is only 20 years old. At first I thought he was Paul's son. He got straight to work. He had the exact parts that were needed. He even did extra work patching my door. He left the door and my floor cleaner than when he arrived. He also gave me valuable advice about how to prevent this type of problem in the future. He did not charge me for the extra work. He is very polite and a true professional. I am recommending him to all of my friends.

I needed some repair work done on my ceiling. Paul and I spoke on the phone, and he seemed a little hesitant. I told him if he didn't want to do the job, to just let me know and I'd find someone else. He responded that he was just trying to figure out how much to charge me. He gave me a quote of $150 and I accepted; we scheduled the work for Friday morning, July 15. Paul never showed up to do the work as agreed, and didn't call to cancel.

Great. We love it. May need to upgrade the rest of the house to match it.

Fantastic. The shower is breathtaking, and the bathroom is stunning. The tight timeline was met.

I needed a drywall hole patched in my family room (approximately 10" across), the installation of a barn-style door on a laundry room, plus a tricky repair to a walk in shower entrance where the drywall had become saturated and was buckling. I purchased the door for installation, and he was able to install it with no problems. In the bathroom, he explored what was causing the issue and presented two options based on what he might find once he opened the wall. Luckily, this resulted in the lesser of the two repair options. Paul explained how the condition had resulted from poor angling on the tile step, and his repair solved that. I was very pleased with not only the bathroom, but the other two jobs as well. He was courteous, prompt, efficient, and left the work area neater than he found it. I highly recommend Paul for any of your handyman needs.

I called Paul on Thursday, 4/21/16, at 10:55 am. I left a detailed message explaining we have have an all wood front porch that needs repairs and requesting an estimate. I explained in the message that I found him on Angie's List. I left my named, taking the time to spell it out, and my phone number, saying it slowly twice. One week later and Paul has still not returned my call. Standard business etiquette suggests a business should respond to all inquiries within 24 hours. I gave him the benefit of the doubt thinking he may be busy and expected to get a call after the weekend at the very latest. It's one week later and I haven't heard from him, and don't expect to at this point. This is just bad business.

It went quite smoothly. There were a few times we had to wait for materials but Paul was able to reschedule in a timely fashion. He also fixed some plumbing that wasn't part of the original agreement in order to make my life easier. He was responsive to changes that I made during the project and the results were what I had envisioned.l

Quickly and on time. I hired him to come back and skim coat my porch ceiling also.

I used Paul previously for some base board work and he came through once again for my kitchen this time. Wiring in my home (it is older) was funky so I wanted someone who could come in and get it done, and Paul did just that. His price was fair and he figured out all of the wiring function to replace both of these necessities in my home--I would use Paul again for any handyman needs.

Paul was prompt in his time of calling me back and scheduling service and when the job looked like he needed to spend more time sanding and creating the actual base board, he did so without thinking twice and still quoted me the same price. He was very knowledgeable and was a great resource I would use again in the future.

I didn't hire him. He was rude. He came over to look at the fence. He gave me a price of $350. I ended up getting it done for $60 by someone else.

Provided quote promptly. Arrived on time. Professional demeanor, quality workmanship. Very happy with the results. Although price isn't the cheapest, it was fair based on the quality of the work. We would definitely use Paul's HomePro again for future repairs or projects.
