The only reason I wouldn't give him an A overall is that it seemed like we weren't a big enough client for him.

Showed up on time, discussed whether to repair or replace toilet. Decided to repair, so just required some new parts; both toilets needed to be tightened down, as tile installers hadn't done so. Easy to work with and professional. Happy with the work and will hire him again!

It was fine. He was really busy and he took him a while to get a time to get in and everything. I think that their pricing seemed okay.

It was fine. They were professional and they were on time. The only reason we didn’t use them is because we decided to reside our own house. The quote was about $6000.

Paul was very patient with us on this request. We initiated the request a few months before the actual work started due to some personal issues, and he was very accommodating. Once we were ready to move Paul was extremely responsive. We set our start date and time frame for completion...and the project finished on schedule. Our home was built in 1974 and has plaster walls vs. sheet rock. So I was skeptical that we would be able to repaint the surface I saw following the wallpaper removal, which had been on the walls from the previous owner for 20 or more years. Needless to say, Paul simply amazed me at what he was able to accomplish...what a perfectionist. The walls looked spectacular once they were done and my wife and I were able to get the painting project started shortly after he finished. Regarding the other 2 small projects - they were completed on time and within budget. I highly recommend Paul to anyone that may require his handyman services. Also if you have had any issues with contacting/reaching your provider in past experiences following the estimate process you won't have that issue with Paul. He is available and readily answers your call when you need him.

Paul is a craftsman, the quality of his work is excellent.

He did a very good. I like the quality of his work and his conscientiousness. He made an appointment with me but there was a miscommunication where he logged it wrong in his file but he corrected it right away. There was an issue with that but he made good on it and actually offered me a discount because he felt bad about it. I didn't take him up on that because he did such a good job. He is very punctual after we got that first thing. He was very professional. I have not met him personally, just over the phone but my tenant was very comfortable with him.

Superb professional. We had ordered custom milled boards ahead of time and found out when his team arrived they were cut wrong. Paul and his crew spent time and resources to fix the boards and custom make pieces to fix the porch. He also fixed additional areas he identified and repainted the entire porch. We can't say thanks enough for the professional job. When the board were milled wrong he could have easily asked to reschedule but instead chose to find a way to make it all work. We will definitely be keeping Paul's crew busy as we tackle various projects to fix and upgrade our bungalow. Thanks Paul!!!

The pavers were in a herringbone pattern with a bordering of pavers at right angles to the herringbone on all of the edges. The pavers give the house a finished look.

I searched Angie's List for a handyman and actually found that but much more in Paul. He was so responsive and came out to the new home the next day after I spoke to him, which was a Wednesday or Thursday I believe. We were moving on Saturday and I really needed to have the dryer vent installed quickly as we would need to do laundry, etc. Paul made time to come out on our moving day to install the vent and actually ran into some complications but still made it look like it was done during new home construction. We were very pleased with the service and I actually called him just a couple of days later to see if he could hang some cabinets for me. He came out that evening after finishing another job and had them up in no time. Paul is so courteous and responsive and he ensured that he cleaned up all debris and mess, even though I told him not to worry about it since we were still cleaning from the move and he had come out at such a late time in the evening. I will be using Paul in the future I know and will highly recommend him to anyone that is in need of any services he offers, which range from small to large. I deal with many contractors and such and, I have to say, that Paul is probably displayed one of the highest levels of professionalism I have seen recently. Although many exhibit it, he takes it to the highest level.

After a storm wrecked my dock I called for 3 different estimates. I chose Paul's Home Pro Service. Paul is a super guy who has a great way about him. Incredibly patient & with integrity, ethics & knowledge. He is a former shop teacher too with his contractors license. Very bright, family guy. Replaced rotting wood foundation/frame for both deck & dock & leveled the deck. Used Trex instead of boards (recycled plastic-- my decision). Meticulous every step of the way with Paul & his assistant Kent. Everything I asked for was done. Always went the extra yard. Every time, not just once. Final result is magazine perfect, better than I imagined. Paul always strives to improve. All around amazing to work with, excellent price compared to my two other bids. Paul was efficient - recognized a problem - found a work around and the final product was excellent.

As I said before I called to have him come and install a ceiling fan. When I made the appointment I explained that I had a high ceiling in my bedroom, he said he would bring a tall ladder. He showed up and did not bring his ladder. So we made an appointment for a week later at the same time. He did not show up for the appointment, then called two hours later and left a message saying he had gotten behind on another job. I think this kind of treatment of a first time customer is ridiculous. Pamela Harris

Paul did an excellent job. He showed up on time and worked very efficiently. He did an excellent job of patching the dry wall where the previous fixtures were and the new baseboard looks perfect. He primed and painted the bathroom walls and they look great. Paul took care to minimize the dust and used equipment to vacuum the drywall dust as he sanded and he cleaned up afterwards. I am very pleased with his work.

Paul called me right back after I left him a message. I had a slow drain. He wasn't available right away but actually gave me instructions on how to fix it myself so I don't have to pay. Great service!! Nice person.

It went very well overall. Paul was very patient as I took many quotes and took a lot of time to make up my mind about what direction to take the repair project. Paul helped me identify that it was not a leak in my roof valley that was the problem. This saved considerable money. It was determined that a facia and poor design at the meeting of a roof valley was the problem. Paul extended the aluminium of the valley to get the water off the facia. He also did a complete rebuild of the poorly designed roof meeting. He then replaced the bad framing and repaired the stucco. He did a very good job of matching the texture of the stucco, something that I hear is not easy to do. We then left the drywall exposed for some time to ensure that the leak was fixed. After a few storms he came out and repaired the drywall. Again, he did an excellent job of matching the texture of my drywall.Paul was always on time and professional. He completed the job without rushing past details, but also without wasting time. This is the second job that Paul has done for me. Highly recommended.

Paul was very easy to work with. He gave a start date, honored it, and finished the work in the time frame he projected. He called the next day to ensure I was happy with the work. We discussed the repair, and he felt he wanted to do more work at no extra cost. . I even got a Starbuck's gift card after the service! I'll be calling Paul's Home Pro Service in the near future with more projects.

Paul responded promptly to my call for setting the date for work. Paul was right on time--and started immediately. I had everything ready for him, as I had purchased a "deal" for 2 hours. He worked quickly & thoroughly. I was extremely happy with him and his work. He's very knowledgeable & professional. I will definitely use him for more work!

We had a living room (dark green) a dinning room (dark rose) painted to a light sand color. He didt a fantastic job! We also had the celaling in the Florida room repaired after a leak. Unbelievable Job! Paul was great, Brought CLEAN, drop clothes every time, Cleaned up when he left, leaving the house better than when came. I will call him if I ever need a job done. He is the best painter and drywall man I've had.

Overall it went great. Did not leave until I was satisfied.
