When Marc first met with us, he first offered to see if he could save us some money by replacing the air handler only. That route didn't turn out positive, but I was impressed he at least thought it worth a try. As well, he gave us a figure to repair the defective unit. - However we decided to replace the unit, opting for a unit slightly higher in SEER.
- Originally he was to start work a couple of days later than he did, but he was able to improve on the original date.
- The crew he sent was excellent, they were professional, and were the type you wouldn't have any issues in allowing them into your home. They were neat, and their installation was completed with minimal disruption to our activities.
- A couple of days later the city inspector came and the unit was deemed to meet all standards of installation.
Needless to say, wife and I are totally satisfied, and look forward to using Marc's company to maintain our heat pumps going forward.

**************************************************************** As an aside, while discussing our needs with other companies, I ran across more than one that seemed eager to disparage competitors products. I find that very disappointing, as a better method would have been them telling me why their product was better.
Though, according to Consumer Reports, the American Standard heat pump ranked #1 in a survey of over 34,000 owners rating their heat pumps for reliability.
I guess the companies not using the best product couldn't reference that survey. ;-)

I had some mold in my condo that I needed to get cleaned up and part of the issue was the air conditioner. The mold remediation company that I hired suggested Marc and his team and said that they had worked together in the past on jobs. I contacted them and they were able to give me a quote over the phone for the service and coordinated the cleaning with the mold guys so that everything went smoothly.
I'm very happy with the work they did and can already tell a difference in the unit. I would definitely recommend them and will use their services in the future if I ever have another issue with the unit.
