I called Lewis and was here for the estimate process. He gave us a quote, but was too high. Eventually, my husband and son did the job. He was very prompt in responding and paid attention to detail. He also gave me couple of good ideas to be implemented. We did the job for less than $400, but, his quote was for $280, which involved his expensive labor cost. I may not use his services as his prices are too high.

Luis was very responsive from the outset. At the time we made the appointment, we talked about the type of lights that were going to be installed and the approximate cost. Luis arrived on time and performed the work promptly. He reviewed with us how the lights functioned (they are motion activated) and tested each one before leaving. He also gave us very useful suggestions with regard to other lighting issues. We would definitely call him again.

Prompt, prepared to do job at time of estimate

Luis showed up on time for quote. He was more thorough than the other electricians that came out to quote. His quote was higher but he explained what needed to be done and pointed out that there might have been added costs with the other electricians since their quotes did not describe all services. For example, he quoted $259 per ceiling fan vs $127 from another electrician but the other electrician never said anything about the box necessary to mount the ceiling fan. In addition, he was willing to replace my thermostats when no one else would. I did not want to have to hire another contractor for such a job. He was able to start the work immediately and explained that it would be a 2 day job and asked for me to prioritize. After day one, I had my new chandelier, ceiling fans and thermostats installed. This was a Thurs and we agreed the rest of the work would be performed the following Monday. He arrived Monday morning promptly and before starting any new works, made sure I was satisfied with the work done previously. He took the time to answer all of my questions and followed up on each one. He finished the rest of the work, went over everything again with me. He even discounted the original price on one item because it did not take him as long as he expected to resolve! He was very clean and made sure each work area was as clean (if not cleaner) than he found it. He was courteous and professional. I will use him again for sure.

I had a power outage at 8:30 pm and when the power came back on only 1/2 my house had power and NO A/C. I reset all breakers and tried to troubleshoot but no luck. I called LEE Electric (after hours call). After hearing my story the owner, Louis, advised me to call Progress Energy first because it sounded like their problem then call back if it was not. I called Progress Energy they came out and fixed the problem and I was back up and running. Louis could have come out, charged me, then told me to call but didn't. It's refreshing to know that there are small business owners that are still customer service oriented...first. LEE Electric is first on my list for any future electrical needs. Thanks Louis.

He was very professional. He wore shoe covers to protect my floors, and handed me a mug with his logo and phone number on it!

Luis was punctual when he first came to give me a bid. He looked around (attic and ventalation crawl space) and was able to figure out a way in which he could hang the fan. I went out and purchased a fan and set up a date/ time for him to install it. He was on time. He created a hole in the ceiling, working from a ventalation crawl space. I now have a beautiful fan w/light fixture in the middle of the room with a dual light and fan adjustable speed/dimmr switch on the wall, which is nice.

Luis was responsive, professional, trustworthy and courteous. Everything I hope for in a service provider!

I would highly recommend Luis for your electrical work. He is one of the most professional contractors we have encountered and we've had a lot of work done to our house in recent years. He usually answers the phone right away and he always answers it himself. He comes dressed professionally even when he's doing the work himself. His prices are very competitive. He cleaned up after himself each day he was here and is very good about talking things through with you when you have questions. As mentioned we have plaster and lathe walls and he made minimal damage when cutting the holes for new outlets. We are using him to complete the rewiring of the rest of our house.

He was very informative, punctual, and polite. He gave me lots of options and he let me choose. He did the work well, and he was very professional.

I called to arrange an appointment for an estimate. Luis came by the next day. After going over what I wanted done, he explained the work in detail and exactly how much it would cost (3 separate costs for each outlet). He also explained the 1 YR warranty. I approved the work and it was scheduled for the next week. Luis showed up right on time to do the work. He again went over what I wanted done to make sure there were no misunderstandings. The work was completed early and he explained what was done. He also installed a new junction box in the garage to allow for future expansion (no added charge). Everything was cleaned up (no trash left around) before he left. Luis was very courteous and professional. Any time entering my house, he donned shoe covers. I will use him again anytime I need electrical service and highly recommend him.

Prompt service...Job well done...Company was not satisfied with its own supplied item of equipment and promised to change this out several days later...they did what they promised and exchanged the item...no cost to me!! I was very pleased and would recommend them to all interested.

We've used Luis several times over the years. This recent visit was to secure a loose electrical outlet to a wall prior to our house closing. Over the years he has installed can lights and dimmer switches. His prices are competitive, he is very professional and punctual. The price for this work was a little high for the amount of work, but like any contractor, he has minimum fees to come out.
