One word to describe....."Outstanding" If quality and top notch service are important to you then this is the pool builder you want. From the very first call back from the owner, and throughout the entire process the professionalism, attention to detail, and service was impeccable. Our sales/designer (Dan Meyer) met us at our home and listened to our vision and came back a few days later with computer renditions, bringing the vision to life. From the first project scope walk through with Dave Larsen, John Martin and Brooks Toole, I could tell these guys new what they were doing. John managed my entire project and stayed on top of every detail. John always kept me informed of status and when the different teams would be out. He stayed on top of every detail and always got back to me in a timely manner whenever I had any questions. From Anthony and his demo team, Orlando and his tile and coping team, Palo and the deck team, Dave and Jay who prepped the pool for surfacing, the Pebble Pros team, and finally Justin and Brooks who took over the start up and servicing, everyone has been fantastic to work with. If you want to take the stress out of building or remodeling your pool and you want top quality over the lowest price, then Larsen's is the company you want. Thanks to the entire team !

Great Experience, from the time we first met with our Salesman Dan, to the Office Staff, Construction Personnel, and Owners. They repeatedly told us they stand by their builds and want us to be happy. If we ever had any questions or concerns they were addressed immediately and professionally to our satisfaction. You can see the quality in materials and workmanship in comparison to other pools in our area. We highly recommend and would build again in the future.

A+ service for a BIG 3-month job. Reid was an excellent project manager that thoroughly addressed my requirements. I would not recommend another place in Tampa! My backyard looks like a Rotz Carlton resort now.

I would give an A+ if I could. We went to Larsen's Pool and Spa not knowing that we should have made an appointment ahead of time. The owner, Eric, was in the middle of a weekly staff meeting with part of his team. He put the meeting on hold, came over to talk to us for a bit and then he and his staff assisted us with everything we needed. After making the various choices for the pool and signing the contract, Eric gave us his personal phone number and told us to call if there were any issues throughout the process. Our Construction Superintendent was Jim Atwell, who was one of the most pleasant people I have dealt with in the business world. He kept on top of things making sure the project moved along, answering all of our questions and concerns along the way. As few projects of this size go absolutely flawlessly, I will say that there were a few issues as things proceeded. Eric and his team made sure that at the end of the project we were 100% happy with everything. The few times that we needed to contact him he answered his phone and took care of the issue as soon as he could. We did not have to "settle" for anything. The project lasted six months and was finished in December 2019 receiving our "pool school" lesson from Justin. I can't say enough about Justin either as anytime I've texted or called him with a question he has always responded quickly. Almost nine months later everything is working flawlessly. Eric, Jim, Justin and the whole crew at Larsen's Pool and Spa are absolute professionals, very personable and easy to work with. I would absolutely recommend them.

Larsen's did an excellent job! The experience was very positive from the salesman (Dan) to the owner (Eric) to the Construction Coordinator (Jim) and all the tradesmen that support this team. Very professional and delivered quality. We broke ground in Jan 2020 and swimming in April 2020. We love the final product!

Larsen's did a great job updating our very outdated pool and spa area. The pavers are gorgeous and our pool looks brand new. We have a new fountain and a sun shelf and could not be happier. They worked quickly and kept us updated at all times. They were very responsive to any issue we had and helped us learn how to care for our new pool and use the new pool equipment. I highly recommend.

We interviewed 3 pool companies and decided to go with Larsen.. frankly because they had such excellent reviews on so many sites! Truly, we weren't disappointed. Everything was above par! They helped us with design, were on time, very communicative, and have us a gorgeous pool. Highly recommend them!

Larsen's did everything extremely well. They did the best design, used best materials, did best workmanship, followed best practices. They were worth every penny they charged. The project turned out better than I'd hoped.

Having never gone through the process of building a new pool we were nervous and did not know what to expect. Adam was super helpful in helping us design the pool always working with us to stay within our budget. Zach who project managed the build was amazing. He was informative, patient and answered all of our MANY questions. We've heard stories from other people who used different builders and the issues they... we had none of that. We would recommend them in a heartbeat!

Hands down, Larsen's is the company to use. As I have never had a pool before I knew I would need to research and get estimates to ensure I would get quality work and value for the pool construction. I began my research by getting a few estimates. When I called Larsen's for an estimate, I spoke with Eric. Eric was made aware of my situation and the size of my small backyard. He assured me that this was no problem for the company and we proceeded to deal with his Dan. Dan was able to design a pool that was perfect for my backyard. Dan was even able to configure in a spa along with my pool! Zack took over as the project manager , and I cannot say enough good things about Zack as he kept me informed on a weekly bases. If I had any questions or concerns he would call or text me in a timely manner. Zack also knowing that this was the first time I have ever had anything to do with a pool always explained what they were doing at each stage. At times I felt as if I was aggravating Zack with questions he encouraged me to contact him anytime I wanted with any of my concerns. Near the end of the project, it was a pleasure to work with Justin. He was who came out to monitor the water levels to ensure the levels were balanced. He was also very knowledgeable and he answered any questions I had and was able to coach me on learning my pool. Doing business with Larsen’s was worth the cost. Having peace of mind that the job is done correct and they are just a phone call away, is priceless. Larsen's Pool and Spa is an extremely professional and first class organization. The knowledge of their sales and technical personnel is off the charts. My pool which Larsen's remodeled gets rave reviews by all the guests who stay at the property.

The quality is very good! The design was also perfect for our needs, which we really relied on Larsen's to dictate...based on our first meeting and review of our yard and how we would like to use every part of the pool, spa, and patio. They aren't the cheapest option (so the B for Price above), but are worth the cost with the quality, reliability, and expertise. Great experience for us.

We wanted a pool in our new forever home in St Pete and I did a LOT of research before calling for an appointment. Joe came out and we drew the design as I explained what I wanted and I had a drawing in a couple days. Then we went to there office to talk about price and pick out Tiles and pavers. They have a really nice selection of types of tiles and plenty of colors of Travertine (which I recommend). Joe was the gentleman who came out to dig the hole and he works fast to get it done to accommodate weather. And Larsens will assign you a main contact and he will be there for the beginning to coordinate everything from start to finish and we had Jim Atwell. Jim became like family over the life of the project, he is very knowledgeable and makes sure you know he cares about your job and try's to intercept and issues. When pool tile was delivered we decided it wasn't the look we wanted so Jim helped us pick out the PERFECT tiles to go with our look! They cleaned up after themselves after each process which is a MUST when your back yard is going through this process! No they are not the cheapest company but I did SO much research and got several quotes and they were not the most expensive either! They have the very best reviews with BBB too! This is a family business that actually cares about the job from the beginning. We absolutely love our pool and spa and are very pleased with it and would absolutely recommend Larsens and already have to friends and neighbors. By the way I forgot to mention they made sure the job was complete for our large family Thanksgiving! Thank You to the entire team at Larsen's pools & Spa's!!!

Project completed as promised - start to finish 3 months. This company is a pleasure to work with. They are always available to discuss progress or answer questions and quick to respond. When you receive a call from the owner, Eric Larsen, as your first contact with the company, you know this is a sign of good things to come. As an added bonus, they stick around after the job is complete by providing “pool school” for the first month. Great experience and I would highly recommend Larsen’s Pool and Spa.

The Larsen Pool construction project was a really great experience for us. This was the second time that we had a pool built and we did not want a repeat of the first pool construction experience that we had with another pool construction company which was an absolute night mare. A pool construction project is a very large undertaking which is not only very costly to purchase but it also will impact the value of your home in years to come. We looked thru Angie’s List of pool construction companies and we found that Larsen’s reviews were consistently great (not just good) over a long period of time and they had a large number of reviews to consider. After vetting Larsen’s Pool company and about 4 other pool companies that either had good reviews or they were companies that we frequently saw in our subdivision we decide to go with Larsen’s Pools and all I can say is they did not disappoint. The experience was absolutely great. They were not the lowest quote that we received but they stood by their guarantee that there would absolutely not be any additional charges once the project was under way. The salesman Adam was friendly, very professional, not pushy and very accommodating. He helped us not only just build a pool that we could afford but also helped us to create something that added great value to our home for years to come. They took care of every detail during construction. Their superintendent Zack was friendly and helpful. We are extremely happy with everything that Larsen’s did for us.

Excellent, our salesman was extremely knowledgeable of the process and what would fit into our yard. A little bit slow on starting construction but that was due to us beginning the process in late Spring which is busiest time, and then persistent heavy rainfall. Once construction started , our supervisor, Zach Anderson, was on top of every phase and kept us well informed of the schedule and process. He was a pleasure to work with. We had a few minor issues along the way such as coping tiles we did not think were smooth enough, and Zach had all the issues fixed promptly. The pool turned out beautiful and the equipment used was top notch. Would most definitely recommend Larsen Pool to anyone who asked. Pay a little more for peace of mind and a good quality product.

Larsen’s pool were wonderful to work with from the design team Adam to forman of the work site Zach..Everyone of their employees cleanup after themselves that is a big plus for us..The full build was only 6-7 weeks from start to finish..We are very happy with our new pool worth the extra money for a company that stands behind their work..

Larsen's team of contractors were friendly and professional. All of them were experienced and did quality work. They were willing to do any special tweaks needed throughout the process. Our conversations gave me confidence, providing me info and support. The result is a beautiful 20 x 40 pool with privacy wall and mosaics. I can see why Larsen's has NO complaints, with their great attention to detail. I was so thankful that I chose them for my pool contractor.

One of the most telling signs of how high quality this company is lies in the fact that they quoted us a price to build a pool, and in the end that's exactly the price we paid. No additional surprises along the way, they stuck to the price and built us an amazing pool with a large spa attached, waterfalls, and glowing lighted water bowl spillovers - they built an amazing pool, and did it expertly! On top of that, the warranty is far better than what any other pool builder will provide here - they stood by their word and when a light went out they had it repaired right away, and then two years after the pool was built they sent someone out to fix a few pavers that had sunk down. Their attention to detail, focus on customer service and staying true to their word proves their value - great company I highly recommend to anyone! Totally worth it!
