Quick response time, and the guys were very friendly and professional. They waited patiently when I had issues getting the gate to the community open and were very understanding of my HOA's crazy "no blocking the sidewalk" rules. TOTALLY recommend!

I was extremely impressed with how easy it was to do business with them. They communicated well, and they did everything they said they would do. They were okay. It was good. Even though they only charged me $99. I specifically told them not to come at a certain because I was on a conference call at work. They left me a message and said they were in the area, and that they were going to stop by. I didn't hear that, they came knocking at the door, and my dog starts to barking.

Went well but they said I had more than 4 cubic yards of trash so I needed to pay more to complete the job

I was called before they arrived. They arrived when they said they would. The employees were well mannered and polite. The were also nicely dressed for the work they do. They made a good impression on me. The service was efficient, quick and neatly done. Will definitely hire again when I need this type of service.

Great. Fast, reliable and courteous. Left a spot on my driveway from the truck but I got to that right after they left.

They promptly emailed to set up appointment. Called to confirm the time the day before and called approximately 20 minutes before they arrived. Very prompt, courteous, and professional. They were on time, called ahead of time to give me an eta, were quick, polite, professional and there price was better than the other junk hauling companies I received an estimate from. Oh, and they swept up after they removed my items.

Junk King was prompt (same day) in coming out and providing a written bid for the hot tub removal. They called 30 minutes ahead of their arrival time. When I called to make the removal appointment, they scheduled me for the next business day. They called 30 minutes prior to arrival, so that I had time to get ready. They were friendly, efficient and had the job done within the scheduled time. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.
