The work was not completed to my satisfaction. The sprinkler system was left without being fully installed and they lacked the experience & know how to properly lay a flagstone walkway. The front walk they installed is a tripping hazard & i will eventually have to pay someone else to fix it! This company was very attentive & professional until they received their final payment. I stupidly gave them before checking all work was done because I wrongly trusted them. Once they got their final payment I never saw or heard from them again & my attempts to contact them were left with scheduled appointments that they "forgot about." In the end I would recommend only using them for landscape design & install ; not hard scape or sprinkler install. DEFINITELY do not pay until job is 100 percent complete. They will tell you its only half up front but from my experience they ask me for more money during the entire project. On a positive note, the project did stay within projected estimate & I love the landscape design & it still looks good.
