House looked great.

Brian and his crew did a fantastic job cleaning, they were very thorough and the laundry room floor is probably cleaner then it has ever been. Initially I thought the cost was too high when quoted to me, but they exceeded my expectations so I will be using them in the future.

N/A - I purchased the Angie's List big deal but didn't use it before the expiration date.

Terrible. Company did not return my phone calls after numerous attempts and messages. Angies List intervened and assisted in setting up an appointment. Company must have gone to the wrong address because they did not show up at my house but stated that they did and no one was home. Angies List was great and refunded my money.

We are very happy with them. They offered the best deal, best service, they are dependable and showed up on time.

Bryan and his team do a great job cleaning our home. I recommend their services to anyone needing a hand with housework.

No story because they didn't call back. I am dying for a good story and a clean house but it isn't easy finding people who want to do house keeping or just to return calls.

Bryan and his team did a wonderful job. They were able to work with my schedule to find a day that was good for both of us. His team was polite, cleanly, and brought their own supplies. Within a couple hours, the house was cleaner than I can ever remember it. The team went above and beyond my expectations cleaning sliding glass door windows and moving furniture. I have two cats, and I could not find a single cat hair in the entire house when they were finished. I'd also like to mention that the house did not have a chemical smell when they were done, but smelled and still smells wonderful. I was glad Deitz Cleaning was our first experience with house cleaning, and I hope they will be able to come out again when we need a good cleaning.

The company replied to my estimate request promptly, if somewhat curtly, saying they are not taking on new customers.

In fact, they are here right now. My experience with them is very good. I am set up to use them in the future.

Overall, I can only say that I hope they will be in business as long as I own this house. I would never switch to anyone else as long as they continue to do as well as they do. I have had many different cleaning services, but I have NEVER had anyone do a more thorough job. It is so refreshing to see a company be so truly dedicated to what they do, and I cannot recommend them any more than I do. Bryan and his wife both work for their own company. I hope they never lower their standards, because in this day and age, it is so refreshing to see two young people truly dedicated to what they do. I can only say, "Keep up the exceptional service."

They were right on time and did a fabulous job of cleaning, actually more dusting than we contracted for. They brought their own equipment and cleaners but we had wood floor cleaner for them to use. Everything was sparkling when they left. They are friendly and never stop working. We plan to use them every 2 weeks.

It went very well. Both people that came were very friendly and professional. They knew what they were doing and just got on with it. I felt comfortable leaving them in my home when I had to go pick my children up from school, and they did a very good job with my bedroom and bath. They are very comfortable in homes with pets, which was important to me. I was very glad that I purchased this particular Big Deal from Angie's List and I would highly recommend them to any Angie's List member.

I bought a house that had been lived in until the purchase. The owners did leave it neat. But after having pest control twice and moving in after it was vacant for 2months. I wanted it to be fresh for me. So before I moved in I bought the "deal for 4hrs cleaning". In addition I wanted the windows, cabinets, frig, etc, cleaned also. They quoted price for additional cleaning and scheduled a date. They scheduled a time and date, May 30, 2011, Memorial Day. They called and because of a change in their schedule could come earlier if it was convenient for me. It was okay. They did a wonderful job!!!! The work was completed for the price quoted and it is a beautiful job. Thank you so much!.

I purchased an Angie's List Deal for $70 which included 4 hours of cleaning service. Within 24 hours, I received an email from Bryan and Keily Dietz that confirmed my purchase and provided all of their contact information. I scheduled an appointment about 3 weeks out, but had to change it as the date approached. They were very accommodating and helpful in rescheduling, squeezing me in on a very busy day. On the date of service, Bryan called to let me know when the cleaning team had arrived at the appointment ahead of mine and then called again as they were on their way to my house. I really appreciated the open communication and wasn't at all stressed that they were running slightly behind. (I knew they were already squeezing me into the end of their day - which was really kind.) The deal was advertised as a 2 person cleaning team for 2 hours or a 3 person team for 1.5 hours. My cleaning team was comprised of 3 people. The first question they asked me was what I wanted them to use to clean my hardwood floors. At that moment, I breathed a sigh of relief that they knew what they were doing. They got to work immediately and spent the next 2 1/2 hours diligently cleaning every surface of my home. They were extremely meticulous - being sure to wipe up even the smallest spot on the tile, wiping down the sliding glass doors until every streak was removed, etc. Before leaving, the team leader made sure I was satisfied. Then, Bryan called within 2 hours to follow up and make sure that I was happy with their services. I enthusiastically assured him that I was. I would definitely use Dietz Cleaning again. They will be my go to team in the future, when I need an extra hand.

All areas - bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen and other floors were mopped. All ceiling fans were dusted as well. I'm very pleased with their quality of service.

Two people were supposed to clean for two hours (the special offer was $70 for 4 hours of cleaning - 2 people/2hours each). Three people from their company showed up today to clean my house and stayed for over 2 1/2 hours. They did a fabulous, marvelous, wonderful, fantastic job! I got more than my money's worth. They worked continuously, professionally, arduously, non-stop and I'm just amazed at their good work. I look forward to using them again and thank Angie's List for bringing this company to my attention.

I bought a coupon on Angies' list for $70 for 4 hours but I had never used this company before. I was really happy with the service, Kaylee and her brother are very nice and no-frills-no talk just get the job done. My hardwood floor was squeaky clean after they left, amazing! They don't need to be told what to do, they know where to clean and how to do it. Will use them again!

Our house is around 1600 Sq. ft., 4/2 with tile and faux hardwood floors throughout. Dietz Cleaning is always there on the appointed day and if a change is needed (which only happened once in the five years) they give us plenty of notice. They do the floors, bathrooms, kitchen, dust everything, change/wash bed linens and general cleaning/tidying up. In general they do a thorough job with our house and considering we have a family of five it's no easy task. Also on occasion I've asked them to come and do an in between cleaning in preparation for company, a party etc. and they are always accomodating. And I love coming home to a clean looking and smelling home! I only wish I could have them every week. I would highly recommend Dietz Cleaning for anyone looking for this service.

We have used Dietz Cleaning bi-weekly cleaning services for several years now. I originally hired them when going back to work after the birth of my daughter. A friend had recommended obtaining help in that department while being a new mom (btw, some of the best advise I ever received). My daughter will be turning six soon and I'm so thankful to Dietz cleaning because their services have allowed me to spend that much extra time with her rather than worrying about soap scum.

In the past I've called Dietz Cleaning with last-minute requests for extra services and they've always been able (and happy) to accommodate me! Brian is extremely friendly and his wife and her brother--the cleaning crew--are always very conscientious about getting my house clean and organized. They're also very friendly to my cats and I would feel completely confident recommended them to anyone looking for housecleaning services!

We have had them working on our condo for at least four years. There has never been an occasion where the place did not look great after they have worked there. Frequently, our renters tell us how beautiful and clean everything is. . From the floors to the overhead fans, everything is neat and clean, and we are very confident when Dietz Cleaning takes care of things for us.

My son has been living in our home for the past 8 months while we have been overseas so the house and contents were dusty, floors needed cleaning, windows, stove, fridge, cupboard tops, bathrooms etc. I had provided my son with Angie's List companies but they could not clean the house on any of the dates provided, so he contacted Dietz Cleaning services, who came out provided a specific quote, and a time and date was arranged. They arrived promptly and began work immediately. They followed the instructions I had given regarding some wooden floors and the whole house, including appliances & windows, were cleaned within 6.5 hours. There is over 3600 sq feet, 3 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms loads of shelves and furniture all of which they dusted and polished. They went out of their way to accommodate my needs and requests. They were professional, courteous and extremely efficient and the house looked, felt and smelled clean - a great job!
