It was fine. They did a great job on the price that we agreed upon.

Arrived late for initial cleaning. Three girls got to work and did a good job. Mid afternoon, one of the girls left and the 2 remaining girls were pressed to get the job done. A few things were missed but nothing major. In the meantime, my son (on my recommendation) had made an appointment for them to clean his house. I had to contact the company to confirm they were coming for the next visit. Two emails later I received a response from Bryan to confirm. The girls arrived dramatically early (which was inconvenient for me) with no advance notice. There were supposed to be 3 girls, but only 2 arrived. I could tell they were under the gun and they cleaned the house in a very rushed and unsatisfactory manner. I told Bryan's wife (one of the girls cleaning) that I was not happy with the cleaning and would have to re-think continuing to use their company and reminded them that my son had an appointment that was in jeopardy due to their poor performance at this cleaning. Instead of contacting me to clear up the situation, Bryan chose not show up at my son's appointment with no notice and, when my son called to find out why they did not show, Bryan informed him that he was waiting to hear from me before proceeding -- not what I would call professional behavior.

They showed up with a team of 4 people and worked for about hour each. They were good and professional.

They vacuum the furniture, clean top of refrigerator, under the bed! Most other cleaning companies forget these things. Very good with my dogs. Best cleaning company I have used in over 25 years in Tampa.

I purchased one of the "Big Deals" from Angies List. I as looking for some house cleaners, and was surprised by the number of deals that were going on in May! Anyway, I carefully looked at the specifics of each deal (some desired the purchaser to supply the cleaning supplies, others only did X, Y, and Z as a service, etc), and settled on two companies. After that, i closely read the reviews for the two, and decided on Dietz Cleaning. After I purchased the deal, I had an initial message from Dietz saying they will follow up soon to establish an appointment. A few days later, we were discussing the best date to come, and agreed on something that worked best for my schedule. When the day came, my wife was home for the actual cleaning. She RAVED about how nice everyone was, and how thorough they cleaned. I returned home after they had left, and was blown away by how clean it was! My legitimate first impression was the house actually matched how clean it was when I first moved in and had my furniture delivered. My wife and I would have had to spend nearly 2 days cleaning by ourselves to get it to the level that three people did in just a couple hours. If there is a cleaning service to use in the Tampa area, it is hands-down Dietz Cleaning! I know we will use them again!

I like them a lot. They were punctual and professional. They did a very good job and they were responsive and flexible. The problem with them and the reason I haven’t used them again is that their regular prices are quite high but the coupon deal was terrific. I called them up to try and look something else but their pricing is wild. There was no push back on anything and they were pleasant and they were quick to do it. They did it well. They were almost double with the company I used before.

Once I was able to get the appointment scheduled, the team was on time and performed the expected cleaning services. The owner was very friendly and explained completely what the service included. He went th extra mile to make up for some mis-communication and I was very pleased with that and his professionalism.

We have Dietz cleaning. The first group did a really good job, they are very thorough. The only thing that I asked them to do on subsequent visits is to put the plug things back in where they were. We have very young children so we have all of the outlets covered. They didn't put the covers back so we make sure they do that. One time they unplugged our house phone and didn't plug it back in. They have done that. So they are responsive. The group that came this week unfortunately they weren't as thorough a the original group that came. I sent the owner an e-mail and asked him to please have the original group come and clean for us again. I definitely noticed the difference. They were done much quicker and then when I had a chance to go back and look at some of the areas I noticed that they weren't cleaned as thoroughly as it has been on previous visits.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal with this company for $75 for housecleaning. I am particular when it comes to cleaning, but am very pleased with the cleaning job done. They impressively cleaned all areas- bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, etc., vacuumed carpets, dusted and polished furniture. They did a great job cleaning the tile floor areas and laminate wood floors as well and even removed the dust from the baseboards everywhere I can see. They seemed to clean every detail and even made the beds. No time was wasted nor any breaks taken, and they went beyond the initial time purchased because they are meticulous cleaners. I paid additional for the extra time because they got so much thoroughly cleaned. Would definitely hire again to clean my home.

The cleaners were very pleasant. I was a little embarrassed because my house hadn't had a deep cleaning in a while, but the cleaners only smiled and told me not to worry, they would take care of it. I felt very confident with their skills. I never heard them talking unless reference to the job. Based on their performance I signed up with their company . I'm so impressed with Dietz Cleaning Service.

The service was good. I had them back for a second time. So far, I have tried to get them to call me again, but they have not. I am sure I would get in contact with them. They were satisfactory. I like that they sent three girls here and they were very thorough. The first time, it was the special and they took a long time. They really cleaned thoroughly. So, they were good. Their price is good.

We are very happy with them. They are very nice people.

These people are the most efficient and thorough cleaners with time management. Floors were full of two years of dust, cat hair which they vacuumed, shined wood floors, cleaned ceramic floors, cleaned the oven, refrigerator, all bathrooms and the kitchen.

We will definitely use Dietz cleaning again. I needed the service quickly and they were able to accommodate. A team of 4 quickly made their way through the home and cleaned it beautifully. The team was friendly and professional. We will definitely use this company again. It was nice to have one less thing to worry about during a very hectic week.

I purchased the 4 hour Angie's list deal and it was well worth it!

Although the cleaners were late, they called to say they were running late. The cleaners were very polite and hard-working. They cleaned my 2800 foot home, vacuuming and cleaning wood and tile floors. They dusted and wiped down kitchen appliances. they cleaned the bathrooms. The only fault I have is that they didn't do the best job on the showers in terms of really scrubbing them down.

Cleaned very well. Couldn't give me the original date I requested but was still able to accommodate. Will use again.

Can't say enough good things about this company! This was an initial cleaning service for my home (my home had not been professionally cleaned like this in a number of years), and if all went well, they were to come back every 2 weeks to clean. Couldn't be happier! Arrived on time, friendly, professional - and they know how to CLEAN!! Gave me some tips on how to keep wood blinds clean. Very happy with the service, and plan to have them come back every two weeks.

I contacted Dietz on Sunday requesting an appointment when I learned that family was making an early visit to see us. I received a call Monday afternoon from Bryan letting me know they could be at my house before 4:00 pm that day. Bryan arrived with the team and then called promptly at the end of the agreed upon time to make sure I was satisfied with the service. The staff was excellent, hard working, very professional and clearly enjoy what they do. They were able to clean hard water stains that I never could. They were actually mopping the floor all the way out the door, and then turned the vacuum on to clean off my porch leaves before getting into their car. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for great customer service and great quality.

Dietz contacted me within 24 hours of purchasing their service on Angie's List. Bryan was able to meet my first request for an appointment and it was with short notice. At the scheduled date and time, Bryan's crew showed up and cleaned my townhouse efficiently and professionally. Dietz cleaning exceeded my expectations. They followed up their cleaning with a call to ensure I was happy with their services. I will use them again in the future.

I used Dietz Cleaning, that's who I ended up using. There were no dislikes. They were very thorough, very professional, delivered what they said they would, great and easy to work with. They get the best recommendations from me. I have no advice for them. The pricing was great.

Bryan was very professional and showed on time which is very important. Two women actually came and cleaned for about 2.5 hours for 1100 sqft condo. They did a great job over all. They missed some small areas, but when Bryan came to inspect, he pointed out and they cleaned. I will hire this company if I need cleaning service again.
