Description of Work: I bought a big deal for $120 for four hours of cleaning. Response time was fine, I got the date and time I asked for, and the cleaners showed up exactly on time. The floors weren't as spotless as I would have liked but everything else was great.

Description of Work: We had our house fumigated, so wanted it thoroughly cleaned after. They showed up right on time and did an excellent job. Since then, we have decided to have them come every other week for a routine cleaning. Definitely recommend them.

Description of Work: The communication with the company is sporadic and unreliable. (1) We were scheduled to move in to a newly purchased home (3,500 sq ft), with no furniture, and preferred a cleaning prior to our arrival. After a few emails the owner said cleaning 3,500 sq ft in 3hrs was "impossible" because it took them 6hrs with 2 cleaning people to clean a 1,500 sq ft apartment. (2) We expressed priority be given to the kitchen and bathrooms for the 3hr cleaning. The owner the notified us on a Friday morning he could clean that afternoon, so we replied when in the afternoon. We did not receive a response from the owner until we contacted him on Monday morning. (3) We attempted to schedule the cleaning but after 3 weeks of exchanging back emails, the owner decided to finally ask for the address and then informed us we were out of their service area. Bottom Line: ***BUYER BEWARE*** Based upon this company's lack of customer service, effective communication, and home owner knowledge we will not recommend them to our family, friends, neighbors, coworkers, etc. What a bummer! The silver lining is we will get our refund from Angie's List and not from this company.

Thank you for your review. I do urge customer to call us if the are not sure on what they are purchasing and the location to be serviced. Unfortunately if location is 1.5 hours away we can't come to service. Customer purchased a deal from Angie's List. Customer failed to provide location for several weeks. Also customer wanted a move out cleaning of a 3500 square feet home to be performed in 1.5 hours. We are good but not the good. I urge customer to call us at anytime if they have any question how long a particular job is going to take. Also the location. Unfortunately we do not service South Hillsborough County with the reason being that could take us up to 1.5 hours to get to those cities with traffic. Thanks

Thank you for your review. I urge customers to call us before buying a deal to see If we have availability. Specially If the date purchased is very close to the desired cleaning date. Customer bought one of my storefront deals on 8/31/14 and wanted worked performed on Afternoon (PM) on 9/4/2014,Morning (AM) on 9/5/2014, Afternoon (PM) on 9/8/2014. I did reply to your message that unfortunately we did not have availability in any of those dates and that I would contact customers soon to setup an appoint. A few days later customer sends me a message saying that she canceled the service.
