Description of Work: Dietz Cleaning has been very responsive to any requests I have while they are cleaning my home. Their prices are extremely competitive and Bryan even offered to fix the caulking in one bathroom that is not able to be cleaned. I am very pleased with their services and look forward to a long bi-weekly cleaning relationship with Dietz Cleaning.

Description of Work: House cleaning - I purchased a set # of hours of cleaning and I specified which areas in the home needed to be done and which one's did not.

Description of Work: Scheduling the appointment- On my 1st attempt to schedule Bryan Dietz (BD) didn't have any times that fit my schedule & they don't work on weekends. |My appointment was scheduled @11:30 yesterday. At 11:37 I called BD to confirm they were coming. I told him the door would be unlocked & come on in. |They showed up at 11:51 am. Slow to start was my 1st observation, then I upgraded it to just plain slow. I asked BD if the 2 girls were new. Based on his (and the girls') obvious lack of focus on my initial directions, I thought maybe he was there to oversee & train. Eventually he started cleaning with them, then brought this to my attention when I pointed out deficiencies in the workmanship. |They didn't have the proper supplies (bags, duster, products). Actually, the duster was a very old dirty Swifter. Swifters have been linked to pet illnesses (if it had any cleaning solution still left on it), so I offered my duster, bags, & fan duster. |I'd told them at the start construction had been done in the back of the house (priority), they started in the front. When they'd left 2 frt rooms (1 hr.), I go into the rooms to find the cleaning to be sub standard at best. I had to ask BD to have them redo basic features. I found a dirty damp rag on one of my books I was rearranging which I pointed out to BD. |It didn't take long for me to become frustrated and disappointed. They seemed pleasant upon entry. They spoke English fluently to me in the beginning, then Spanish to each other. I asked that English be the preferred mode, which was ignored. |It's obvious they're not professional cleaners by their pace, lack of knowing what to do automatically and what appeared to me as feigned cleaning. |I realize my review is brutal, and I would not have shared it if BD would've responded in a professional manner when approached w/ my concerns. Instead he choose to respond with the issue of 3 people working for 2 hrs. (re-do s shouldn't count!) and what a deal I got. |The Angie's Big Deal promotions are a chance for business to show off their services. Make me want you back, I enjoy the entrepreneurial spirit & paying more than what's expected when it merits. | |

Description of Work: They did the usual things very nicely. Mr Dietz stopped by and pitched in on something that i had asked for. I was impressed.
