I was apprehensive at first but these guys are truly professionals. They did a beautiful installation thru my tile roof.

Great job! Had to remove an old, lower quality unit and replace with new solar tube. Installed 2 additional tubes and did a very good job!

Installed two solatubes in family room. Returned to install diffuser to dampen brightness. Excellent now. We had four previously installed approximately five years ago. Have had no problems with them.

Everything about Daylight Concepts was professional and helpful. The office staff were pleasant to deal with and efficient with scheduling. The installer gave excellent advice on the placement of the solar tubes (e.g., pointing out that if I wanted it above my desk, I should put it a bit to the left, since I am right-handed, so there would be no annoying shadow when I write). The installation went beautifully. In addition, they cleaned up very well; there was no mess afterwards. Finally, I thought there price was very fair, especially given the high quality of the product and service.

Arrived on time, inspected work areas, made specific recommendations, performed water tight installation of both the lights, completed the work ahead of schedule at performed cost.

They were great! The lady answering my initial phone call was really nice and helpful. She gave me all the information I needed to feel comfortable in going ahead with the project. We had a couple of scheduling glitches and she couldn't have been more pleasant and accommodating. The crew they sent out were completely pleasant, competent, and neat. I think they did an excellent job. I was a little disappointed with the brightness of the light. It looked like there was a really bright fluorescent light turned on in the bedroom. They told us we'd be happier with a filter that softened the light. We had to order it because they didn't have one with them on the truck. It arrived two days later and my husband said it was simple to put it inside the light cover. We're very satisfied with the Solatube and the installation by Daylight Concepts.

Excellent. Beth Aramini and staff responded quickly to my retest. Scheduled appt and arrived on time worked efficiently. Inspected roof and 9 year old solar tubes(no changed). Friendly consultant. Ash, did great job.

Arrived on schedule, explained work they needed to be done. Looked over are to insure the tube could be installed, advised on size needed and all cost. Completed installation in good time, cleaned whole area.

Although the Solatubes are pricy we love the results. Daylight Concepts was easy to work with provided a quote prior to service. The technicians who installed the Solatubes were prompt and professional. They helped us with placement of the Solatubes for maximum light. The installation took less than 2 hours for all three. There were no surprises. After they left our house, they gave 3 quotes to my neighbors who stopped to inquire.

Two guys came and put solar tube to provide more indirect lighting in my living room. I have to pay extra because they have to put extra tubing since I have high volted ceiling.

They were prompt and very friendly. They brought back additional covers we requested and the skylights look and perform beautifully.

We were looking to add solar powered attic fans for awhile now, and we spoke with the nice people at daylight concepts at a local home show. We saw the solo tube and thought it would also brighten out rather dark kitchen, and boy does it make a difference! We are so glad we went with this company as everyone was professional, helpful and fair. The workmanship is great and we can really feel a difference in the attic temperature. We are looking forward to seeing the effect on the electric bill. I already printed out the tax rebate forms when filing taxes next year, which sure helps making these upgrades worthwhile. We are happy customers, we would recommend daylight concepts highly.

They came out today and gave me an estimate for a glass skylight to replace the one I had. The old skylight was plastic and did not meet the wind code for this area. I am in Florida so it is important to buy quality items that are outside. I told them to go ahead and replace it. They said they would be back tomorrow morning to put it in. I was surprised as it would be a Saturday. Awhile later I got a call and they could come out in a couple of hours if I was going to be home. Told them I would be home and they said they would be here at 3:30. Well they came early at 2:30, which was fine with me. They took the old one out and put the new one in. They took the old one with them, cleaned the glass inside and out, picked up the cardboard box and other things and were on there way. I can see there is more light and when it rains I hope it will be quiet. One of the reasons I replaced it was when it rains it sounds like some one is throwing stones on it. Can hardly hear the TV.

The installer arrived promptly, was very professional and yet friendly. He explained why the lighting had to go in one area (the alternate to my first choice) and was helpful when I had to make .a decision about which type of diffuser would be the best for the area. I'm contacting them again to have one installed in my kitchen because it made such a difference in the dining room and the installer was so great when it came to the placement and diffuser!

I called for an estimate which they were able to give me over the phone. I scheduled the job to be done and they arrived a little early, which was not a problem, and completed the work very quickly. It was probably the quickest work we have every had done. They were able to do of the work from the roof of the house, so it was very easy. I waited a few weeks to submit this report because I wanted to see if the attic fan would make a difference. We have one room that gets morning sun and afternoon sun and is very difficult to cool. We had a new window installed and increased our insulation in the attic to the max, but this room still was warm. With the installation of the attic fan, the temperature dropped another 2 degrees, which has made an enormous improvement. Not only is the room cooler, but the AC is running less, which means this is also going to lower our electric bill. I recommend this company because of the excellent service we received and also because the product has worked so well.

The installers showed up on time, worked efficiently, and left the area clean when they were finished. I would recommend them to anyone. I don't have to turn the lights on in my kitchen during the daytime anymore. Great product, and a fine company to do business with.

It went great. The showed up on time and talked to us about where we wanted them. They pointed out that putting them too close to ceiling fans would cause a strobe effect After we decided where they were going, they went right to work. They were here for a little over 2 hours and we love the light they provide.

The Daylight Concepts team is very professional. They were punctual and installed the solatube paying attention to every detail that would ensure my satisfaction. Time will tell how well the solartube will hold up, but I have no reason to believe that it won't.

This is by far the best company I have ever done business with. They offer solutions, are responsive and professional, and follow up on all questions. They set install dates and times, and keep them unless the weather won't let them. I have never had one issue with this company and love all of them. Great experience from the show room visit to installation - it was all good. Installers were prompt, helpful in determining the best location for the solartubes, they answered all our questions, and made sure we were happy with the fixtures. And they were professional and friendly.

We are very pleased with the whole experience working with Daylight concepts. We met the owner at a local expo and he gave us a discount coupon. The tech came to the house on the scheduled day, explained what he would do, and went to work. In about 2 hours we had our solatube installed in an interior bathroom. It gives off enough light that we don't have to turn on the lights during the daytime anymore. The technician was friendly and worked very neatly. If we ever need another sola tube, we will definitely call Daylight Concepts.

Jason arrived as scheduled and did the install and his professionalism in laying out the location and inspecting the attic and roof beforehand was impressive. Install was smooth, everything was cleaned up, and inspection with the city went well. They even commented that the flat roof had been prepped and finished very well... an area where inspection normally finds problems. Neighbors have looked at and are also having installed! Love the natural light!!! Should have done much sooner.

We contracted Daylight Concepts to install 3 Solor Tubes into our family room and kitchen area. The installer was prompt, professional and quickly installed the three tubes. The after effect of additional light coming into the room was dramatic. We were pleased with the outcome and had them come out to install 2 additional tubes into our hall and living room area. The product produces a great deal of light with very little roof area being impacted. Care was taken to leave the area clean with any furniture moved back in to its proper place.
