He made several good recommendations to use a better door than I originally called about. He called several times to confirm the purchase of the door, the installation date and even called the night before confirming the time he would arrive. David was right on time. He did an excellent job. He worked very professionally and took care to reuse my existing door moldings. He finished the job in a timely manner, replacing all the hardware and window blinds and cleaned up after. I have recommend David to my neighbor. I will use him again if the need arises.

We had a couple of toilets that kept on running and leaking, so we called a couple of handymen/plumbers to fix the problem. The first two came to inspect and suggested changing all the 'guts' of the toilets and other repairs and said they could do it for several hundred dollars. We also called David and over the phone told us he could also change the 'gut's of the toilets and other repairs to fix the issues. He agreed to stop by on the weekend. On Saturday, he showed up at the agreed upon time (which is usually a good sign), and proceeded to inspect the toilets. He found the issue causing all the problems and told us there was no need to change anything. A simple twist to the valve and voila! problem solved. He even told us that since he hadn't to do so much work as originally thought, he wouldn't charge the price we discussed, but just a fraction. Toilets have been running great ever since, and if there are any other handymen issues in the future at our house, David's the only person we will call and hire. Truly honest, punctual, professional, friendly handymen are rare to find.

I contacted David and spoke to him about what I needed to be done. He was completely not interested, told me he was busy and could I call him next week. I asked him if he could take down my information and he said "nah, why don't you just call me back". I was taken aback by how quickly he brushed me off and never called him again.

David was several days late getting started. But I was okay with that. He worked hard. I pretty well left it up to him in which order to perform the tasks. Because it took longer than expected, if I had to do it again, I would have more input in that area so that I could be putting a room back together while he was working elsewhere.

He showed up on time and did excellent work. David is an honest, reasonable and dependable man and I would absolutely call him again. I'd also recommend him to my mom, which says a lot since she is 85.

I called David to get an estimate on some work I needed done around the house. He was very pleasant and came out to give us an estimate within a few days of our first contact. Everything went well and we agreed to hire him. He came out on the day he said he would and did the job and we were very pleased with his work and the time that it got done. Overall we were very pleased and would hire David again!

David arrived when he said he would, he was honest when something unexpected made the cost go up, and he checked with me before doing the additional work which would make the cost go up to ensure that was what I wanted. We'll continue to rely on his services.

The work he did went very well. He was very polite and punctual. He did a fair job.

I called him with three items. He came the next morning, gave me an estimate and came back that afternoon with the materials to fix what I needed. He was timely, clean and professional.

The estimate was right on. The work took 1 day longer than expected due to illness but was done very professionally. The results were excellent. I would definetly use David again.

He was responsive at first, but he got kind of busy and forgot about me. He did however show up on time and got the job done fairly quickly. The job was done fairly good, but it wasn't perfect. He could have done a better job, but it wasn't awful.

David is very reliable and professional. This is the second time we have used him and plan on calling him again. He is very honest and I can recommend him highly.
