The work was completed within 24 hours of the request because I had contacted another company who doubled their price once they arrived. They had indicated they could not give a proper quote without coming to my place. Surprise Surprise when he did arrive he had a standard charge sheet of costs. They said I had to pay an estimate fee even if I did not have the work done. I kicked the company out of my house. I then contacted Charter and they completed the job quickly because I was leaving for two weeks the next day. The service man was completely competent, knew what he was doing, offered advice on other projects I am considering and provided quotes. I would not hesitate to use Charter again for any other electrical work I need done and I will definitely be asking for the same service person

Joe s customer service was outstanding. He provided us with additional back ground on the company and ensure us that the company stands by the work provided. He worked hard to ensure our problems were resolved in a timely manner and told us to call if we had additional issues. Would not hesitate to contact them in the future for additional work.

I hired Charter Electric twice - 2 weeks in a row to handle multiple electrical concerns/projects which were a mix of complex and simple The electrician, Joe, figured it all out and got everything up and running. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Showed up when they said they would. Only fixed what was necessary. (An estimate from another company included repairing things that were not needed and was MUCH higher.)

Tech came over very late in te day to make sure te problem was fixed that day. He kept in contact with me by phone before and after the job.

Service was prompt and technician quite knowledgeable. However, their price is on the high side.

Their electrician, Robert was first class and di all the work to our perfection. Scott the owner, stays on top the job and is available most anytime for any other questions we had Have another job coming up and are going to hire them again

On time and very professional, also fixed the light switch immediately as I had to shut off power to my master bath and master bedroom as the switch broke and we could not turn off the bathroom lights. So glad that issue was fixed right away, the rest of the job was completed in two days, plugs needed replaced and I added a light above the shower, great job.
