Brothers EZ Moving

This was the second time we have used their services. They were great. It ended up being a two day job. They packed all of our things, took the truck overnight, dropped off some furniture at a consignment store and unloaded everything at our new house. They did an excellent job unloading our belongings.

They arrived on time (actually a little early) and got right to work. There wasn't much, just mostly her bedroom and a couch and loveseat. But they really did an awesome job once we got to her new home. She has a large dresser that would not fit going up the stairs it kept hitting the ceiling. They tried a few different ways and then someone suggested taking the "feet" off (they are about 4-5 inches high) and it worked! They were professional and very careful with everything.

Don't move on a holiday weekend unless u have no choice!

We have a couple of very heavy pieces of furniture and they aren't able to offer any insurance on it.

Eric and Erin were AWESOME. They work hard from start to finish and very respectful. I will definitely request them again when we move into our new home.

Deal mentioned 'does not cover disposal fees.' When I asked about those, that added another $40 to the cost. It was pretty nebulous on how much they would help clear out the junk, and for how long. And finally, they were from out of my area so they were going to haul and dispose 50 miles or so away. If I needed more junk cleared, I was going to have to pay everything again. They were very nice when I spoke to them on the phone to get clarification of the deal, so there are no hard feelings. With additional information from them, this deal does not meet my needs. A suggestion -- the deal needs to contain more up front details.

This was our second time using this company and their services.

I made several calls and sent several emails, they never responded to any of my messages after I had bought a Big Deal from them!

I purchased a deal for $99 for 4 cubic yds of household hauling. There was a $40 dump fee which I knew about in advance. Shea were very responsive to my service request. There was a hiccup in the timing of the pickup/haul away but it seems Gary (the owner) and Shea were at the mercy of an unreliable employee. Either way, Gary personally completed the job as required and was very apologetic regarding the confusion caused. This was an extremely easy job, as Gary came to realize when he was able to complete it in less than 20 minutes, and overall the provider did complete what was paid for. Due to both Shea's and Gary's willingness and concern to do the right thing, I would hire them again in the future.

This company is excellent -- they made the appointment quickly -- the two men and the truck arrived early/on time -- They worked quickly, well, professionally, and thoroughly -- I could not ask for better service -- they unloaded my things with the same excellent methods they used to load -- Best moving experience that I've ever had!!!!!

The two young men appeared a little rough around the edges (lots of tattoos!) but don't judge a book by its cover. Both men were very polite and professional the entire time. They were scheduled to arrive at 3pm (I was stuck with an afternoon appointment after having to change my original move date) yet they called me at 8 am to see if they could come early - 9 am. That was so much more convenient for me! They unloaded everything at a timely speed and even used their own tools to tighten the legs of my dining table which had come loose during the move. They were great and I would recommend.

The move went without a hitch. Brothers EZ Moving swarmed our move- showing up with 6 people on loading day. A 2300' house with the belongings of 5 people took from 9 AM to about 12:30 PM. The same guys who loaded us in Tampa, also met us in Virginia and unloaded everything without incident and nothing broken. I would definitely call on Brothers EZ Moving again.

That's kind of bothering. I gave away all my good stuff and it wasn't for anything but because I made a mistake and I tried to get it back and of course they said they noticed but I know they didn't. I just screamed out for old stuff. I really wanted it back. They were very quiet. I don't know. I can't figure it out. I don't know what I felt. I would not use them again in the future.

They were outstanding. Quality orientated and moved me from one location to another and then to storage with-in an hour. Unbelievable!

They were great! They were both very hard workers. They were efficient, on time, courteous and did a great job! They did this service as a full move.

It worked out good. They hauled away some wood, concrete and left over materials from a renovation.

The movers were nice guys and very professional. However, I was quoted 8 hours and a price of around $700 with my coupon. They were here until 10pm. The boxes did not go to the rooms they were supposed to and a lot of things were left at our old house because they didn't have room on the truck. The truck was plenty big enough to fit all of our things. At 10pm they told me the bill with my coupon was $1200!!!

I had a top notch experience with Brothers EZ Moving. They moved a 26' box truck from a storage trailer to a 2 story house. They arrived early, they worked extremely hard, and they handled our furniture with care. John the lead, did an exceptional job working efficiently and leading his associate while being careful with our belongings. I am a 32 yr old male and they amount of work they did in the FL summer heat was impressive. For their reasonable rates, work ethic, promptness, and efficiency, I would recommend using them for your moving and hauling needs.

I was planning a long distance move with a number of very valuable items, and, after looking at a number of options, chose Brothers EZ Moving. I'm really glad I did. The price was reasonable (they even matched a competitor's price, and they had better options), and they were able to provide door to door service for me. Gary was very responsive and flexible, and made sure I was informed every step of the way. The guys who packed were very thorough and packed, wrapped, and placed all of my valuables and furniture safely. Wayne, the driver, was one of the packers, and was very conscientious and careful in where and how he placed the items in the truck. When I saw him a few days later at the delivery location, nothing new was broken or damaged (they pointed out when there was damage with an item they were about to pack). I had one item I was very concerned about, and Wayne made sure to show me it arrived unscathed. All in all, I was *very* happy with Brothers EZ Moving, and if I had the opportunity, I would use them again.

Kept missing the appointments we had set up. I had to hire another company to do the work. This was a lost to me.

Absolutely wonderful. From my first call and talking with Shea, to Gary coming over to give us a quote, to John and Mark who moved us, the service and professionalism was excellent. We moved from Valrico to Auburndale. John and Mark arrived early and were ready to get started right away. They blanketed and used shrink wrap on our furniture to ensure it was safe for the move. They really cared. Very professional, friendly, and hard workers the entire 9.5 hour day. Nothing lacking from this moving company team. Call them when you need your move done right. We really appreciated Shea, Gary, John, and Mark. Outstanding.

They were fast and efficient. The price was right and their customer service was second to none. I would absolutely use them again and I've recommended them a couple of times.

Guys were friendly and worked hard through a long job to two locations.

Preparation is key, have good boxes, all taped, labeled for each room and be ready to go. We had three beds broken down and ready for pick up and delivery. The workers arrived on time (10 mins. early) they were polite and very professional. I have never seen two men work has hard as these two. ( John and Eric) In fact, I had an extra incentive watching them work, "I lost 5 pounds." I would recommend this group and these men anytime. Thanks, keep up the good work! Ben

John, Mike and Rico arrived early and began at once to wrap and protect the furniture items to be moved. This included a full size grand piano that required disassembly and kid glove care. They were very careful and were completely confident about what to do. All three men were very experienced and competent. They quickly loaded their truck with the furniture, piano and 2 dozen boxes that needed moving. Then they drove to Sarasota, stopped at our storage unit to unload the boxes filled with Xmas decor and indoor fountains and proceeded to unload the remaining furniture at our new house. Within only a little more than 4 hours the entire job was done. I could not believe how quickly and carefully they worked. Everything was in place without a single scratch. I was totally delighted and relieved that the piano was in place exactly where I wanted it and without any damage. They honored the agreed on price of $125/hour which I thought was very reasonable for such quality work. All three men were courteous, pleasant and professional. We were totally pleased and would not hesitate to recommend this moving company.
