All American Garage Door Services was great. I used a coupon from "The Big Deal" website and saved a lot of money. They responded quickly and came out the same day to fix the problem. He was able to fix the door within 15 minutes of getting here. If I had paid the retail price for All American Garage Door Services I would've overpaid immensely so for the amount of work that I had done.

Member took advantage of our $39 Angies Big Deal offer. We performed the tune up and safety check that was offered. This service is normally $79 - not the $125 as indicated by this customer. Our "retail" price is not outrageous as indicated in his review. He said he "would have overpaid immensely" if he had paid retail for the amount of work he had done. This is misleading to other customers.

Although the special price that Angie's List advertised had expired, I called All American Garage Door Services and they honored the price. They scheduled an appointment promptly and the technician showed up promptly. He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and completed the work as promised. I am glad I called them.

Called at 9:30am and was told they would be here between 12 and 1. Arrived at exactly 12. Very professional, friendly and competent. He replaced the roller, lubricated all hinges and springs and was finished in 25 minutes. The cost was exactly what I was quoted on the phone. Extremely satisfied and would recommend them completely. This is a great, honest business. Use them with confidence!

Called American Doors and made an appointment for between 10.00 and 11.00 a.m. the next day. Bob showed up promptly at 10.00 a.m. and replaced the door sensors, lubricated the garage doors, and also adjusted third bay door at no charge. He explained everything and was very courteous and friendly.
Description of Work: Had a faulty door sensor which would not allow door to close properly.

They recently came out because we couldn't get the garage door to open, and there was some sort of alarm. The guy came out right away, within 2 hours of us calling. We were so impressed by his responsiveness. It turned out to not be a problem with the door, but something that we had done incorrectly. The gentleman who came was so patient and explained all of the features of the door to us so that it wouldn't happen again. They are really good, we have been blessed to work with them.

Recently purchased a house. During home inspection it was noted that garage doors were not functioning properly. Contacted All American Garage Door to come out and service two garage doors, and electric openers. Jose showed up on time as scheduled and performed work in a timely fashion. Talked me through and explained what the problems were, and made recomendations about future replacement of electric motors due to the size of the garage door. Do not possess adequate amount of garage door openers for vehicles, Jose explained where they could be obtained and how to program them.

COURTEOUS. I CAN'T RECOMMEND THE GARAGE DOOR COMPANY MORE HIGHLY. THEY ARE EXPERTS IN DOORS AS WELL AS THE LIFTMASTER MECHANICS.
Description of Work: AMIDST ALL THE HURRICANES AND CLEANUP ACTIVITIES, LOSS OF POWER, ETC., I HAD THREE SEPARATE EMERGENCIES WITH MY DOUBLE GARAGE DOORS. THE FIRST TIME WAS ON THE DAY MY WIFE WAS TO BE DISCHARGED FROM THE HOSPITAL FOLLOWING A SURGERY AND MY DOOR WOULD NOT ALLOW ME TO LEAVE THE GARAGE! I CALLED ACCESS GARAGE DOOR AND FRANCES SENT OUT JAKE WITHIN THE HOUR. JAKE DID A SUPER JOB, REPLACED SPRINGS AND ROLLER WHEELS AND I WAS OFF TO THE HOSPITAL. A COUPLE WEEKS LATER MY WIFE PUNCHED THE REMOTE WHILE AN OBSTRUCTION WAS ON THE TRACK, THUS THE DOOR WENT COCKEYED AND ALMOST FELL ONTO MY CARS. AGAIN, KEN SENT OUT GENE TO SERVICE THE TRACKS AND CABLES, REALIGNED THE CABLES, DOOR, ETC. AND MY WIFE AND I WERE ABLE TO COME AND GO. THEN, JUST TODAY, THE DOOR LOCKED AT HALF OPEN/CLOSED BUT I COULD OPERATE IT MANUALLY. AGAIN FRANCES SENT OUT GENE TO REPLACE A STRIPPED GEAR IN THE LIFTMASTER OPENER.
