Description of Work: I had an old low dollar safe that had a lock malfunction. I went to Action Lock & Safe. Eric the sales rep spent a lot of time with me to help me make my decision. I bought a new high quality safe at an excellent price. Jim and Jeff delivered the new safe at the directed time, placed it where I wanted and were very careful not to cause damage to the home. They then were able to open the old safe for a small fee and determined what was wrong with it. I decided to keep the old safe as well and was able to fix it myself with what they had shown me. From sale to delivery everyone was very helpful and professional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a locksmith or is in need of a safe for their business or home. You must be aware though that they are very busy, but it is easy to see why.

I HAD CALLED TO VERIFY PREVIOUSLY, AND HAD BEEN QUOTED $55.00 AS A PRICE, THEN WHEN I CALLED BACK THEY SAID THEY HAD SINCE RAISED THE PRICE ($65)HOWEVER WOULD MATCH THE ORIGINAL PRICE I WAS QUOTED. OTHER QUOTES I RECEIVED FOR THIS KEY WERE $44, AND $48 AT DIFFERENT LOCKSMITHS. HOWEVER, THIS LOCATION WAS MUCH CLOSER AND MORE CONVENIENT. BECAUSE THEY MATCHED THE ORIGINAL QUOTE I GAVE THEM AN A FOR PRICE, HAD THEY NOT I WOULD HAVE DRIVEN TO THE OTHER LOCKSMITHS.
Description of Work: MADE A KEY FOR A 2000 HONDA ACCORD, A MORE DIFFICULT TO MAKE KEY WITH A TRANSPONDER (REQUIRING PROGRAMMING).
