Very kind movers who were respectful of me and my little dog, who was very frightened by all the noise and stress that comes with a move.

The movers were very professional and also respectful of my wishes as to placement and caution on certain items. They worked fast so the charge was very reasonable for quality work. I would recommend them to anybody...they are that good!

Absolutely first class from start to finish! As a single mom with two kids I needed someone I could trust and feel good about- and I got that and so much more! So thankful for their hard work and great attitude.

This was an excellent moving company. We had an unplanned, emergency move that had to be made in a few hours time. Sophia at Quality Movers was immediate in her response. She and her workers accommodated are specific needs and were highly professional in every aspect of the job. Everything was completed within a four hour period. We would definitely hire them, again. This company is a great asset to the Tampa area.

Ok, an honest review... I have never once hired a moving company in my life, I once felt, utilizing the services of a moving company was a waste of $, time, potential aggravation, etc. That is, until today! I needed to move and needed to move quickly! Home Advisor connected me with Quality Movers.. they immediately called and I told them my needs. Quality Movers was able to clear their busy schedule to help accommodate my moving needs. The day. of the move, Quality Movers called prior to arrival to let me know they were on their way, they showed up pn time and went straight to work! The 2 Movers were so incredibly nice, hard-working, friendly, accommodating, thoughtful, thorough, and super efficient. You could truly not ask for a better representation... Then, came the bill... ?? The cost was sooooo much cheaper than expected!! Totally discombobulated my synapses!! I tend to do the wrong thing more often than not... however, not today!! Made a most bueno decision to use Quality Movers!! They are such an amazing company and I would recommend everyone. Use them for your moving needs!! I highly recommend this company. I have been managing senior moves for almost 20 years, and Im sorry I did not learn about them , sooner. Don t miss the chance to have great service and quality for your money. It doesn t come along every day in the moving industry.

I would recommend them everyone who needs help moving. My daughter was able to do a simultaneous close on a Monday, with the help of Angi and Sophie my request was responded to (on a Sunday evening) and they were able to schedule movers for Wednesday. The storage facility was not the easiest to access, but her guys literally moved other movers out of the drive way. Everything went as good as could be expected and Sophie’s estimate was spot on and pretty much exactly what I wanted and expected to pay. Communication was great. Thank you for a stress free day!

Being a first time mover I was not aware of all the information that they were required. They were required to tag items, and provide an inventory list, which neither was done. Did not know when truck left our home it would be unattended. I found out later that their insurance does not cover monies, we had a 5 gallon jug of pennies that was stolen. It was taken off the truck while sitting unattended . Found all this out upon arrival at the destination that the jug was missing. The customer service did take a bit for responce, and nothing was ever resolved from this. Their insurance company does not cover and the owners have not gotten back to me on the subject.

Unfortunately my experience with 2 Friends was not up to my expectations, especially for the price of services. I was scheduled for a Saturday move and at 4pm that day I received a call that I would have to be rescheduled for the following day. I had no choice, so I kindly accepted. Please be aware that this company does charge for the hour of travel that it took them to arrive at my starting location (their office was 23 miles from my starting point). On that Sunday, the crew showed up around 3:30pm. Admin was aware of how large of a job my move would be as the estimate was quoted for 9 hours of work. Needless to say, the job went on until almost midnight. I will say on a positive note that the crew sent out was amazing; they worked extremely hard and tried their best to ensure I was well taken care of. They didn't, however, realize the size of the job for the day so communication between admin and crew could be a bit better. All in all the job got done (just barely) but the final costs exceeded my estimate and budget, to include, my entire Saturday was wasted due to their scheduling errors. When breaking down costs with admin, we finally came to an agreement of a small refund amount, but in order to receive it I was told I had to either file a claim or submit a notarized letter stating I wouldn't write a bad review. Due to the small amount of the refund and the fact that I didn't feel like wasting any more time or money on this move, I declined. This was my experience with this company and because of it I wouldn't recommend them to my family or friends. I do have time stamps and screenshots of our conversations to prove my review is accurate and true.

Although it ended up pricing just beyond our desired budget, it was a super smooth experience booking & moving with this company! The movers (Ryan and Malik) were exceptional with wrapping everything carefully, as well as moving things cautiously. We highly recommend them to anyone in Tampa Bay! I own extremely heavy and expensive furniture, including several antiques handed down from my grandparents. I've moved a great many times and these are the first movers ever that did not cause any damage, not even a scratch. They were extremely professional, caring and personable and I strongly recommend their services to anyone who cares about their belongings.
