Absolutely blown away by these folks. We have a townhome at Boca West (vacation home). When we removed a wardrobe from the bedroom, as we suspected, the installers of the new carpeting had not carpeted under it. Fortunately, we had a remnant of the new carpeting and called Word of Mouth Carpet to patch in the new carpeting. I'll let the pictures do the talking. These two gentlemen that came were prompt, honest, and highly skilled. Their price was fair. They explained that the carpet we were patching in was directional carpeting and we might notice the difference. Can you see the difference?! I can't! I'm over the moon.

I've been using their services for several years and they always do an exceptional job. Home Advisor referred me to Word of Mouth Carpet Cleaning and they never disappoint.

Word of Mouth Carpet Restorations did an outstanding job for us. We had a last-minute request to stretch the carpet in two hallways of our hotel, each measuring 250 feet long. Laura was incredibly prompt in returning our call and arranged for a team to come out the same day to provide an estimate. They even scheduled the work within a week. The team stretched and repaired the carpets, making them look fantastic. We are extremely grateful for their service and the quality of their work.

Have worked with this team for many years now. They are conscientious, courteous and dedicated in their work. They have always showed up when expected and are honest about the expectations of what spots and stains may or may not be able to be corrected. If it will come out, they will make it happen.

Paid $250 to do carpet. Terrible job stains returned he didn't want 2 redo. Was to redo didn't was 2 send Me $100. Crappy job suckd

2 very nice men did the job but he price was ridiculous Lous. 20 minutes and $400 later it was done. We went with the price because we wanted it done. I was quoted $500 to clean the grout in my entire house which is 95% tile. No comparison. 2 small stretches in front of my bedroom door. I would NOT recommend them solely on the price
