Description of Work: NRG tore down an old screen room & built a gorgeous four-season sunroom! It is fantastic. NRG also remodeled my master bath--I am thrilled! They installed a sliding glass door in place of a very old one and it slides smooth as silk.

Mr. [Member Name Removed], Our database reflects we visited with you in 2013 and 2014 to discuss the possibilities of building a sunroom on your home. Sunrooms and screen rooms are two different products and sunrooms are indeed more expensive than screen rooms. In the past 5 years, consumers have been the driving force of the sunroom market and 90% of the rooms we build are either vinyl glass rooms or glass rooms. These enclosed spaces allow customers to enjoy their outdoor space for 3 or 4 seasons out of the year. The feedback received from the majority of our customers reveals screens rooms are hard to keep clean, especially during the Spring when the pollen accumulates into the screenroom or when it rains and the beautiful patio furniture they purchased becomes mildewed. We are sorry to hear that our prices where not within your budget. We wish you the best, please keep us in mind if you find yourself down the road wanting to enclose your screen room and install vinyl windows or glass windows.

The work NRG performed was excellent. When I documented some additional work I thought was needed, they were prompt in inspecting things, agreed to do the work, and finished the work quickly. When I had some specific questions after using the windows for awhile, they came out quickly and answered all my questions.
Description of Work: NRG removed all my aluminum frame windows (22) and installed new Reynolds 6000 Series vinyl replacement units. All the units have white vinyl frames, custom grids, double locks (to keep windows from opening enough for entry), full screens and tax credit eligible Low E and Argon gas. Installation included caulking and brick mortar where needed to completely seal the windows. NRG also handled getting homeowner association approval, city permit and inspection, and cleanup and materials away. NRG also working with me on obtaining a city low interest loan, and provided the necessary tax credit paperwork.

They did a great job. They completed the job within a week. NRG Industries were very professional. They took care of any concerns I had right away. They did exactly what they said they would do. I would use them again in the future.

They were great. I was very pleased with the work that they did. They gave me all the information I needed to file for energy efficiency to receive a deduction on my taxes. They took everything and did a good job.
Description of Work: They replaced some sunroom windows and we discovered some wood rot underneath them; they repaired the damage and installed insulation and then the windows.

The work done by the employees NRG was way less than desirable; they wrote up a contract with some specifics in it. As the project progressed they decided that there wasn't enough money in the project to complete it. They told me that without paying even more money the project would not be completed. The sales rep told me that the only way that they would finish putting in the French doors was if a judge told them they had to complete the project so I had to take them to court. I won the settlement. The work done by their sub-contractors was very good however.
Description of Work: Built a new covered deck and new roof.
