By far, Louis was the most responsive person - and most pleasant person - responding to my request for an estimate to replace a section of driveway damaged by tree roots. He used 3000 PSI concrete at 4 inches deep, which is more than the 2500 PSI at 3 1/2 inches. Without me mentioning it, he offered to slope a section of the driveway to eliminate a puddling problem I had with the old driveway - and it worked! The workers did not put heavy equipment on my driveway - they wheel barrowed it from the street. They hauled off the old material, including the tree roots he removed from under the driveway. The next day he returned and cleaned up very well.

I was completely satisfied with the whole process, from bidding on the job straight through job completion. First and foremost, a high quality job was begun expeditiously and completed within a reasonable amount of time, with the least inconvenience to myself and my neighbors. The owner and his crew were professional and courteous at all times. I was especially impressed with the attention to detail and high performance standards communicated by the owner of this business, who was onsite from start to finish, supervising the workers and working right along with them. "How did it go?"...It could not have gone better!
