Called and made and appointment with a very nice lady. Travis arrived later that afternoon and repaired the leak. He was very professional and was very efficient in his work. He was very friendly with a very good personality. When he finished the job we called in about, we had him look at the kitchen sink faucet that had become difficult to use. He and the company tried to find the correct parts to repair the old Delta faucet but the parts were impossible to find. We made the decision to buy a new faucet and Travis gave us some recommendations. I bought the new faucet at Lowe's and Travis worked us in the next day to install it. He did a great job.

The rebate brought price down to eight hundred. Another (A) rated wanted $800 more and no mention of the city rebate.... City gas inspecter said I had a great company do the work, everything was done to specs.. It was not easy to install in the attic... Very happy and will use again...

They stopped a persistent leak in my master bath that others had failed to do. Courteous, professional, friendly and answered all my questions. I would definitely use them again.

The person answering the telephone was very courteous. I was given an appointment within 2 days. The plumber who came to do the repairs was very punctual and was very professional. After the excellent service I received from Lance Maxwell Plumbing, I will never use another plumber in Tallahassee. The scheduler received my call at 8:15 this morning and coordinated with a technician (Jimmy) who was on his way from a housecall in Thomasville. Shortly afterwards, he arrived and immediately found the issue in the first bath. I had two other issues in the master bath and kitchen which he gladly fixed---I wasn't expecting the repair and was so happy that he could fix it! He was able to do all of this within a matter of less than one hour. The expertise, professionalism, and willingness to help exceeded all my expectations.

Technician had to work in a very confined space. He did a professional job replacing a small section of pipe rather than just soldering the pinhole as has been done on past repairs. I would not hesitate to call them again for any repairs.

If calling a plumber on a Saturday afternoon can be a pleasant experience, this was it. Because it was after hours, I expected to get an answering machine with no option but to leave a message and wait; however, I was given the option of speaking with someone. The nice lady took my message and within five minutes, I received a call from Matt. He listened to my explanation of the problem and explained my options. He was completely up front about the additional cost of being serviced on the week-end, but I wanted the repair taken care of, so he was walking to the van to drive my way before we even got off the phone. When he arrived, he was extremely professional and courteous. He did not waste any time and within minutes had located the leak and begun repairing it. While he waited for the glue on the main problem to dry, he checked out and repaired the leaking toilet. I am very pleased with this company - especially Matt- and I would recommend them to anyone.

My neighbor and I did ours at the same time to save equipment setup charges for us both. They arrived early to beat the rain. My installation went off without a hitch. While they were hooking up my unit, they were digging out hers. Turned out she didn't have a tap and the City said the plumber (Maxwell) would need to put it in and that my neighbor had to pay for it - about $3,000 more. Lance Maxwell got on the phone to various people he knew with the City and told them that they - the City - had located the 'mystery' tap and had inspected the job when the system was put in and had verified that it existed when it didn't so it was their responsibility. He pushed the right buttons because the City had a crew out by 3:30 working on putting in the tap. They finished installing the tap at 11:00 that night. The line from her house had to be raised 14" and the next day Lance Maxwell came out, raised the line and connected to the tap at no additional charge.

Everything went very well. I called several stores and plumbers on Thursday, and all of them but one game me the same answer -- I needed a short water heater, that a short water heater would need to be ordered, and that I would get the new water heater in 10-14 days. Only Lance Maxwell's person gave me a different answer, which was that he could install a new hot water heater the next morning. Sure enough, the standard 40-gallon heater fit (with an inch to spare). He arrived on time, managed to drain the existing tank despite 12 years of hard water build-up, and had us hooked up within a couple hours. Then, one of the women back at the office emailed me the City's double-rebate form. The price quotes I received from the box stores were a bit less, but I couldn't ask for a better experience.

Our toilet would leak every time it was flushed. We called Lance Maxwell to repair it after my husband became stumped on how to fix it. They came out immediately at 8:30 in the morning and were very professional. He fixed the leak by adjusting the bolts on the toilet fixtures. The plumber was on time and very professional and courteous. The fix only took about 15 minutes. My only (slight) gripe is the cost: $106 for about fifteen minutes worth of work. But, I doubt we could have gotten a better rate from another plumber. I'd definitely use them again.

Toilet still needs plunging after they came out. Money flushed down the drain!

Crew arrived within one hour of call. They located the leak quickly and effected repairs in about an hour.

Had a broken toilet flange. Tony showed up on time and went right to work. Had all the tools and supplies he needed. Hsd to saw out the old flange, fit the new flange, and reset the toilet. Just under an hour and he was gone. Great experience, and I'll definitely use them if I need a plumber in the future.

Called from work at approximately 8:30 am and had appointment scheduled in the 12-2 timeslot. They actually first suggested the 10-12 timeslot but I opted for later time. My wife was the one at home during the service visit and I must say that she is much more of a critic than I am. She was pleasantly pleased with the experience. She recieved a phone call from the office informing her that the tech was on the way and they arrived propmply at 12pm. They were very professional and listened as she explained the work which we desire done. The tech was very efficient with his time and effort. He went above and beyond what we expected and corrected another problem (a slight adjustment) he found at no additional cost. Needless to say, my wife was impressed..no easy task. We did not ask for an estimate prior to the work, but the price was close to what I expected. We definely will use this company again for any future plumbing work needed

It turned out there was broken hose bib which they replaced it for me. Another time they fixed a backup on the toilet. They only charged me for 1 hour even though they spent 3 hours on it, because they said they should have figured out the issue in that amount of time. They?ve done many other jobs for me and I?ve always been happy.

He is my regular plumber and he is wonderful. They did a big job a week ago. He is an excellent plumber, not cheap but no plumber is. They were here for many, many hours and did a lot of work for me. All I can say is they are very, very dependable. I wouldn’t use anybody else, they are excellent.

The are really an impressive company. The staff is very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. The three technicians I have dealt with have been very knowledgeable and efficient as well. I would recommend them to anybody.

Came in the day after Thanksgiving after too much stuffed down the disposal. Came right out - even though a holiday - and snaked the clog through the roof vent. Took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. Will definitely call them in the future.

They initially sent someone who couldn't really complete the job, but they finally got the right man for the task. I had an odd fixture, and it was very difficult to get the right part in for the fix. Three phone calls and three plumbers later, the job was finally done. Eventually, satisfaction was delivered. Just be sure to ask for an experienced plumber!

Mr. Drake Faircloth came out the same day to review my water softener. Unfortunately, the verdict was it is old and needs replaced. But he didn't charge me to come out and was very thorough.

They are an excellent company. They do great work. They are very professional and competent.

They were excellent. They are a very good company, I've used them before years and years ago and I was happy with them. They had to upgrade things because the one they took out was 20 years old. They had to upgrade to one that was up to code. It's a lot better now than before, the old one leaked and ruined part of our wood floor. The new one has a pan underneath it for if it leaks. They had to drill 3 holes through the brick wall in order to upgrade it so it's in a whole lot better shape.
