CARPET RESTORATION INC.

   The carpet still looks as good as it has since we moved in our home.  I was temped to rent some cleaning equipment and clean the carpet myself but when I checked on the internet for tips on how to do a really good job, I realized it's more detailed than it seems.  I was willing to pay someone who would do the job right, and I liked Mr. Grigg's previous recommendation here on Angie's List.   I just want to add another recommendation for Mr. Griggs -- the price is good, the service is good and the man is very professional.

Dave worked very efficiently. He completed the work quickly and was well-prepared. The carpets were cleaned thoroughly. He cleaned the chairs on our screened porch. The area rug he cleaned inside. I regretted not asking him to take the area rug outside, because our wood floors got a bit wet. However, he cleaned up everything very well. After he left I had some misgivings about how long the carpets and rug took to dry. Also, it would have been better to leave the house to air out for a while after the the teflon treatment. But once it was all dry--which took more time than previous carpet cleaners--about 2 days really in our low lying area--my carpets looked like new! I was so pleased. I have also found that spills are less likely to stain and the carpets continue to look better than they have in years. I was very pleased with the final results.

Called to make appointment; Greg showed up on time; cleaned crpet, and left. Great price and great job. Previous owerners had many pets and pet hair was everywhere. After Greg left. I couldn't fing hair 1.

The first time I used Carpet Restoration, Dave showed up on time and did an amazing job cleaning the carpets in one of my rental properties. He was able to work with my schedule and budget, which is very important to me. Not only did he clean the carpets well, he was able to remove several stains I was sure would be there forever. I was very satisfied. When he was done, he let me know that the tile floors, specifically the grout lines, could be cleaned just as easily and with the same result. I was not so sure since they were very stained. As a courtesy, he hooked up his tile cleaner and when I returned, I was amazed to see how well the foyer tile looked. For a small additional effort, the overall difference to the area was well worth it and made the main floor area look even better. I was very satisfied with the overall experience of his cleaning services.
