+ 0 morePatrick was great. He was consistently on time, communicated well, and most importantly, finished all work within the estimate and on time. He was extremely polite and responsive, and he even was able to change the scope of work at our request and stay within budget because (and this is the most important, in my opinion), he double and triple checked our pre-wired GFCI circuits and discovered that a couple of the exterior circuits that we thought needed to be updated were actually protected by other outlets. This ended up saving us a good chunk of change. That kind of honesty and integrity is a ringing endorsement for how Patrick operates, and I would highly recommend him. We will absolutely use his services for future electrical projects indoors.
Description of Work: We recently moved into a new home where all of the landscape lighting and exterior electrical work was done by a previous homeowner with no adherence to electrical codes, common sense safety, or quality workmanship. Patrick removed all of the old and unsafe wiring, ran new conduits for an exterior fridge, and updated all of our exterior outlets. He also put our landscape lighting on a timer and ran a new circuit for a light by our jacuzzi.

+ -1 morePatrick Canoville called me around 4:30 pm on November 11th and said he was in the area and could he come by now instead of tomorrow, as planned. I said, "yes", and he and a second worker came over about 20 minutes later. He looked at the existing ventilation fan and said he could not do the job because the fan he had to install was too large and too thick for the wall. Also, he asked if he could see the back of the wall (which is in my living area) and I said there were too many boxes stacked high to get there. He said he could not do the job and I said, "okay". He asked me to call and request a refund from Angie's List. He was a polite man and looked very competent. I'm sorry it didn't work out as I am looking for an electrician.

+ -1 moreWe purchased this as a one time deal on Angie's List. It was a perfect opportunity as for a long time we had been debating getting the fan fixed and this was a great price for the service. Patrickson Canoville, the owner, showed up exactly when promised. He was polite, professional, and got right to work. He and his assistant made certain that nothing was damaged by properly prepping the work area. When finished they cleaned up and left the area spotless. Most importantly, the exhaust fan is quite and works perfectly. He also discovered that the fan was venting into the attic of the house rather than outside because it wasn't properly attached to the exhaust outlet and corrected this problem. I would definitely use them again for electric work.
Description of Work: Replaced an old noisy bathroom exhaust fan with a new quite one.

Over the course of two visits, Patrickson and his associate removed three old, noisy bathroom vent fans and replaced them with ultra-quiet, high performing vent fans. He also installed a new vent fan in a bathroom that did not have one, going into the attic and running appropriate duct work to vent into the eave. The process was very satisfactory.

They removed our old ceiling exhaust fan, which was located in our small half bath (and very loud and came on with the light switch), cut the ceiling to fit the new fan and completed the install in a very short time. The new exhaust fan is extremely quiet. The price was excellent and the install much easier than we imagined.

+ 0 morePatrick was quick to respond to our initial call and was willing to come out on a Saturday to meet our scheduling requirements. He called to confirm our appointment and give us a window for his arrival on the day of our appointment, which he kept. Patrick and his assistant were very diligent and stayed with the job until it was completed and tested and demonstrated the system to us prior to leaving. They cleaned up the worksite and were considerate in protecting our house, as the job required that they go in and out intermittently. They were very professional, knowledgeable and respectful of our home and family. We would definitely use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
Description of Work: Added wiring to existing outdoor fan circuit and created an outlet for one additional fan in the circuit, removed old fans and installed new ones and new fan master control switch.

I also liked that he was very knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail, so that I had a great understanding before the work was performed.

I was very grateful that he was able to fit me in same day both times, especially for the first job, which involved outlets that weren't working in the kitchen. He is now my permanent electrician :)

I pump had unprimed itself when I shut the power off to do some work. He was able to fix it in with in 15 min and he didn't even want to charge me. So I paid him $40 for his time. Great guy would certainly use him again.

Both men were professional and courteous. The work was clean and when we asked that a couple of items be readdressed, Patrick was happy to do so and in a very timely manner. I will definitely be using this company for future electric needs.
Description of Work: Patrick and his associate spent two days at our home doing two separate jobs. One day they installed a ceiling fan, many new outlets and some light fixtures in two outdoor Florida rooms. The second day they replaced a breaker box.

+ -1 moreI originally contacted Allsite Electric for an estimate to install LED lights under my kitchen cabinets that I recently had refaced. Patrick arrived on time the next day to assess the work and give me an estimate. The price was very reasonable so I asked him about more work, such as installing pendant lighting in the kitchen. When Patrick came back to install the LED lights, I asked him to move the security system key pad to a more desireable location. After installing the LED lights, pendant lights, and moving the ked pad, I asked Patrick if he could mount a flat screen television. The work was a bit delayed because of my hectic schedule. However, Patrick kept me informed of his availability and we were soon able to schedule the work. I am pleased with all of Patrick's (and his partner O'Neill) work. I intend to use him again and again and I highly recommend him.
Description of Work: Installed lights under the kitchen cabinets, installed 3 pendant lights in the kitchen over the granite countertops, move security system control pad to another wall, and mounted a flat screen television in the masterbed. The dvd player and transponder was moved the closet so only the television was mounted on the wall.
