Description of Work: Corrected wiring connection for 3-way switch. I had moved the switches, but did not reconnect the wires properly. English John came out and was able to diagnose the issue and solve the problem very quickly. We are always satisfied by Kopper Electric!

Description of Work: |He worked well with me. His people were very punctual. They upgrade me box to 200 amp service. The only downside ws taking out part of the wall and not putting it back together as they found it. It was rather jimmy rigged. The workers said they weren't cabinet makers. Other than the wall they did GREAT. The wall is in the garage so I'm not that concerned.

Description of Work: Install two outdoor fans that we purchased

Description of Work: We had the electrical panel replaced through the Big Deal. The appointment was easy to make, the workers showed up on time, and the panel was installed in one day. The wall around it was left open so the city could inspect the work and then they would come back and patch it. The city came out within a few days, and everything looked good. My only issue was trying to get someone back out to patch the wall. It took a few weeks to get that work done. It wasn't a huge deal, since the box was in the garage and was functional. But it took multiple phone calls to get the job wrapped up. Overall pretty happy with the job that was done and would use them in the future.

Description of Work: They promised to call the day before the service was performed to give me an approximate time to expect them. Never did and I thought they were not coming, but around 4:30 PM they showed up and performed all services I had requested to my satisfaction.

Description of Work: Called with home electrical problem...before I could even explain my problem the guy told me he was booked for the day and hung up. So much for customer service. He was very rude at a time when I really needed help. I would never call again.

Description of Work: Remove family room ceiling fan and place it into bedroom . A new ceiling was to be placed in the family room however when the new fan was installed it did not work ( a factory defect). I had to return the fan back to dept store and was to call Kopper once I receive the new fan. It took me a week to get a new fan and when I did get it I did not call Kopper back; it had nothing to do with Kopper I was having some other work done at my home and had it installed by those worker. Kopper did what they did needed and I was satisfied with the work performed.

Description of Work: Excellent service. They took down a very large, fragile Tiffany light for me. I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again. They also came out on New Years Day to accommodate my schedule.

Description of Work: Two electricians arrived and diagnosed our problems immediately. We had outdoor motion lights that were not operabe, a shower light and a bathroom fan that were not working. They recommended less expensive repair options than what we had originally expected. Both were very professional and clean. Kopper Electric IS my new electrician!

Description of Work: I was very happy with the overall service. However, the technicians that installed the ceiling fan told me if I had contacted them directly (without using Angie's List), I would have paid $63.50, not $75. I would like a refund from Angie's List.
