Description of Work: Sal and Kyle came to my home and installed an outside outlet and replaced a dimmer switch that was causing LED can lights to flicker. Very punctual and prevented the work area from getting dirty. Will definitely use again.

Description of Work: Very unprofessional over all. He seemed more concerned about the other people working in the home then he was on doing a quality job. A "handyman "had to repair numerous items that the electrician installed. I would not use them again, nor would I recommend their services to anyone else.

Description of Work: They called to schedule my appointment last week for 01-06-16..They showed up as expected.Clean, respect for personal property, and performed the 200 amp panel change over in a few hours. After completing the change over They went and labeled each breaker to the corresponding switch or outlet.This company I will recommend to anyone. A++++

Description of Work: They never bothered to call to set an appointment for the installation. I joined Angie's List 9/9/2015 and purchased the service from Kopper Electric Inc. Once after purchasing I waited 3 weeks and then called customer sevice at Angie's list to report no contact. They did then send me an email and king for my phone number(s) On the email I also sent days that were good for me. It has now been almost 2 months. My son came over a couple of weeks ago and installed my fan for me. I had decided I just needed to be reimbursed for the $67.50, and to cancel my Angies's List membership as it was much too difficult. Sandra Rutledge

Description of Work: They installed a ceiling fan and helped me with a couple of other small things i had a problem with. The worker was very pleasent and helpful. The next time i need electricial help i will definitely call them.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal through AL for an upgrade to a residential electrical panel from a fuse box (required consolidation of several fuse boxes). Because of some tricky scheduling, the initial visit and subsequent installs had to be done over several months time and around my travel schedule. All went well in the end but there was a last minute schedule mixup on the part of Kopper that required me to change a number of appointments. I also had to ask the right questions, which was difficult as I am not an electrician. So into the job I ended up requesting copper wire specifically which increased the price slightly. Not a problem really. Kopper was helpful in working through the process and coming back 4 weeks later to finish up the job.
