Everything went well. The power panel was in place. The provider has to come back for some tweaks. I am happy with their service overall.

Brett arrived on time and was extremely knowledgeable with all my wiring (1960) home! Very friendly very fast worker & cleaned after himself. I will use them again in a few week having an outdoor kitchen done and need electricity for it. Would highly recommend them. Oh did I mention that I called on Tuesday and he was here Wednesday morning a Big Plus !

Excellent. Brett and Dan arrived right on time and never stopped working. They were friendly and very professional. They asked questions and made sure they understood what I needed. They cleaned up and removed all debris. If you need electrical work done, I highly recommend this company. No bells and whistles. Just a good professional job at a reasonable price.

Great crew to deal with. Both Dan and Rick did a great job, even though my house tried to stop them in their tracks. They encountered some issues in installing the recessed lighting, but were able to fish the wires to the right place. Over all, great service. My only suggestion is that they need more people, since I had to wait close to a month to get them over to my house. Communication via text message worked well.

Took extra effort to get scheduled but they showed up early and completed the work quickly.

He never responded that he received my text so I texted him again asking if he received my text. he texted back "Yes" and that is all. I then again texted to just let me know when he was ready to establish an appointment. Nine days later I have had no response from Sal. Do not let the A+ reviews fool you. Very bad communication skills. Go elsewhere.

Showed up on time and replaced aged garage electrical panel.

They were very professional and took the time to educate me on what was done wrong and what they did to remedy the situation. They took two hours for work that took the previous electrician the whole day, they even hauled away the old materials left by the previous electrician. Texts were always returned and the one time that they forgot to follow up with a phone call to confirm, they were very apologetic. I understand all businesses have busy times and I am glad I gave them the benefit of the doubt, because I am very happy with the Kopper electric team.

Worked with Sal, the owner, in coordinating a good date for us. He was very accommodating. And, the installation was performed by Brett. Brett, was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I'm very pleased with the upgraded breaker panel and the services performed by Kopper Electric!

Absolutely impressed and satisfied! Sal did an amazing job upgrading our electrical service/panel in our home we recently purchased. Sal always responded to our phone calls and text messages in a timely manner. Sal demonstrated professionalism and expertise. The morning of our appointment, Sal arrived early to our house and was fully prepared for the job. Sal went above and beyond of what we had requested and actually addressed a few outlets and other areas that were not grounded properly (items our home inspector missed). At the conclusion of the job, Sal took the time to review his work with me and left the job very clean. The workmanship of Sal's work is superb. I called the KOPPER electric co on Tuesday and they arrived promptly at 7:45 the next day. after surveying the location for a sensor light, Brett recommended a suitable area for the placement. The work was done carefully as not to harm the stucco and it was done neatly.. He then replaced a switch for the pool pump. It is comforting to know that there are still companies that respect customers with small jobs and have professional installers like Brett.

Nice, professional, fast. Unbelievable price. We compared price with two others- Mr Sparky estimate was 4 times the cost of Kopper! They did extra work like moving appliances. Fixed up our garage bathroom that had dangerously exposed wires. The recessed lighting looks fantastic, as if it had always been there. The only reason we gave a B for quality instead of an A is that some of the light switch panels and outlets are a little bit crooked. In their defense, we did not make a big deal about it and they may have fixed it for us had we requested it. They were so efficient and everything works properly.

Excellent. The electrician arrived early but waited for the appointed time. Efficient, courteous, polite, accommodating and professional. We briefly discussed future projects and he answered all of my questions, and made helpful suggestions. Prices were very reasonable. I have complete confidence in their work. Look forward to having them back.

Went EXTREMELY well, these guys are very good at their job. They setup things properly they definitely very transparent about their work , they ran it to a new box, go the right spacers for the breaker box, and also offered to come out in October when I get the spa so we can connect it properly. I really appreciate them as 3 places were well over 1000 dollars for a simple wire run. One place was 1900, one place was 1500, and another place was 1200. These guys did it more professionally than most electricians that I have hired in the past for other jobs. We will be using them again for the other items we have to get done in the next coming months.

Very smooth. EJ was most knowledgeable and friendly. This was my fourth engagement with these folks and it will not be my last. Very professional and well priced.
