This company provided the best (absolutely the best!) moving experience I have ever had. Hands down. They set the gold standard, and they did it at a reasonable price. They said exactly what they would do and did exactly what they said they would. Love them!

The movers were amazing. They were not the cheapest but I felt so comfortable with them.

By far the most detailed mover i've ever used. From the estimate to the office to the actual crew everything was so planned and detailed it made at ease in such a stressful time. Leda was my office contact and she was so sweet. i really appreciate all of you.

HIRED TO MOVE HOUSE ITEMS FROM DAYTONA BEACH FL TO MYRTLE BEACH S.C. ITEMS WERE TO BE STORED UNTIL NEW HOUSE WAS AVAILABLE. STORAGE UNIT BUSINESS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BY REAL ESTATE REPS. I PACKED 41 BOXES ON MY OWN BECAUSE I DIDN'T HAVE A LOT OF MONEY AVAILABLE AT THE TIME. USED SPREADS , SHEETS, PILLOWS AND CLOTHES FOR CUSHIONING. THESE ITEMS ARRIVED SAFELY. DAMAGE TO MANY ITEMS WHICH WAS HANDLED BY MOVERS WAS EXCESSIVE. THERE WERE SEVERAL MISSING PIECES. I WAS PRESENT DURING THE MOVING SO I FEEL THAT IF ANY ITEM WAS QUESTIONABLE AS FAR AS BREAKING IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN CALLED TO MY ATTENTION AND I WOULD HAVE TAKEN CARE OF IT. LAMP SHADES WERE MISSING, SPECIAL LIGHT BULBS WERE MISSING, LAMP (*PART OF A SET) WAS LITERALLY CRUSHED., POLE LAMP BENT. THIS WAS NEGLIGENCE. IF THE COMPANY HAD PACKED IT, WOULD THE OUTCOME BE DIFFERENT, I DON'T KNOW BUT THEY WOULD HAVE MADE AN EXTRA $2,000 ????? I SENT A LETTER OF COMPLAINT AND PICTURES OF THE DAMAGE ABOUT 3 WEEKS AGO AND HAVE RECEIVED NO RESPONSE. I WAS PRESENT WHEN MY FURNITURE WAS MOVED OUT OF STORAGE IN MYRTLE BEACH SO I SAW THE DAMAGE IMMEDIATELY. MAYBE THE COMPANY IS GOOD AND I JUST HAD TWO YOUNG EMPLOYEES WHO DIDN'T RESPECT MY PROPERTY OR WERE IN A HURRY. I AM TRYING TO FIND OUT IF MY LOAD WAS THE ONLY ONE OR WAS MORE FURNITURE PACKED IN BEHIND MINE.

They earn their name. They were not only on time, they were early (even better). They were very professional and wrapped everything. They worked feverishly. It was a move across the state (Palm Coast to Hernando). There was no dallying on the road. They arrived and unloaded as efficiently as they loaded. I would highly recommend this moving company.

I hired On Time Moving and Storage to move items from my deceased fathers home in Florida to my home in Colorado. I was told in writing at the time of booking that I did not need extra insurance because all items being moved were insured for full replacement value, minus a $300 deductible. At the time of packing, a large valuable and fragile amethyst geode was pointed out to the packers and told that it needed to be packed separately. When the items were delivered, the amethyst geode was found at the bottom of a wardrobe box, under kitchen items, a toaster oven, and a small TV. One large piece was broken off the top of the geode, and the body of the geode now has a large crack in it. We filled out the proper claim forms, including a picture of a similar geode from the same store ours was purchased at, showing the value to be $2,590. On time moving and storage is now saying that our items were only insured at $6/lb. They have offered to replace our $2,500 museum grade geode with a poor quality geode from etsy.com for $200. We have tried for 10 months to work out a fair settlement, with no success. Their last email said â Just because you paid a certain amount for something doesnâ t mean it is worth thatâ .

They were truly the most efficient movers i had ever come across. They were also the only ones to try to educate about the moving industry. The salesman was exceptional and the only who didn't pressure me to sign up right away. The movers were just as professional. I can't say enough thanks guys

This company was the best could have ever happened to us during our hectic move. From the lady at the counter to the gentlemen that came to help, this was impeccable and very professional. Will recommend them any day anytime

They were worth the money. My driver was Robert and they were very polite and careful with my furniture. They moved me to Colorado from Orlando and everything was perfect.They had blankets for my furniture and wrapped everything. I've moved alot and this company was the most informitive and above seemed honest and the reviews seemed like actual reviews. So I figured I would write one myself.

The estimate they quoted was less than $10K. They offered before they started the job to make it an even $10K or to take a chance that it might be less based on actual weight once the truck was loaded. They told me the variation would not be more than 10%. I risked it and ended up paying $10.8K. My advise: take the flat fee offered. You may have more than you think you do and they use A LOT of paper to pack, generating more boxes than you might if you packed yourself.

The cost was much higher than expected. If I would have known would have went with another company that was able to state a flate rate.

The best ever!! On time, careful, kept you informed as to the progress--0ur move was 1500 miles and everything was perfect. The price was right too!

These 2 movers were nice and friendly, they didn't damage anything at all and did their job quickly. Recomnmend!

My wife and I met personally with Trad, one of the owners of the company. He is handsome, personable and articulate. It was easy to believe everything he told us about the services offered by his company. We were moving from Palm Coast, FL to The Athens, GA area. About a seven-hour trip via auto. Our house in Athens was not yet available so Trad suggested they store all our furniture in their warehouse and when we were ready they would deliver the furniture. In agreement with Trad, his company would pack and pick up our furniture on December 30 and 31. They would keep it in their warehouse until the 19th at which time they would deliver it to the Athens Georgia address. There would be one truck and our furniture would never get mixed with another persons. This would guarantee that our furniture would only make the one run and not need to go to another location and unload someone elses furniture. No danger of a mix-up and losing a piece of furniture. On loading day the crew was in such a hurry to finish, New Years Eve, and some of them had places to be, that they did not completely load all our possessions. We were able to load what they left into our two SUVs! When we closed on our house in Athens we called an instructed them to deliver, as agreed on the 19th of January. We were then informed that the delivery date was just a window and would be delivered later on the 21rst. We waited at the new house that had not even a chair most of the day of the 21rst for the delivery. We called them and received an apology that the snow was preventing their delivering our furniture. Remember now, Florida and Georgia rarely ever has any snow at all! Needless to say, that response was indeed baffling. It turned out that they actually passed our house about 50 miles on their way to Maine because, lo and behold, they had loaded our furniture on two different trucks and mixed our furniture with other customers. So in their wisdom, they would deliver the Maine load in the middle of a snowstorm and then would return to Georgia and then unload our furniture. Bright fellows running this company! One of the trucks arrived early on the morning of the 23 of January. As the crew began to unload they discovered they had not loaded a ramp for unloading. Furthermore, this truck also did not have a lift. So two guys started at eight in the morning and finished at ten at night. Since the company failed to assure proper equipment (ramp), the crew dropped a few pieces of our furniture while handing it the man on the ground. Legs were completely broken off and other damage resulted from this negligence. Again, this is more than just a moving problem but rather negligence on the part of company management. At their suggestion, we took the damaged furniture to a competent and well know restorer in North East Georgia. We subsequently we received an email from the movers that the restorer price was too high and in St. Augustine, that kind of work could be done cheaper. With that call, I knew we would be sandbagged and they would never acknowledge this is not an insurance problem but negligence on the part of management. Indeed, the people in the office to whom I have conversed and it seems like a different person with each call have denied any culpability and fall back on the insurance which conveniently has a generous deduction. It is now March 31, well over a month, and we are still waiting on a satisfactory resolution of our complaint.

They rushed and broke few of my items. Boxes were upside down when they brought stuff back.

On Time Moving had problems on the receiving end arranging for labor to assist with unloading - resulting in relatives required to assist unloading. The company did, however, reimbursed some charges for the labor provided by the resident.

The move went smooth. They never asked for a deposit. They showed up in a huge truck with their name on it. The crew was very good. No problems no damages. Thanks guys
