The owner did the work himself and explained what he was doing and how hiis machine was deeper cleaning, using much hotter water killing more germs and extracting the most water. Told us to turn the air conditioning temperature lower and fans on for faster drying. We will DEFINITELY use them again. Scott is a great representative for his company. Great personality.

There is a minimum of a $120.00 fee regardless of the area being serviced.

Initial service done one day after I gave them the upholstery job. It was done efficiently and well. Hired them to come and do carpets as well. They came back 2 days later and did a fine job on them too. Very punctual and polite. I highly recommend them.

The major problem was a coffee stain, which we were able to improve manually after you left, together with coffee spots elsewhere. Looked good initially, but seemed one swipe across the entire rug.
