Resolved a problem another company couldn’t.

i spent $320 for new valves and hook up. never has worked as well as it did before i hired them. i now must get someone else to fix it. very unhappy will not use your system again. dave mihay. venice, fl.

Kyle responded to my request for proposal immediately by coming to our investment property one rainy FL morning. He emailed us his written proposal, which when compared to other estimates, was competitive for a complete newly installed irrigation system. Tropical Outdoor Solutions took care of everything from electrical to installation of the PVC to follow-up visits in a timely and cost effective manner. We had seven zones installed with the appropriate heads~being sensitive to our home and driveway not getting the sometimes characteristic rust evidence from sprinklers. We were very impressed by their method of pulling the irrigation tubing under the ground with a machine thus eliminating all the hard manual labor of digging!!!! Kyle checked the system thoroughly before leaving & gave us instructions for going forward with the control panel. Kyle also returned in a few days after Patriot Sod finished laying our new grass and programmed the system as the Sod people recommended for new grass. Since we live out of state, Kyle again returned to our property three weeks later to adjust the irrigation for going forward. He snapped a couple of pictures, sent them to us, and told us we now have the best lawn in the sub-division. I would agree. It is lush and green and has very pretty curb appeal! We had an emergency situation with no water since yesterday early afternoon. People in the house have illnesses need water & shower besides toilets etc...They called immediately and arrived sooner than they said. Can't get any better than that. I'd call them again in a heartbeat. Every company should have pride in their customer service and work.

RELIABLE - FAST FRIENDLY - GAVE THEM AN ANNUAL CONTRACT

Tech came and pondered the problem for a long time with the clock running, guessed at and tried a couple of minor repairs, but did not solve issue - system still doesn't work. Tech doesn't seem to know why. Very expensive service call with no positive result. On the plus side, the tech was courteous and on time, but, unfortunately, the problem with the system exceeded his technical competence.

I can honestly say that the service was excellent ! I received a call back within 10 minutes of my call for service and 30 minutes later someone was at my house working on the sprinkler problem. The pricing was very reasonable and work was excellent and the repairman was polite and knowledgeable ! I will use them again if needed and will definitely recommend their company to anyone who needs their services.
