They were professional and competent. The first visit was to repair 3 of the storm shutters, which they also cleaned. The second was to clean the rest of the shutters. I will hire them back again. YOU DO NOT HAVE A CATEGORY FOR SHUTTERS!

I had looked into hurricane shutter companies and no one seemed able to help me. I called Total Shutters and they came out promptly and did an amazing job! Also the office person Samantha is wonderful!!! Top notch organization. If you have hurricane shutters they are a must.

Their men showed up early listened to me, they were polite and knowledgeable no baloney. They had to order parts which took time because of a holiday. We got a call back w/price, the same guys came back & finished the job, two motorized shutters working like new.
