Hostetler sent a crew out in several days as promised. They showed up on time, diagnosed the problem as a solenoid on one zone. They installed a new one, and the system works great. Service tech was knowledgeable and courteous. I would hire them again.

They did a great job. It took some time to get it scheduled, but the rain has caused some delays. Once they started, they knocked the job out quickly and efficiently. They were very pleasant to deal with.

Swept pool cage roof, and front overhang for spiders. On time, very professional. Front office is great! Works with us on scheduling the quarterly visits.

The appointment process was easy, although you can never get through to them... it's leave a message and then they call you back.
The workers arrived on time, however, after they left we discovered that they had not completed the job and had left the protection rings off of the heads and dirt piled up next to where they had been working, creating a bit of a mess.
Called the office to complain, and again, leave a message.
To be fair they sent out their people and they did clean up the mess, but this all should not have been necessary.
I will have to think about it before I use them again.

This is an update. I asked this company to contact me re: past and potential future work, and never heard a word. After rechecking the corrections made, I found that the quality of the workmanship was still significantly below an acceptable level.

I will not be contacting them again.

The are professional and care about the satisfaction of their clients. They understand that by the time you call them, it's a problem that might need to be dealt with sooner rather than later and do their best to get to you ASAP. They don't waste time and get the job done, effectively and efficiently. They are courteous and treat you as if you are a valued customer and thus respected and appreciated. I have to be honest, initially I wasn't the easiest client as I had things that needed to be done in a time crunch and I am particular about HOW I want things done and was a bit demanding of the time they needed to do the job in and annoying by micro-managing the situation so I was a bit of a thorn in their side and put them through their paces. HOWEVER, they handled it really well and stepped up not only meeting my demands but doing so with a friendly, proactive, positive and professional attitude. Because I am seasonal to Florida, I decided to sign up for their sprinkler monitoring service so that while I'm gone I can be assured someone has "eyes on the ground" in terms of my sprinklers. Gardeners nowadays tend to use those sit down mowers and sometimes those can be h****** sprinkler systems causing breakage or deterioration of sprinkler heads. It just goes with the territory. Now I have the peace of mind of knowing that when I am gone for long periods of time and come back to my home in Florida - I won't come home to a dead spot or leaking sprinkler because Hostetler (for a very reasonable fee) is making sure things are functioning as they should be.

They were outstanding. The people who did the work were extremely professional. The people who did follow up and billing also asked us for feedback on our experience and were very professional, which is not common practice in my area.
