They did a great job, prompt, professional, everything was cleaned as discussed, and we are setting them up to continue to clean our home.

The Cleanleader team did an excellent job! The owner contacted me right away to set up a mutally acceptable date. They showed up on time, and worked until every room was cleaned.

Two ladies were sent. They worked steady and did a good job.

The service done was great! They were professional, on time and extremely thorough. Along with this they were extremely nice and polite. I would use them again in the future.

The service was pretty good. I used them a couple of times. I had to delay their coming out here because I had construction work going on. There was no additional cost to the Big Deal.

Two cleaners worked for 4 hours and cleaned every inch of the home. They worked extra on the dining room set at my request and it looks fabulous. They were detailed oriented and conscientious about their work. Pleasant and easy to work with. A supervisor showed up to review their work. They brought all their own supplies. I will be using this service again each time the mobile needs cleaned after renters leave.

I have used Clean leader a few times and have been pleased. The crew I had yesterday did THE BEST job ever. They are hardworking, detailed, and never waste time. I highly recommend Cleanleader.

After the cleaning, There is still lot of dust on the Kitchen Counter Tops and on the stairs. the house is 1500 sq.ft with tile on the ground floor and wood laminate on second. Not a good job. People who came cannot speak any English, fortunately we used Google translator :) cleaning lady was using water mixed with some chemical to mop laminated floor. That's a big no no.. Anyways.. They did come to Tampa to clean even when it's out of their service area. Have to give an A for that.

I wasn't too happy with them. They are a big company and I wouldn't do it again. The girl couldn't speak English, and the other girl knew a little bit of English, so it was very hard to communicate. They just did general stuff and were very slow. They were lazy, and they were the worse that I have ever had. I was very disappointed, and do not use them. The cost was OK. They did vacuum, and I asked the girl too wipe down the floors. They did do a little something, and they were early. They couldn't talk to me and I couldn't talk to them. I am just going to get someone else to do my cleaning.

Ridiculous. I had a long conversation with Monia on the phone, letting her know that I really need someone punctual and responsible. She assured me that that's her company and explained that she'll come the first time with a crew and talk to me, review the house and write down everything needed, and that she'll come at least 4 times a year to touch base - that's her company's differentiator, great customer service. I explained that I have a really tight work schedule and then I made an hour window during my lunch hour to meet with her. I also explained that I have a dog and I really don't want cleaners who are afraid of dogs, it's just a pain to manage all of that. She said of course, no problem. The ladies showed up at the end of the designated time window. They spoke absolutely no english and Monia didn't bother showing up. The cleaners were also afraid of the dog. When I called her she said that she might show up 2 hours later, because she double booked herself and so is elsewhere. We'd just spoken the night before to confirm, and I took time from work for her and she couldn't be bothered to even call! I asked her why on earth she would think I would be available in 2 hours, when I specifically said over and over how busy I am and rejected several of her dates and times due to work, she had no answer. When I asked why she sent me people who are afraid of dogs when I specifically explained that's not acceptable, she got defensive and said that well everyone is afraid of dogs, so what did I expect. No, not a fact. Everyone is not afraid of dogs. Obviously trying to communicate with new people was not great given the complete zero of language and my basic Spanish. This was just completely rude and disrespectful of my time. The cleaning was also not impressive. There's dirt and hair in every corner I have looked in so far. I have a red stair runner on which stuff is really visible. It's got all the exact stuff on it as it had before the cleaning. Will definitely not be using them again and would not recommend.

Great. They were here March 2016. It cost $129. There were no additional costs. They did a fine job. I would definitely use them in the future.

My initial thought was they had done an excellent job, however a day or so later I noticed the bottom half of our bathroom vanities weren't dusted at all. They're a dark wood and after being away from home for the prior 2 weeks the dust was easy to see.

Would definitely recommend them! We have already booked our next service.

Angie's List noticed that the provider did not contact me. They asked me if I needed help getting the service. I replied that I did, but nothing happened. Angie's List also gets an "F". You won't let me submit this without a work date. Since there was no work date/last contact or option for indicating this, the review cannot be submitted. I will put a date in that has no meaning, but the review can then be submitted.

They spent 4 hours cleaning my house. It went well but I noticed that there was a lot of "stuff" still on my rugs" and then after they left I noticed my dog had fleas. He probably got them outside but he never had them before. I am using them again tomorrow and they will change the vacuum bag before they vacuum. I also saw that my rug my dining area was torn. I have had it for many years but it has never torn before. I'm afraid their vacuum cleaner pulled something and that my dog continued to pull it. I have vacuumed every day for the last 6 days and the first day I had to empty out my electrolux vacuum 2 times as it was filled with dog hair. All In all, one girl was much better than the other. They did a lot of work including some of the windows and I was very pleased until I found the fleas, and the torn rug. I would give them a B on their work.

They did a fantastic job! I was thrilled that we had some specific instructions and since the ladies had a little trouble with English- they called the main office to translate, just to make sure that they had understood everything. They were thorough, polite, and friendly, but worked extremely hard.

It took a while to schedule this appointment. I gave the lady our # but she never called me. I had to keep calling her on multiple occasions to finally schedule the appointment. When the ladies showed up a few minutes early, this is fine with me, they were professional and did a great job cleaning. Since the cleaning job was so good we are going to try them out for a while.

I am now leaving feedback since I messaged the company the below and a week later no response at all from them. This has now prompted me to leaving feedback and made a difference to a lesser grading for them overall to a C. I was ok with the cleaning but there was some issues so I will probably not go with your company again. If I left feedback I would give you a B-. The biggest concern was your crew left 20 minutes early on a 3 hour contract and there were several things they missed. Like cobwebs in the corner and ceiling. several ac vents were not dusted and one ceiling fan was missed completely. I even mentioned these items and they still forgot them. You already know they showed up late when you spoke to my husband. I believe they spent too much time in the one bathroom when they first arrived and I had to start cleaning with them in order to move them along. They do not work well on their own, talked too much to each other. They should separate and work alone so not to be distracted by each other. Also they were complaining about this being there 4th house of the day and they were tire. I speak fluent Spanish so could understand as well as communicate to them since they did not understand English. Regards,. Heather

The owner and two women cleaners arrived at 10:30 am. The owner went through the house with us as we described the tasks we wanted done and she described them to the workers in Spanish. The two women cleaners worked for 4 hours each doing the cleaning we specified. They brought their own cleaning supplies, and they did a great job. We would definitely hire them again.

We had this team twice. They are quite professional and were here on time. I asked them to really focus on a deep clean. We paid the 400.00 so there would be plenty of time to get done what I wanted. They did a good job, just not to the degree that I needed. I think for most people this service would be a fine option. I do have to say, the second time they came, they only cleaned parts of the mirrors in the bathrooms and noticeable areas of the tile floor were still dirty.

She called me the day prior to reschedule time. I rescheduled and no one showed up at time specified. I waited for an hour and a half after the time they were supposed to be there and called Monia. She seemed confused that it was so late and didn't know why the girls did not show up. She said they should be there and they'd stay later. Told her I had plans and would have to reschedule. She was in the car and said she'd get back with me. To date, she never returned my call and at that point I cancelled the service. (2 days since that happened). It is ridiculous that they did not show up or call to say they were late and with two notice that should never have happened.
