They do the cleaning on a regular basis. I thought they were extremely thorough. More thorough than many other companies. It worked fine. They're very flexible.

I was actually looking for someone to clean the house on a fairly regular basis, and I used them initially just to see might these folks be competent enough to handle what I wanted done. From that date on they're still working for me. I would say that worked out just fine. I think they're very responsive, thumbs up they handle it.

I walk in the bead room and see the cleaning rugs on my bed! I don't know if this was a clean or dirty rugs, but it was not a good feeling...

Used this company many times and they are very professional with affordable price.

2 cleaners for 2 hours and they scrubbed the heck out of my house. Everything looked and smelled great! I'm going to setup a regular service. Very impressed.

2 young ladies came were here 4 hours but I had to constantly point out things they were missing one girl did not seem to know how to do her job very disappointed for 200 bucks seems like the workers are not experienced but just put on a job

Scheduled for Noon, but they showed up over an hour earlier, and then said the 2 hours for 2 people was not going to be enough time, and tried to get us to pay for an additional 2 hours. The women struggled with speaking English, and had to call their office for relaying of directions in Spanish. They cleaned the inside of the cabinets but left all the dirt on the floor that we just had cleaned and waxed the day before by another Angie List company ( Real Steam an A+ company ). So, we were very disappointed by the way this company interacted with us for simple cleaning of an empty house. We would not use again, nor recommend using this company for cleaning.

We've used Monia's company several times in the past couple of years. Her employees have always been punctual, friendly and thorough. Last May we pre-paid for a 6 hour cleaning that Monia had to cancel the morning of the cleaning (two of her employees called in sick with the flu). I understood that these things happen from time to time. We only have our place cleaned about 3x per year, so it was five months before I called back to re-schedule the cancelled cleaning. She's obviously organized cuz she confirmed immediately that we were due a pre-paid cleaning and she sent her girls out 3 days later. They did a great job.

I paid for this offer and did not get a response from them for 4 weeks. I emailed, called, emailed, called. When I finally got someone to answer they told me they had no availability for 3 1/2 weeks - seriously? AND could not confirm time they would be there

I purchased 6 hrs. 2 people came for 3 hrs. They were told to ignore the 2 guest rooms, but that everything else was very dusty, needing a good vacuuming, dusting & mopping. Left them to do their jobs. 1 person spent most of her time in the kitchen, but the stainless appliances were streaked, and there was dust in all corners and behind counter top items. Not really sure what she was actually doing. , besides the inside of microwaves. Bathrooms: toilets not cleaned, tank tops not even dusted. Mirrors & windows done with a rag that left them smeared & cloudy. Their vacuums were inadequate for even the smallest jobs. Didn't pick up, maybe needed a bag change? Didn't even vacuum the rug in master. All dusting done with a swiffer type thing that left everything still dusty, not a cloth & polish as former service had done. Very cursory mop of the tile floor on the way out.

I wanted 1 person for 4 hours instead of 2 for 2. I called them and they wanted to have 2 people come. They said there wasn't any availability for that. This is unsatisfactory.

They always do a great job and enjoy working with them.

The cost was good, but the cleaning was about worth the cost. If I paid more, I probably would have gotten better service. I went into the bedroom when they were cleaning the bathroom and I saw they had put rags on my bed. That turned me off immediately. I'm not sure if they were dirty or clean, but if it's your bedroom and it's your bed, and you have a spread on the bed, you don't want rags on your bed. I would not recommend them to anybody. I would not say they did a terrible job, but they did not do an excellent job.

I was moving out of a rental mobile home and it needed to have a thorough cleaning. The ladies were on time and did a terrific job. They cleaned in places I never thought about. My move out inspection went without a hitch and thanks to them I'll get my full deposit back. Would highly recommend this cleaning service.

Never heard back from this company. Did their online requested schedule. Emailed and never heard back.

They were over an hour late with no call. Other than that they did a good job and worked very hard. A bit of a language barrier but we worked it out!

Cleanleader was wonderful. The crew of three women were very thorough and professional. They used all of their own supplies and equipment. I will hire them again!

This was a big deal purchase. I thought she was misrepresenting because I wanted somebody that would clean up construction dirt and it is very different from regular old house dirt. They did not know what they were doing and I had them out twice. She sends people that don't speak English and that's a problem. The pricing was fair. I don't consider somebody that does not speak good English professional.

Went well but team was not able to speak English so difficult to communicate my needed.

2 gals did a great job and I plan on continuing using them. Kudos!
