Description of Work: The fact that the owner came to the house while her workers were cleaning showed great customer service, especially since I don't speak spanish and the cleaners don't speak very good english.

Description of Work: Two people came and cleaned. They parked on my lawn next to my driveway, which was very weird. Neither one spoke English, making it very difficult to provide directions. The manager did arrive on the scene and helped translate. The quality of work was good but it was uncomfortable and frustrating not being able to communicate.

Description of Work: The company owner is somewhat disorganized re scheduling. I had to reschedule our first appointment because her workers were running too late. When the workers did come out on the second date, the 2 gals were supposed to work 4 hours, for a total of 8 man-hours, but left after 2-1/2 hours saying their boss had them scheduled elsewhere and they already worked a half hour too long. When I called the owner to remind her the workers were supposed to be here for 4 hours, she apologized and said she got things mixed up. She asked if she could send them back another time to finish the work. I told her No because they rushed so much to get through what they did do, that their work was mediocre at best. Additionally, I had to ask them to go back and do some tasks that they missed in several rooms. We worked it out that since her gals only were here for 5 of the 8 hours, she agreed to give me a refund, which took around 2 weeks to receive, including a phone call after about 1 week to let her know I hadn't received the refund yet.
