Description of Work: House cleaning, which included dusting, vacuuming, mopping, etc. Two workers arrived on time, and worked quietly and professionally for three hours. The price was a special through Angie's list, which made it attractive to me. I have cats, so I was impressed at how diligently they worked to remove cat hair from furniture.

Description of Work: The cleaning gals were here on time and stayed for 5 hours. They cleaning the entire house top to bottom and very professional. They did everything we asked and they are very friendly. The owner visited at the end of the day to inspect all the work that was complete and all was done 5 star. We are going to start using their service going forward. I will recommend this company to all my friends and family.

Description of Work: We originally contacted Cleanleader for a big deal as we were in the market for a house cleaner and Cleanleader had A reviews. The two women who came to clean did a very nice job. One of them spoke enough English that we could communicate our special needs to her, which was very helpful. Monia, the owner of Cleanleader told me that she would be here on this first visit so I could communicate with her since she is bilingual. She did not arrive, however, and later apologized since she had some conflicts that day. We now are using the service bi-weekly and have half of the original duo regularly eliminating the communication problem. My only complaint is trying to talk to Monia. She is rarely where she has the information and then forgets to call me back. When we needed to reschedule due to some travel plans, she made every effort to accommodate us, however, which was greatly appreciated.

Description of Work: I purchased this service and was immediately contacted by the contact person to set up the appt. Since I didn't need the service right away I set up the appt for approx 3 weeks later. I told the contact person that I wanted the first appt of the day but since she didn't think it was available I would take the second appt. Even though we set it up way ahead of time the night before this company called me and told me that my appt would not be until mid afternoon and did not give me a chance to call back and talk with them about this change since they had called after hours to change my time. So even though I was super ticked off I took the appt anyway and then the next day promptly waited and waited and waited. The 2 cleaners showed up almost 2 hours late and told me they got lost. Then even though I had purchased the service for 4 hours they only stayed and cleaned my house for 2 hours. They did an ok job but I will never use this company again.
