Two young woman came to my home with all cleaning supplies and a vacuum cleaner. My tenant had left a complete mess, had obviously never cleaned, and had had 7 large parrots and a cat in the house that had left all of their messes. The women were not fazed, and went right to work. After 4 1/2 hours, the house was sparkling, the refrigerator, stove, and microwave as clean as when they were new, and even the huge mirror and windows had been washed. Needless to say, I was more than pleased with the job they did and would definitely use them again as well as recommend them to friends who were looking for cleaners.

Monia was very courteous, and understanding when we spoke on the phone. When I get settled into my new home I will call her to make another appointment.

Very pleased; will use this cleaning service again. I took advantage of their introductory special to try them out. Excellent job. Two cleaners did a very thorough job in short order and they listened and acted on my requests. They went above and beyond and the house is sparkling. The owner stopped by immediately after the gals had left to inspect their work and to give me a quote for future cleaning. Very helpful and professional service. I highly recommend them.

The deep cleaning was done as requested paying special attention to details. The only down side I found was that after such a good job I wanted to get the service on weekly bases but the weekly service price was over what I was expecting to pay. They quoted $100 weekly and $125 if it was every other weeks but my budget (and what I think was reasonable) is between $75-$85 weekly. Overall experience... excellent. Would I do the deep cleaning again with this company? YES Would I do routine weekly services? If I get a more affordable/ reasonable price (between $75-$85) without a doubt!

Marlene and Lilly arrived early. They were scheduled for 9:30am but got here at 8:20 and started right in working. They were very professional and just worked hard right through the whole 4 hours (X2). My house got a thorough cleaning behind, under and in front of everything from room to room. They covered places that I don't usually get to and I certainly appreciate that. I am very happy with this company.

I purposely waited to write a report until the second visit which is today 10-9-13. I have a different crew here and they are as professional as the last ladies that were here on 9-25. They are very efficient and work quickly and methodically as they clean. Their duties also include the sliding glass doors, glass entry doors, lanai, and outdoor kitchen. My home looks great when they are finished. I am very pleased with their services and will continue to use this company.

The wonderful ladies that were at my house did an excellent job on the entire house. They did 2 1/2 bathrooms, kitchen, family room, living room, 2 large bedrooms, dining room, glass tops, dusted all shelves (and i am a collector!), porch. The house sparkles and smells great!! And, Monia, the owner of the company, personally came by before the job ended to ensure that i was satisfied with the work being done. I will definitely call on Monia again when i need a deep cleaning. so happy that i have found "my" housecleaning service in my new home. Thanks Monia!

It went very well. The only thing that was disappointing was that they advertised that they would clean the refrigerator and they did not. I am not sure if they needed to be specifically told to clean the refrigerator but it was in their write up. Overall they did a good job.

They were great: efficient, personable, hard working. They left our house -- including the interior of the refrigerator and baseboards -- sparkling. We will use this service again.

I bought a deal for 8 hours; but did not use a discount coupon. The business was efficient to contact by eMail and we scheduled a date a few weeks in the future as I preferred. The two ladies were on time and very pleasant and quiet to have about. The windows were beautiful and exceptionally well done. The rest of the work was variable, sadly. I don't know which lady did what so cannot tell if one or both of them could not attend to detail. I was very disappointed that glass items were grubby and seemed to have been wiped by a dirty cloth, when it is pretty easy to use a little glass cleaner to have items shine. They missed the front of the bath tub, an entire book shelf with dusty wood figures on it, a couple of ceramic towel bars, the top of the refrigerator, a part of the tile floor, the base of a floor lamp, and inexcusably a dirty ring was left around one of the sink drains. On the other hand they cleaned a small, very dirty kitchen fan. While they were here, somehow the business owner got into the house with a clip board and left me a paper saying it would cost $130 if I wanted their service every two weeks and $200 if I wanted it every six months. After I had found so much detail poorly done, despite 8 man-hours here, and before I wrote a review, I wrote to the business owner giving her a list of some of the things I had found, in case she wanted to respond. I never heard from her.

I have had houses cleaned in Sarasota in the past, but never to the extent that Custom Clean did to my current house. I finally have found a service that far exceeded my expectations in professionally performing a house cleaning service. They were on time and gave me four full hours of service. The cleaning staff moved nightstands in my bedroom to get to untouched carpet areas. They cleaned ceiling fans which were so high in my house that I provided them my outdoor ladder. Surfaces were wiped down that were never done before. But the final surprise was the cleaning of my patio and the patio windows which made that room sparkle. I can't imagine using any other house cleaning firm after the experience I had this week. I took advantage of a house cleaning special provided by Custom Clean and was quoted a very fair price for subsequent visits. I highly recommend this company and want to thank Monia for the fine work done by her staff.

We highly recommend Custom Clean! Monia, owner of Custom Clean LLC is great! She is very responsive to requests for cleaning help..even at the last minute. She does a great job supervising her staff and we have been very pleased with the cleaning that Custom Clean has done for us over many years. Monia's rates are very reasonable and competitive. We have a very large house and we prefer to ask Custom Clean in for by-the-hour work in preparation for guests and/or special projects (like cleaning our outdoor living area). We appreciate being able to count on Custom Clean for a quick clean-up anytime we need it. We have also used Custom Clean for regular weekly and bi-weekly cleaning over the years...we have always been pleased with the professional service. Personnel are dropped off at the house. They bring all their own supplies and they use green cleaning products so that our house doesn't smell like a chemical store when they are done...just nice and clean.
