They were very thorough. Our house hasn't been this clean and spotless in years!

They were wonderful. They worked so hard cleaning the house. They didn't even take a short break. When they left the house was spotless. They cleaned everything including the tops of the fans and the patio doors. We tend to have lots of dust since we have pets, but they took care of everything. Monia, the owner made a follow up courtesy call to see how everything went- very classy. I have already referred them to two other families and will definitely use them again.

Two courteous and amiable young ladies, Eléonor and Mabel, spent four hours diligently cleaning my home. They were cheerful, polite and very industrious. They even took pains, above and beyond the call of duty, to straighten out, stack, and re-arrange anything that seemed even slightly out of place. Looking around the place today, the day after, it seems sparkling fresh and clean -- just in time for my visitors. I have already arranged for a monthly cleaning in the future.

It went great. I normally clean our home myself, but I hurt my knee and was expecting company on Friday and wanted to have the place looking good, so I checked Angies and picked this provider and Monia said she could fit me in. They were out in an hour, one lady who just worked and worked and did such a nice job. I couldn't say enough nice things about her and her work or about the fact that they squeezed us in on such short notice.

My townhome was cleaned by professionals and they did an excellent job. They did the floors, even my patio. The bathrooms were spotless as well as the kitchen. All the windows were done. Sheets were changed. Everything was dusted as well. My townhouse has never been this clean. I will definitely use them in the future.

It worked out very well. Everybody that I have used has been really great. They did an excellent job and the big deal price covered everything that they did for me. The scheduling manager was very responsive in our communication before and after the service and the employees were dedicated and thorough. The scheduling manager also followed up with me after the job was done.

Have had scheduling difficulties. Probably due to misunderstandings or language difficulties. The work they did for "Big Deal" was good enough for us to agree to hire them on a regular bi-weekly basis. We would be happier if same team came every time and the owner has agreed to cause that to happen. Regardless, they always do at least a good job. I anticipate the service to improve even more as we develop a regular schedule with the same team each time who learns what we expect of them.

I think they were cordial but I did not feel able to communicate in English with them. No good

Set up newly purchased condo cleaning for 1/10/2014 back in early December 2013. Delayed closing changed this date to 1/15/2014 which Monia responded to with an "OK" on 1/8. We flew down from Michigan and needed all the cleaning to happen as scheduled as unit was empty. Called Monia 2 hours after she was supposed to be there and she told me she didn't want the job. She told me I changed the date too much (once?) and she didn't want to work with me. I remembered seeing this same thing in previous reviews but didn't take note, I should have.

I have been using this provider for few months and I am very pleased with the service. When Monia came first time to see the house and provide a quote, she detailed all that will be covered during the cleaning service. Time and again, all items were addressed to my full satisfaction. I preferred a particular team to become the permanent team, however, that team was not available on my preferred day of the week. Monia gave me some days and hours as alternative and I decided to go with a day that is not my preference, but with my preferred team. I realize she can not accommodate all her customers to their first choice, and for me the team and the quality of work they do was more important than my preferred time. In any case, Monia is very flexible and tries to please her customers with quality job. She calls the day before to remind me of the appointment, and is always there to take care of any complaints one may have.

They seemed pretty good but afterwards, I noticed that the dusting was not thorough and seemed to have been done hastily. Also, the deal was for a larger place than mine so I was told they would do a deep cleaning...it was not a deep cleaning. The tiled floor in one of the rooms was not very clean.

The purchased this "deal" never happened because I wasn't worth helping

The company could not do the service when I needed it done. I would have liked to use them but it was not possible.

Monia came to see exactly what needed to be done and gave a written estimate. She also made suggestions for ongoing upkeep. Two women came on the date requested and worked nonstop cleaning the entire home minus windows. They worked independently and occasionally asked for input before moving on. The quality and efficiency was superb.

First time, it was supposed to be a deep cleaning for $150 and with the Angie's List discount - $143. Did not receive the deep cleaning but Monia did provide the next one for free. We contracted for a twice a month cleaning but have had a great deal of trouble getting on a regular schedule. Have had to call her continuously to set up date and time. Also Monia could never schedule an exact time. They were always late. Today, they were supposed to arrive between 2:15 & 2:45. Received a message saying there was a "big problem" this morning and couldn't arrive until 4:30. Called at 4:20 to make sure and was told that they would be arriving shortly. Had to call again and could not get through to Monia so left a message saying how upset I was and needed a call back. By this time, they were already over 30 minutes late. She called and left message saying she didn't like my attitude so wasn't going to keep us as a client. We have to say that Monia is not a business person and really needs to get her act together. She was, by far, the worst cleaning service we have employed and very difficult to work with.

I haven't heard from them yet. I purchased one in October and they came December fifth. I'm having trouble to getting them to respond to about the one I bought in December as a gift for my sister. They were late but they were thorough.

The first time I used this company she sent two girls out to clean and it was not done properly I called her and sent her pictures she sent the girls back out and I was still not satisfied, however I then realized with her I had purchased a coupon with the same company. I scheduled an appointment with her and she was going to send two girls out to do the job, the morning of the appointment she text me and informed me one of the girls was sick and would not be able to come out and do the job. I took the day off from work and the cleaning needed to be done by the next day.

Monia and a helper were here four hours which provided 8 hours worth of cleaning. And we got 8 hours worth. These ladies really know how to clean. They had the tall ladder out to do ceiling fans and other out-of-reach things. The house really sparkled after they left. We are really pleased with their work and would recommend them without hesitation.

They did a great job and I was pleased with the service.

It went okay. Only problem was neither worker spoke English and I don't speak Spanish so we had to kind of pantomime some things to each other. They were conscientious and very sweet.

Did all we asked for quickly, professionally and with a smile.

Would not use this company in future.

There were some scheduling problems, as I had purchased my big deal two months in advance of services needed.I will suggest for others, to go ahead an schedule the cleaning, even if they are not sure. When Monia could fit me in, she offered services late on a busy Saturday. she sent to really lovely ladies and they were working hard with a smiles on their faces, even though this was added to their long day. Monia came to check on the work, and she really is lovely. So I can only assume that the scheduling error was something which does not usually happen. I will call Monia again for services without a doubt. As to the misunderstanding we had initially, I am so impressed with ANGIE's LIST administration. Thank you - so here it is.
