Two ladies arrived right on time, worked continuously, diligently and cheerfully for three hours, and left my house spotless. They even washed, dried and folded my laundry and washed out the toilet-brush holders (ick!). Monia, the proprietor, showed up herself and took about thirty minutes to make sure that everything was done right and just chat a bit. I told them to come back every month.

I own a house that I rent , and the tenant have just left , leaving the place Very Dirty . Clean Leader came and took care of it very well . They cleaned top to bottom , inside all the cobbers , drawers, even windows and in between the screens .

The only issue we were having is trying to get the same people to come out every two weeks and we are right in the process of a staff change so we are waiting to see how this turns out. They are reliable and on-time. They try to be flexible if I need to change the day. Communication is pretty good with them and Monia always answers your call. Her intention is to be excellent.

2 ladies cleaned for 4 hrs. The time went by really fast. They did a great job with all that they did. Was hoping to get the refrigerator cleaned out but there was not enough time. The owner stopped by to examine the work and also to meet me, which was very nice. She was very concerned about the quality of the work.

I use them my my own house and I`m very pleased , so I decided to send them to my mom`s house. The two girls clean very well as usual , but I was especially happy to see that they handled all my mom`s nick neck with care . She loved them , I set up a cleaning for my mom`s house ones a month .

I`m very happy with them . The ladies always come on time and work hard the all time. Monia, the owner , is very detail oriented and easy to work with .

We have a large house, and last week they came to do a deep clean. I hire them on a every week schedule . I was especially pleased by the fact that Monia worked with me to customize the service, since I didn`t need the all house clean this time . They come regularly now, and I`m very happy with them .

I have been using Clean Leader for many years, and i always been very happy with them .

Two ladies came prepared with all the tools and did a major cleaning . I thought the pricing was very reasonable for what they did. I have a large house, I hire them on a regular basic, they were just outstanding.

Two lovely ladies came to my house, they where very nice, professional and efficient . I was very pleased with every thing . I hired them on a weekly basis .

I know Monia for long time , she started to clean my house about 10 years ago , back than it was just her and an other lady . I always been very pleased with the job . Slowly she grew her business and I think now she has many employees .

They are very amazing and hard workers. I have hired them for a weekly cleaning every Monday. I would highly recommend using them.

I used the service for the past 1-2 months. They do a good job but I seem to be getting more bugs in my home than usual. I think that one or several of the cleaning products they use attract bugs. Never had the problem with my old cleaning service and that's why I have decided to discontinue using them.

Two women mopped, dusted and cleaned house. Cleaned refrigerator. They arriveed on time an did an excellent job. they were cheerful and obviuslyexperienced, handling all of my Mom's knick-knacks with care

Two ladies came 3 times. They work very hard and got 3500 sq feet of house cleaned plus extra that wasn't expected. The owner is a very nice person who is easy to work with. We have been pleased with their work each time.

They did an ok job. Turned out we did not need that many hours to clean our entire house.

Company called and scheduled the job, then delayed then said it was too far. After attempts to get refund they said to contact you.

this would take too long, It went well overall. nice girls, friendly and accomodating. Workes 3 hrs each. I'm owed 2 hrs. will call agency tomorrow

Took a little bit to get the appointment scheduled, but overall it was an excellent experience. The two ladies were on time, worked HARD the entire four hours, and did a great job for the deal price. I plan to hire them at full price next time. They even straightened our closets!

Two women were here for total of 7 hours (pd for 8 hours, but thought their work was "OK" until I checked around and realized their work was only "mediocre" -- but more importantly, after they left, I DISCOVERED MAJOR THEFT (OVER $4,000 VALUE MISSING) -- including newly made keys for realtor (am getting home ready to sell, so first time I've used cleaning service), small camera on table and jewelry pouch on "messy dresser" I had told them not to bother with since I would take care of it. Have spoken with Monia (twice) who expressed shock, dismay and disbelief and also filed report with Manatee County Sheriff, and am contacting insurance company. Have also spoken with Angie's List about this. DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER -- IF YOU DO SO, DO AT YOUR OWN RISK, OR ELSE MAKE SURE ANY ITEMS OF VALUE ARE LOCKED AWAY -- I'M ALSO PAYING $75+ TO HAVE DOOR REKEYED AND NEW KEYS MADE

The two girls that came to clean did a wonderful job. I am particular about certain things and they were happy to accommodate. My only complaint has been scheduling with the owner. At first she double booked me and had to cancel one appointment at the last minute because she had me incorrectly scheduled for two cleanings in the same week, then scheduled me for my next cleaning two weeks later in the wrong time slot, which I didn't know about until her phone call to confirm services the night before the cleaning was scheduled, so I had to rearrange my schedule at the last minute.. Her cleaning girls do a very nice job, but, if you are working on a tight schedule, you will have to stay on top of your established dates and time slots.

They are always on time and always do a good job of cleaning everything.

First service took multiple calls for owner to set date. The work was fine. When we called back to re-schedule, again multiple calls with the owner to set day/time and agreed to 2 cleaners up to 3 hours each $25/each/hour + 5% Angie's List discount.. Asked for same women, sent others. Not as good, Had to have them vacuum area rug they totally skipped as well as clean shower after they said they were finished. Realized after they left that they had left 45 minutes early, but collected for the upper limit of time. Called owner. Took her several days to call back. Had to call her. Agreed to take off of next cleaning, then said she could not schedule week before Easter but would schedule Thursday or Friday the following week, but would have to call back to set time. Again, had to call her. She now said she had gotten some commercial business, so she couldn't do it. I asked her to follow through on her commitment to clean this week or return the over-payment. She refused and got nasty when I said I would put a poor rating on Angie's List and hung up on me.

They are bit able to get here, they are now so swamped with requests. I'd like a refund as I'm in need now of a team of reliable help.

Two ladies showed up for 3.5 hrs and did a thorough job. They even honored the 5% discount for my customer!
