I have used them twice. They do a good job, but they are too expensive. They first time they were over two hours late and the second time they were about 15 minutes early.

It did not go well at all. Upon their arrival, I greeted the 2 girls and they both smiled at me. Neither of them could speak English. They removed their "cheap, no name cleaning products" from a distressed personal vehicle along with a little vacumn cleaner. As we moved into the building, I "tried" to tell them what I needed to be done, but it was obvious that they did not understand anything that I was saying. I immediately called the owner Monia and had to leave a voice message. By the time that she called me back and I explained the problem, she assured me that in order to "clean" you do not have to "speak English". She said that she was headed my way. She arrived approximately 20 minutes later. By that time, one of the girls had already pulled down the entire 6' of my blind unit in my master bedroom. I had made up a list of the items that especially needed to be cleaned and went over it with Monia. I left and returned 3 hours later and they were "all" already gone. The majority of the work had been done and this job would have been acceptable if the entire condo had been completely finished. However I expressly said that we were preparing to sell this unit and that the appliances needed the most of their attention. They left the dishwasher UNTOUCHED which need to be wiped down, ran, and disinfected. They did not clean many of the drawers in the kitchen. None of the vinyl blinds had been washed with soap and water and were dirty and grimy to touch. They cleaned the oven, but left the bottom drawer UNTOUCHED and all of the cleaning product that they used in the oven had run down into the drawer along with food. Filthy. The inner tracks of the patio doors were not cleaned and there was still mold left in some places in the showers. Obviously, they had not communicated well with each other in order to get everything completely finished either. I am truly SORRY that I paid for this service PRIOR to the work being completed. NEVER AGAIN, Angie's List!!! As a consumer, you are giving up your power to "get the job done completely and properly" when you accept a "DEAL". And to do business with Angie; it should be a PREREQUISITE that any vendor or subcontractor that Angie places on her list MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK AND UNDERSTAND ENGLISH. That should be a no-brainer! I truly believe that these girls should have ONLY received $50.00 for what they did at my condo....definitely not $99.00! And when I texted Monia about my concern of the job being only half completed, she texted me back that she would talk to the girls and try to get them back there the following day. But Monia knew that I had already had Stanley Steamers in to do the floors and carpets, so there was no way I could have allowed the girls to come tracking back into the condo and start undoing everything that Stanley Steamers had already clean. So of course, I had to do all of the remaining cleaning myself. :(

Two ladies came and start working right away , very professional, very polite , they worked for the all 3 hours without stopping . EXCELLENT result . I`m very pleased . will use them again !

I did not receive a response to my phone call

They did okay while they were here. they cut it short because they had other customers they were trying to get to on that same day. I know I didn't get them to do all that I wanted them to. There was a scheduling problem and I had to jockey it around to get a reasonable date. No additional costs. I would have liked to have them do the living room and other rooms.

I expected things like cleaning the refrigerator and baseboards would be part of this cleaning. When they arrived I said I really didn't need the furniture dusted but they concentrated time on that aspect. The oven in my opinion was not cleaned very well and no baseboards were done. The refrigerator was also not cleaned. The cleaning job was okay, but I would not use their service again.

They arrived on time. They seemed knowledgeable and conscientious. The rooms were generally cleaned well. However, several areas were missed. Two sets of glass sliding doors to a porch, mirrored closet doors, and the glass kitchen table were forgotten. Also, a kitchen table holding cook books was not dusted. I would have overlooked these omissions if the couple had not declared themselves done and left 30 minutes (1 hr total) short of the contracted 8 hours. I was sick at the time, so I did not inspect their work before they left. I give their effort a "B" grade.

They did a fabulous job with the deep cleaning through the house since we just had 6 months of renovation. We purchased the $200 coupon for 8 hours job (two crew - 4 hours each) and we received an email the very next day with scheduled date. Monica even texted me the day before to give me the time frame when her crew will arrive. To save time, I send Monica the list of what service for each room we would like. Her crew came and went right into it. Monica came just before they complete the tasks to make sure all is good. Her crew did a great job with the cleaning even made the beds, which was not on the list. I would definitely use them again.

She did a great job, and the owner was very accommodating. I have already scheduled another visit.

The cleaners arrived promptly and were given specific instructions as to what rooms should be done in what order. There was small problem with language barriers but we managed to communicate. Both cleaners were very charming and polite. They did what we asked and during their stay, Monica, the owner of the company, stopped by to inspect. The cleaners had to stay about 15 minutes longer to finish the last room but were very happy to do so.

As far as the cleaning went, it was mostly fine -- the house looked very nice when they left and the women were perfectly pleasant. However, while they called to confirm (very much appreciated) and were punctual, there was zero communication once they arrived. I felt like I had to chase them around to let them know what I wanted done (changing sheets, emptying dishwasher). I was there in my office the entire time and made clear they were welcome to answer any questions, but they didn't ask any. They combined my (nearly empty) trash and recycling from inside the house to throw it all away (and just put it in the garage rather than outside with the garbage bins). And they accidentally knocked the alarm sensor for our home security system off a window and didn't mention anything. Fortunately, it was in the office and I noticed it as soon as I got back to work and was able to replace it before setting the alarm, but I just can't imagine why they wouldn't have either replaced it (it was pretty simple) or asked me about it. Additionally, when I made the purchase and provided dates, I requested information on pricing for a monthly service. I've never heard a word about that, and the women didn't leave a card or any way for me to get back in touch, so even if I had wanted to book the service again, I would've had to start from scratch. Maybe I've always lucked out with the communication I've had with previous housekeeping services in the past, but this did not hit the mark for me.

Professional Excellent job Punctual I use them every few weeks so that should say it all. And I referred them to my parents.

The crew of three showed up on time and were very professional and pleasant. Got to work immediately. Listened to special requests and handled those. Stayed until the job was done. Took pride in their work. The supervisor came during the cleaning to check on progress and get feedback.

I don't remember the exact date they came 1st or 2nd time. Advertisement was for 6 hours of cleaning for $99. When I booked it, I was told that two people would come clean for 3 hours. I left work to meet them at my house and when they were an hour late and no one had called me to say this was going to happen, I had to call to say they hadn't shown up. Then I had to wait for a call back, then despite detailed instructions of how to get there, I ended up going to get them. My boss was not happy about it. This is the second time I used this company and the second time they were over an hour late and no call until I started calling. The cleaning was so-so with little attention to details. Counters still had spills on them when they left. I had to go around and clean what they didn't. My shower was not clean and my closet in the master was not swept or vacuumed. Ladies were nice and very polite but very stressed about not being able to find the address. House did smell nice when they left though.

Confusion with date appointment was set for, so Service was rescheduled, then The cleaning crew was three hours late, so the supervisor could not give them instructions while she was in my house, so she had to write notes in Spanish as they spoke very little English. So when the crew showed up I had to walk through the whole house and tell them what to do all over again as best I could do with gestures. The end result was very good the house is very clean. However, when I asked how much it would be to clean my house on a regular basis it was double what I am currently paying . So I chose to stick with my old cleaning service.

Everything went smoothly. Girls were on time and cleaned thoroughly.

These two ladies worked fast and furious for the entire 3 hours that they were here.... and they got way more than I could have done in the same time. They brought their own equipment and supplies and were very thorough vacuuming, dusting and washing. Tub and shower were brought back to life.... I even noticed that they dusted my mini-blinds in two of my bathrooms, my ceiling fans, and washed my sliders inside and out!! I work from home and they barely made a peep as they worked. I almost felt guilty! :) Considering ongoing service.. thank you Cleanleader and ladies.

They listened to all our needs and carried everything out just as we had asked. We will certainly use Cleanleader again!

We had difficulty getting scheduled, possibly due to the fact that they're in Sarasota. Once they came out to actually do the work, they were fine. Due to the scheduling difficulty, it wasn't really worth it to me.

very well. the place looked great. they even did the breeze way, that was nice surprise.

The owner of the business replied promptly to my emails and to my daughter's phone calls for scheduling. She was very professional and agreed to work with my daughter's schedule - even when my daughter had to reschedule due to a death in the family. My daughter was very pleased with the work. Two ladies arrived promptly at the designated time and cleaned for 4 hours leaving her home spotless.

A very satisfactory service.
