They first time they came out they didn't really like do the job the job that I asked for and the job that I assumed that they were going to do. I did get in contact with them and they came out again like a day later and it was I guess better the second time around but I still don't know if it was worth it. Basically they sent out two ladies the first time and it was supposed to be like around 8 hours of cleaning and we were moving out of our apartment and that's the reason I got them in and they just sort of did like a surface job. They just didn't clean the oven and the refrigerator the first time. I didn't know why I had to be the one to tell them exactly what to do when I had already asked for it.

The did a wonderful job of cleaning the inside and out of the cabinets. They even cleaned the light bulbs and little things that make a huge difference. The were very professional and showed up on time. They were also easy to talk to to let them know what you would like done.

They do a very nice job. They start with bathrooms and the kitchen and anything after that is a plus!

This is a tenant occupied property. I hired them to clean it, but I was not there. The tenants stated that the first time they did great. However, the second time they weren't so pleased. They didn't make sure everything was just right. The tenant stated it smelled funny and the pillowcases were missing, but it was clean. I would only use them again if I booked through Angie's List. I would not hire them on my own.

They did an excellent job of cleaning my 3 br, 2 bath home. Were very thorough. I have 3 cats and a dog and they got up all the accumulated pet hair from under beds and the furniture. Left everything shining and spotless in the kitchen. My husband and I were very impressed. Would definitely use them again!

It is more of what the provider didn't do. Requested a repeat service and never received a reply. Unprofessional. Who runs a business that way? It's really not that difficult.

Monia contacted in advance to confirm. The two employees worked constantly and even after the scheduled end to complete what they wanted.(a big house).Very cooperative and friendly. Monia, the principal, came to inspect. Nice Job.

Monia was very accommodating for scheduling the 2 women for 4 hours of cleaning. They arrived on time and went right to work. They brought all the equipment they needed. Monia came while they were here and checked their work. The house looked GREAT when they were done!!! I had been reluctant to get a cleaning service as I had let the housework go for a bit due to a bad back. They made my house look so much better. I was so impressed that I have arranged for them to come every 2 weeks to do my cleaning at a very fair price and on a set day/time.. Monia also explained that they can do windows and any other work I may need in the future. Would recommend this company to everyone.

It went very well. However the two girls could not speak English very well, so it was hard to communicate. The price was fair at the sale price of $99.00.

There was a little snag. They didn't show up to do the work so they rescheduled it. I've had a little better cleaning service from others.

They arrived on time, asked instructions and went to work without any hesitation. They cleaned my house beautifully. And I am picky!! I would definitely use this service again. Great experience. Thank you

It was well. Their manager came and asked them to clean the window, the door and one sliding glass door panel.

I had surprise guests and they squeezed me into thier schedule last minute. I was already impressed with that, but then the ladies came and did a detailed job of cleaning and also straightening up for me too. They also finished some dishes I had in the sink and we're so quiet I hardly knew they were there (I usually make quite a clang to clean this house lol). I purchased the longest time package since my house is so big and I have dogs and cats, but they still had time to spare. They were kind and polite and very nice to have in my home. I have already had another cleaning from them and will do again. I like that I don't have to have a set schedule. I can just call when I need them.

They did whatever I asked them to do. I was very pleased.

This was a $150 big deal purchase for six hours of housecleaning. Unfortunately the voucher said for six hours, but they only cleaned for three hours and I am not really satisfied with what they did. They actually missed some of the things. They were supposed to clean the windows and some of the cupboards I have. They workers who came were nice and friendly.

These ladies did a fantastic job and didn't miss a beat. Finally, a great cleaning company that is both reliable and reasonable!

The company attempted to re-schedule my appointment the day before when I set the cleaning two weeks prior, and had already scheduled the time off work. On the day of cleaning, they were over 2.5 hrs late and tried to show up after 4:30 to clean for 3 hours on a Friday evening. When I made my concerns aware, Monia, was awful. She was not professional and only told me 'they were busy.' I set time off work two weeks in advance for a specific cleaning appointment and made this aware when she tried to reschedule the day before. Monia was absolutely terrible, unprofessional and petty. I would NEVER recommend her.

It went well. Two ladies came. They were pleasant and wanted to do a good job. They worked hard and everything looked good when they finished.

They initially did a good job but later things were not good. The last three times they were less than satisfactory. I will not use them again ever.

We asked them to wipe down cabinets inside and out, all appliances, dust fans, sweep/mop floors. They spent over 2 hours together in the master bathroom which is very small. At the end, none of the fans were dusted and barely half of the cabinets were wiped down. The owner showed up at the end and wanted to charge us more money so they could stay longer and complete the job. We refused. They were milking the clock on purpose. We will never use them again or refer them to anyone.

The cleaning services provided were excellent. Two cleaners arrived and provided a combined 8 hours of cleaning services, as promised. Everything looked great, including my tile floors and bathrooms, which really had needed thorough cleaning. They cleaned every surface in my 2BR/2BA 1,130 sq. foot condo, did the windows including in my lanai, carefully moved and returned items to clean around them, washed and replaced rugs, etc. etc. This was my first experience with a cleaning service here in Florida, and I'll definitely use them again. I was very, very pleased.

The crew arrived at 8:25 Am and D.J. explained what they would do. We reviewed the entire space, agreeing on the order of the rooms to be done and what I had to do to minimize interference with the crew. They worked diligently until just after 1:00 PM, explained what we should do in the future to minimize soiling the tile and grout.

Everything was done very well. Girls didn't op until all was done. Very professional.

Two experienced people worked very hard for three hours. They did everything expected and in addition, since they had time, did extras like helping me hang a curtain, lifting things for me to put runners down, etc. They were pleasant and helpful and worked non stop the entire time. I have hired them to do bi-weekly cleaning to keep it as it looks now.
