Brian was punctual from the beginning when he stopped by to give an estimate. The need for the paint job was because we had drywall repair work done and had to have the walls and ceiling painted. We moved into this condo two years ago after it had recently been completely gutted by the previous owner. We were happy with the same colors but not happy with the quality of paint and how nothing ever washed up. While we were having the walls and ceiling done, we took the time to address the baseboards & doors that had the grain coming through and the repair of some mitre joints that looked rushed. He took his time to evaluate the woodwork, doors, and baseboards as to what had to be done to improve them. Some of the mitre joints were poorly done, and the doors only had one coat of paint on them. He explained that he could greatly improve the mitre joints (with a Dremel and wood putty) but they would not be perfect. The doors he knew he could vastly improve upon. He recommended a washable flat paint for our walls (except the bathrooms, of course), and a high quality woodwork paint that covered beautifully. Brian is very well organized, which I truly appreciated. He was conscious that living in the residence while the painting is being done can be a bit of a bear. He clearly was helpful about when the specific rooms and closets were done. In an effort to make his job as easy as possible, my husband and I tried to stay a full room ahead of him moving our stuff out of the way. Doing so helped Brian do his job even better - and faster. (I highly recommend working WITH your painter - it just makes it so much easier for all involved.) Brian and his assistant, Dave, were here for 10 days painting and there wasn't a single mishap. The doors and woodwork look wonderful. Many of the little oversights the previous painters let slide were corrected. The experience was so painless from a consumers perspective that I almost wish I had another job to get done. I cannot say enough good things about how smoothly this job went.

Brain and his team were very professional and punctual, arriving at the agreed upon times. He used Sherwin Williams paints, which are top quality and worked room to room so as to not not have the job sprawled out over the entire house at once. This helped keep the three young kids from getting their hands on the wet walls. All of our furniture and floors were well protected and we are please with the final outcome.

Brian and Dave (his asst.) were punctual, polite, and professional at all times. They performed the services in the compressed amount of time that I had requested. Brian also added several small painting tasks that I had originally forgotten. Brian and Dave had all needed materials and were very conscientious about leaving each area clean and neat when they were finished. They were friendly and pleasant. I would highly recommend them for any painting job and will surely use them again in the future for an even larger project.

Every time I called him, he responded immediately and returned all phone calls. He treated our home very respectfully and was very neat and clean. He was very trustworthy and we were very comfortable leaving him in our home alone. We had some changes and he was very fair with the pricing and accommodated us. The work was completed when he said it would be done. We have recommended him to our neighbor and they also hired him. We would highly recommend him.

This was the best painting experience I have ever had, and I've been through many. Brian met me promptly on the first visit to take measurements, He offered me a reasonable and timely estimate via email correspondence. Because I could not be present during the work, I entrusted him with the key to the apartment, which went well. He instructed me where to choose paint colors (Sherwin Williams paint), and guided me through some decision-making. I purchased an old, large one bedroom apartment w/ a large walk-in closet, lanai, bathroom, kitchen, living room, and dining area. Brian scraped all ceilings (including closets) and finished them in white. He painted all walls w/ two coats as the previous walls were painted in dark colors. I chose two colors for the apartment, one of which was an accent color. He did a fantastic job on two sets of French doors that required detailed work. During one of my visits to the property, I met one of his employees, Dave, who was also great. Dave even took pains to paint behind a hot water heater!! They worked well as a team and were professional in all respects, sustaining the work effort and finishing in a timely manner. Brian was terrific about communication and readily texted me in response to questions I had. Without my even asking, he took it upon himself to re-stain an ageing wooden beam in the living room with two coats of varnish. He also educated me about the merit of finishing the lanai floor with an appropriate surface used for driveways. Also, clean-up and protection of surfaces was great. I give Brian's Painting and Pressure Cleaning the highest rating possible. I will hire him again for any upcoming painting needs.

He was prompt, curteous, and sent a thank you note for my business. It was certainly the way to go. Yes, I could have done it myself, but it was done on time and overwith ASAP. He pointed out an important issue and fixed it without additional charge. At first, when he gave the estimmate, he seemed sort of strict about room prep and I didn't know if being a weakling myself, I'd be able to meet his requirements about moving things to the middle of the room to keep them safe, but don't let this discourage you. He is actually very helpful on paint day. I'd difenitely recommend him. There's no drinking, no breaks, and I felt safe with him in my home in my absence.

Brain gave a competitive quote and followed up with timely service. The painting was well-done without visible splatter on surrounding surfaces. The house walls look new again.

Outstanding job! On time, professional, very neat. I enjoyed having them in my home. Normally that is not the case with repairmen. I would recommend them to everyone. Very happy with their work.

I called Brian in on an emergency basis. We had only planned to repaint the ceilings in a newly purchased condo, but the popcorn was so old and heavy that the the new paint pulled it down. He responded to my call within hours and came out to do an estimate that evening. He was already booked but when I explained that we needed ASAP service he agreed to work on Sunday and the upcoming evenings after completing his already scheduled jobs. He worked the ceiling in around pre-painted walls and did an excellent job. I have absolutely NOTHING uncomplimentary to say about any phase of his work. I have already alerted him we'd like him to come back & redo the bedrooms when we have more pressing issues resolved.

The house hadn't had a major painting job done since 1998 and it really needed doing. Brian started work on 3 Dec and finished the painting of the garage floor on Dec 18, 2013. Brian is truly a professional who cares about his customer's needs. He is always on time and very meticulous detail painter. The job he did has really made a great difference and our neighbors have made a lot of positive comments about the finished job. We are very pleased and happy that the house is truly an work of art and should last a long time. It was a difficult job due to the high ceilings. Took 4 days to paint stairwell and two landings. There was some confusion about the paint (included in cost) and time, but that was minor. He saw 'issues' and just took care of them, which was wonderful. (Ex. Cleaning the light fixtures in the hall, repairing door stoppers.) Very professional job. Love the results.

Brian did a wonderful job. The removal of popcorn ceilings is very messy, and Brian protected the walls windows and floors. He was very meticulous in the prepping, patching , and applying the smooth coat. We chose some tricky colors and Brian made sure we were pleased with them before he proceeded. I would not hesitate to hire Brian again and would recommend him to friends and family.

Brian spent 8 1/2 days painting the interior of our home including the tray ceilings. Brian came out the day after I called him and gave me an estimate. I was pleased with his price and we agreed on a start date. Prior to that date, he called me to remind me that he would be arriving on that date and told me what time he would arrive. On the appointed date he showed up exactly when he said he would. Brian's work is excellent. He is meticulous in what he does, plus he's neat and he cleans up after he's done, even when he's returning the next morning. He's also honest and trustworthy. I had no qualms about leaving him alone in the house if I needed to be elsewhere while he was working. The entire job was done in the amount of time he estimated, and he charged what we agreed to. I am recommending him to anyone who asks me if I can recommend a painter.

Brian arrived on time and immediately began removing all the face plates, pictures, etc. All holes were patched, sanded. A good amount time was spent on prepping the walls and surfaces, taping and laying down floor protection. Everything was timed carefully, and he never stopped for three days, moving from one section to another, until there were two coats on everything. Brian also was a good advisor on color choices that he knew wouldn't look right. He placed everything back where it belonged and cleaned up after he was done. The price was reasonable, and Brian used a high end Sherwin Williams paint, no VOC's, so no lingering smell. I recommend Brian's Painting.
