Once again, a wonderful job by Suncoast Remodeling!!! It only took them a few hours since it was a small job. When they got here, they cleared the area that they would be working in. They were very dilligent and did a fantastic job matching the old baseboard trim and making it look uniform. The rest of the wall is plaster - the doorway area they did was in drywall, but it looks fantastic!! You cannot see a difference! A few friends that have come by have even said if they hadn't been in the house before, they would never have known there used to be a doorway in that place. So mission accomplished. :) And now we have gained more wall space in our living room and our extra bedroom on the other side no longer has one too many doors (and also gained wall space, of course). Thank you!!!! =)
Description of Work: Chuck and Mil walled in an extra doorway that was not needed in our old 1925 home.

The project went quickly. They started April 6th and finished up on the 12th.
Description of Work: Last month I had Suncoast remodel the teeniest bathroom ever created. I was so impressed with the quality of their work, I had them come back this month and do the other bathroom. I remain impressed. Nothing had changed with these 3 fine men. Chuck, Militun and Denis. They still worked beautifully together without any drama. This bathroom was also gutted, the fixtures carted off, old lumber, walls, and tiles disappeared the same day. Chuck went shopping with me once again and was still patient!! Most amazing to me, was that they actually picked up every afternoon...sweeping and throwing trash out. I think the majority of women would also be astounded how neat and tidy the men are. To make a long story short, they did a magnificent job. Really can't believe this is the same bathroom. No more hideous green tile, really old fixtures and battered walls. It is almost impossible to relay to someone else how much I appreciate the beautiful work that they do. Too bad that I've run out of bathrooms!!!

I started doing everything myself after visiting IKEA. Suncoast also had experience with IKEA products and gave me some good recomendations. My wood counter would not had survived if it would not be for the advice I got from Suncoast to put the counter on top of a plywood foundation. All the work was done as it was described to me on the first visit and as it was listed on the estimate. This property is a vacation home and I trusted Chuck (from Suncoast) from the begining, gave him the keys and he kept me informed of the work progress. I went to the condo once he told me the job was done and whoala, everything was done except the painting which I said I was going to do it myself. Some companies I contacted before Suncoast wanted to do all the work or nothing. Suncoast worked with me and my budget.
Description of Work: I started remodeling the kitchen myself. The demolition part was easy but I certainly needed help after tearing down half a wall and opening the kitchen to the dining room. Beams, pipes, cables were clearly visible. Suncoast finished the demolition of a wall, reinforced a half wall and installed a counter on top of it. All damaged dry wall was repaired and a small portion of a wall was extended to hide the refrigerator. I also removed an acryllic ceiling and Suncoast installed a drywall ceiling covering all the pipes, holes, and screws from old neon lights. Suncoast also teared down old wall paper from two batchrooms and applied a nice texture to the wall.

It went beautifully. The first day the room was mostly gutted. There were Chuck, Milutin and Dennis all working peacefully together in this teeny room. That in itself was a wonder seeing 3 men coexisting calmly together, without a harsh word ever spoken between them. The work went really smoothly and quickly. Chuck went shopping with me several times to help me pick out the tile, toilet, sink med cabinet etc. He was always patient with me as I waffled between decisions. They were very specific telling me that they did not do the painting. That was fine with me. I was told to use the primer before they put in the fixtures. So, the evening before I painted a solid 2 hours on the new drywall. next day they arrived and Milutin said I did a great job. Asked me if I had the new paint and proceeded to paint the entire bathroom in about 20 minutes. What a surprise for me, and how kind of him to do that. They finished the following Wednesday and the bathroom was a work of art. I am so pleased with the end result. These gentlemen are top notch in their field. Professional, knowledgable, patient, kind and fun. In fact, I am so impressed with them, they are returning in a few weeks to remodel the other bathroom.
Description of Work: My 56 year old teeny bathroom was in dire need of a remodel. A person had to sit sideways on the toilet as their knees would be pressing up against the wall. The 56 year old pink tile was becoming boring and down right hideous looking. Called Suncoast Remodeling and Chuck and Milutin came over and gave me an estimate. On Tuesday they began the work. Removed existing toilet, vanity, medicine cabinet, towel and paper holders, shower pan, existing floor tiles and wallboard to the studs. Removed east wall. Built a new wall 12 inches from original location. Relocated electrical and plumbing supplies to new wall. Installed new drywall and sprayed orange peel texture. Installed pre fabricated shower where old shower was located. Installed new shower valve and drain, new floor tiles, new toilet, pedestal sink, medicine cabinet, replacement light, towel and paper holders, new GFI electrical outlet near sink.

Trying to coordinate Chuck's, my wife's, and my schedule so that someone would be home to let them in and my wife had not worked the night before was difficult but we got it accomplished. My wife insisted on painting the interior door before hanging it which also added to the complexity. It had been too cold to paint. We got all the pieces together and they did an awesome job. I highly recommend them.

This remodeling work was done in a condo on an upper floor. Suncoast followed the rules concerning contractors that are set forth by the Homeowners Assoc and we received no complaints at all from the condo office. We were pleased with all of the work done and were especially happy with the tile work, crown molding, and the new closet, which does not look at all like an add-on. They were very professional, were on the job exactly when they said they would be, and made every effort to ensure that we were satisfied with the work they had done.
Description of Work: Completely remodeled two bathrooms including replacing a tub and tiling around the tub, tiling a step-in shower, tiling floors in both baths, replacing toilets, vanities, and lights, and installing a recessed cabinet for storage in one of the baths. They also removed two columns from the bedroom and repaired wall damage caused by the attachment of the columns, installed crown molding throughout the condo, replaced doors and trim around doors throughout, replaced three ceiling fixtures, repaired plumbing in shower, and built new closet w/ shelving. The price above is for labor and general contractor materials. We furnished tile, grout, molding, doors, trim, fixtures, vanities, lights, toilets, closet shelving & recessed cabinet in bath.

Chuck and his crew were pleasant, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process of our kitchen remodel. Remodeling included removing a wall (including new travertine flooring where the wall had been), installing recessed and under-cabinet lighting, all cabinets, baseboards, and the sink/faucet. We had a granite countertop installed by another firm. We bought the new kitchen cabinets from Ikea, and they assembled and installed them. Chuck always went the extra mile, for example, when they installed the cabinets, they made sure they were reinforced to hold the granite countertop. Excellent work!

Since they were highly rated on Angies List, I contacted Suncoast Remodeling about remodeling my bathroom. They came out to the house twice. They gave me a really low estimate for the work. I asked them if they were getting permits for the work (I know that permits for electrical and plumbing would be required). They told me that since they were not licensed to do that kind of work that they would not get any permits. I asked if I should hire my own electrician and plumber and that was the last I heard from them. I don't know how a company gets to be on Angies A List when they are not even getting the proper permits.
Description of Work: I never heard back from them.

Response from SUNCOAST REMODELING LLC
In response to the member's report. We arrived as scheduled for two separate appointments. The member had some ideas that would require special permitting, architect drawings, permission from the property association etc. I told him some of the work was beyond what our license qualifies. I advised him that we would have to either bring in another contractor to pull the permits in question or he as the homeowner could obtain the permits himself. I sent him a quote for labor and construction cost the same week. Approximately two weeks later a repeat customer of ours emailed me asking if I was aware of a negative report that had been posted on Angie's List and was curious why I had not responded to his comments. This was the first time since sending my quote that I heard anything from him. I emailed and called him asking what was up with that report. He said he emailed me and I never responded. I checked and double checked my business and personal email and found nothing. I told him that possibly when I switched from Internet Explorer to Firefox that I could have missed an email. He had my phone number and didn't have an answer for me when I asked if he had even considered giving me a call before He trashed our reputation. In over five years we have only had one negative report on Angie's List and I do understand that there are going to be customers that you just can't please. But this person didn't even give us a chance. Also the member emailed me and said if he heard from me again that he would he not retract his report but that he would add to it? What a guy.

Excellent. They did a great job, and were very patient about waiting on delayed deliveries for materials. I felt completely comfortable giving them a key to my house and the alarm system code and they did almost all of the work while the house was empty. They were very, very neat and left the bathroom area cleaned up every night. I would not even consider using anyone else in the future. Based on the company's great reviews on Angie's list, I called this company for a quote, and it was so obviously fair that I did not get any other quotes.

Chuck arrived on time, discussed what I wanted, measured, retrun to shop and on same day, faxed estimate of labor, cabinets, countertop and other minor things. He arranged for me to pick out cabinets and countertop of my choice with no obligation to purcahse. He told me to check other places and I took 4 days to get other estimates. When I called Chuck to tell him he had the job, he was professional and said he could start the job in about 2 weeks and it would take approxamiley 1 to l 1/2 weeks to complets. Agreeded. He finished his jobs earlier and called and said he could start a week earlier than expected. We agreed on a date and time,he called the cabinet company and they agreed to have the cabinets earlier. He arrived on time , started work and run in to a few unexpected problems, such as plumbing, electrical, and a very uneven floor. Necessary to even the floor and grantie countertops werre going to be installed. However, he handeled all these problems as a professional. Didn't appear to be any big deal for him as he was determined to make everything perfect. He finised the job with the agreed time frame, even with the unexpected problems. We have a new updated kitchen and very pleased the Suncoast Remodeling. Very pleasant and professional. Highly recommend and will use his services in the future.
Description of Work: Removed existing kitchen cabinets, countertops, sink ,micowave, disconnect fridge water line, part of ceiling, and installed new cabinets, recessed can lighting units, new ceiling, microwave, reconnect new refrigerator water line, connect plumbing and electrical for dishwasher, install disposal, install faucet, drains and trap kits. Installed new electrical outlets, under cabinet lighting kits, light rail molding on botton of upper cabinets

They came out and gave us an estimate before we left for work (6am). They came out and discussed what they could do in our two bathrooms and our kitchen. They took measurements and told us they would send us a quote on line. The quote was there that same day. Also, Chuck described how (in detail) that he would accomplish his remake and what approx. the cost would be of all the supplies needed. We agreed on a date to begin and they were there at the time and date they said they would be. These two guys worked so hard and had such great ideas that we will never use anybody other than them. They were thoughtful and their professionalism shines through. Chuck then knew of a good place to get cabinets so we went and talked to him also. The cabinets are beautiful and all wood which made everything exceptionally beautiful! From the cabinets, Joe (from Cabinets to Go) recommended a granite place and they were really nice (the Cutting Edge). We had never done anything like this before and we knew very little, but Chuck guided us through everything and told us just to relax that everything would be just fine. We are still not completely finished as we had ordered some things and have been waiting for their arrival, but our bathroom and kitchen are completely redone and we could not be more pleased. We underestimated the amount of the redo, so we are not able to do the other bathroom at this time, but we will be calling on them in the future.
Description of Work: They completely gutted the bathroom and the kitchen and gave a complete makeover. They came in and did demolition on the first day (which was phase one). They stripped the bathroom and hauled everything away. When we came home from work that day our bathroom was empty from top to bottom. The second day (phase two) they came and framed out a new wall. They found that the walls were all wet, so they had to strip them down and replace rotted wood frame for the tub. Day three they put up new walls and put in tub and vanity (they went and picked up the vanity to save us money). Chuck also had really great ideas about the addition of a wall, installing a fan and changing the lighting. Day four the tile went up, also the fan and toilet. They also gave us two extra lights and a new outlet, which our daughter loves! Over the weekend we painted and on Monday they came back to finish up what they could before the granite came. On Monday they came to finish what they still had left and we discussed when they would start on the kitchen. We had originally asked to do both bathrooms, but at the last minute decided to do the kitchen. They were very acommodating and we agreed that we would wait one week and then begin the kitchen. Again, they stripped the cabinets from the walls. When we got home we had a bare kitchen. Again, they went the next day to pick up the cabinets to save us some money. They installed the cabinets, put in new lights, installed tile above all backsplash, put in a new laminate floor (although we had discussed this, it was not definite), and put up new molding all around for the floor. They also ran a new power supply for an above the stove microwave and installed the new microwave and stove. They worked so hard every day to make our dream come alive. They had wonderful ideas and were so very thoughtful in every detail of their work. They always cleaned up and tried to leave everything as they had found it. They even looked at a ceiling fan and fixed a tile in front of our door that they had not been asked to do.

From the beginning Chuck at Suncoast was totally professional. His estimate was broken down so I could understand exactly what was covered and what was not. I met Chuck at the local home store and I picked out exactly what I wanted. If what I picked out was less than his estimate, he gave me a credit. He did not try to pocket the savings. The process from start to finish went very smooth. Since I live out of town, Chuck called me daily asking for my input on the small details. The job was completely in a timely manner and the workmanship was excellent. We had a communication mix up on the windows, but Chuck fixed the problem, at his OWN expense. Suncoast Remodeling is an honest and reliable company and I would highly recommend them!
Description of Work: Suncoast Remodeling was hired to remodel several rooms in my townhouse. They completely remodeled my kitchen, including new flooring, cabinets, appliances, and countertops. We are extremely satisfied!!!!! Chuck and his crew did such an excellent job, we want to tell everyone we know about them!!! I would recommend them to anyone! I signed up with Angie's List because I have been in need of a contractor and wanted someone who was reputable. We have an old 1925 home, that is in need of some TLC. We're not the handiest people, so we wanted someone we could not only hire for this job, but for future jobs as well. Chuck has certainly earned our business. Our latest "to do" with the house was the flooring in the kitchen. There was a section that was sagging a bit (our house is on a crawl space), and the peel-and-stick vinyl tile that had been laid years before was falling apart and in some places had broken off completely! It was unsightly and needed an update. We also had a window in the kitchen that was in need of replacing - badly! It seemed that the window was about 30 years old, and the counters and cabinets were only about 10 years old. Previous owners had put the counters in and the window height went BELOW the counters. It was an old crank-style window so I could never open it. We needed that to be a smaller window so that it would actually be above the sink. When we called Chuck for an estimate, it was on a Friday and he arranged to be here first thing Monday morning. By Tuesday we had an estimate, and by the following Monday he was here working! They did an amazing job and quality work. They even found the right kind of wood (Oak) framing that was around my window! I had no idea, but he knew and bought the wood to match! I was very impressed. They worked hard, cleaned up very well, were very professional and courteous. They even went above and beyond what they were contracted for (for instance, they took down any of the doors leading into the kitchen and shaved them down so that they would open with ease, since the tile was higher than the vinyl peel-and-stick that had been laid previously). I am SO happy that I found Chuck (and on Angie's List too!). Definitely the best choice I've made in ANY remodeling project we've done with the house! Chuck will most certainly get recommendations from us and get calls from us for any of our future projects!! THANK YOU CHUCK AND MIL! :)
Description of Work: Installed 3 floor supports under the kitchen, replaced small section of damaged wood (floor), then installed tile board and the ceramic tile of our choice. Also removed the very old window in front of the sink (which was installed lower than the countertop was, so was not to code) and replaced with a new Pella window, re-framing the window to a standard size so that it would be to code (and would look right!)

Chuck and his team were prompt and there every morning at 8am. They didn't dilly dally and made good use of time. They were professional, prompt and cleaned up each and every day they were here. It was honestly the smoothest remodeling project we've ever done. Total time to build and frame the extension took a total of 6 days! Amazing. From a customer service perspective and quality of product, I cannot recommend Suncoast highly enough!!! Great job guys !
Description of Work: Chuck and team knocked out our back living room wall extended our living area an extra 165 ft by moving it back by 6 feet using existing patio space. It made a huge improvement in our overall living space. They removed sliding glass door, built a blasting wall and installed three new energy efficient Pella windows. They also put in a back door leading to our porch. They brought the former patio floor up to meet the existing living room floor, installed new track lighting and put down a beautiful laminate floor in the new area. They hung and prepped the new drywall.

It went poorly from the get go. Chuck made a $3000.00 mistake on my quote that I readily corrected. Then the first friday afternoon, no one showed up for work. The quality of the tile floor and laminent floors is very good. The quality of the dry wall work is another story. (see picture 1). Because of the difficult location of the mold on one piece of the dry wall, Chuck decided to attempt to hide the mold by painting over it with the primer I was using on the new dry wall. I noticed. (see picture 2) Finger prints were left in the calking around the fireplace (see picture 3). Twice my door were left unlocked when they called it a day. I was paying over $300.00/ hr for labor (based on 8 hrs a workday for 3 weeks.). When My father and I confronted Chuck on the poor quality of the drywall work- he just said; and I quote: "If you wanted perfection, It would have been displayed in the estimate". So I fired him. I just wanted others to be aware of the quality of work that Chuck allows and the pictures prove that I'm not just blowing smoke.
Description of Work: The hose on the back of the wash machine busted and flooded most of my house. I needed the lower half of the walls replaced, laminent floors throughout house minus tile floors in laundry room and kitchen. I got rid of the "popcorn" ceilings and raised the ceiling in the kitchen to match the rest of the house. New cabinets were placed in kitchen.

Response from SUNCOAST REMODELING LLC
I WOULD LIKE TO ENCOURAGE ANY POTENTIAL CUSTOMER TO READ ALL OF OUR REPORTS, THEN DECIDE FOR YOURSELF IF THIS MEMBER IS BEING ACCURATE AND OR TELLING THE WHOLE STORY. I WILL START WITH THE CUSTOMERS REMARK'S OF A $3000 MISTAKE. MY ORIGINAL PROPOSAL INCLUDED THE COST OF BASIC IN STOCK CABINETS FROM "LOWES". WHEN HE ADVISED ME THAT HE DECIDED TO SUPPLY HIS OWN CABINETS; I ADJUSTED THE PROPOSAL TO SHOW THE DEDUCTION OF $2437 FOR THE CABINETS, NOT THE EXAGGERATED $3000 THE CUSTOMER SPEAKS OF. MY SECOND ISSUE IS THE CUSTOMERS COMMENTS ON THE PROJECT'S START DATES AND TIMES. FIRST OFF WE NEVER BEGIN A JOB IN THE AFTERNOON AND WE CERTAINLY WOULD NOT START A JOB WITH THIS AMOUNT OF DEMOLITION ON A FRIDAY. MY NEXT RESPONSE IS TO THE RIDICULOUS CLAIM THAT WE PAINTED OVER A 4 INCH WIDE PIECE OF DRYWALL IN ORDER TO AVOID A TEN MINUTE REPAIR. AS FAR AS LEAVING HIS DOOR UNLOCKED THAT IS A FLAT OUT LIE. I PERSONALLY LOCKED THE DOOR AND PUT THE KEY IN THE DESIGNATED PLACE AT THE END OF EVERY DAY. MY 5TH RESPONSE IS THE UNBELIEVABLE STATEMENT THAT HE WAS PAYING $300 AN HOUR FOR LABOR X 8 HOUR'S PER DAY X 5 DAY'S PER WEEK FOR 3 WEEK'S FOR A TOTAL OF $36000. WHEN IN REALITY, IN HIS REPORT HE APPROXIMATED THE TOTAL COST OF THE PROJECT TO BE $32000 WHICH IS FAIRLY ACCURATE AND CONSIDER THAT HIS CABINETS, FLOORING AND APPLIANCES WERE INCLUDED. AS FAR AS HIS FINGER PRINT CAULK ISSUE; THE CUSTOMER HAS A FIREPLACE ROUGH COVERED WITH SLATE. INSTEAD OF THE BASE HAVING A STRAIGHT EDGE AS BRICK WOULD HAVE, THE UNEVEN SLATE PIECES LEFT AN IN AND OUT PATTERN ALONG THE FRONT EDGE AT THE FLOOR WHICH WAS UNNOTICEABLE WITH THE EXISTING CARPET. WHEN INSTALLING THE NEW LAMINATE FLOORING THIS WAS POINTED OUT TO THE CUSTOMER AND IT WAS AGREED THAT THE BEST WAY TO WORK WITH THIS UNUSUAL SITUATION WOULD BE TO USE CAULK OF THE SAME COLOR AS THE FLOORING TO KEEP IT AS LEAST NOTICEABLE AS POSSIBLE. I DON'T KNOW WHAT HE IS TALKING ABOUT FINGERPRINTS AS IT WAS NEVER BROUGHT TO MY ATTENTION. THE GENTLEMAN HE NOW CALLS HIS FATHER IS THE SAME PERSON THAT HE TOLD US WAS AN OLD FRIEND? AND FINALLY ON THE POOR QUALITY OF THE DRYWALL REPAIRS. THE CUSTOMER HAD ALREADY REMOVED OVER 60% OF THE DAMAGED DRYWALL BEFORE WE EVER MET HIM. I EXPLAINED THAT BECAUSE OF THE UNEVEN INCONSISTENT WAY THE LOWER 48 INCHES OR SO HAD BEEN REMOVED HE WOULD BE BETTER OFF TO FINISH REMOVING THE UPPER PORTIONS OF DRYWALL AS WELL AND INSTALL NEW DRYWALL. I EXPLAINED THAT WAY HE COULD BE ASSURED OF AN EVEN FINISH THROUGH OUT. HE DECLINED TO DO SO AND WE TOLD HIM WE CANNOT GUARANTEE A FLAWLESS FINISH. THROUGH OUT THE PROJECT I WAS AT CONFLICT WITH THE CUSTOMER BECAUSE HE WOULD FORGET ABOUT PREVIOUSLY DISCUSSED ISSUES. I FEEL THAT HE WAS NOT IN THAT GREAT OF A MOOD OR MEMORY IN THE MORNINGS FOLLOWING HIS NIGHT SHIFT JOB. WE COMPLETED OVER SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS OF EXTRA LABOR ISSUES THAT WERE NEVER MENTIONED OR INCLUDED IN THE SIGNED PROPOSAL AND WE NEVER CHARGED HIM. WHEN I MENTIONED THIS TO HIM AT THE END OF THE JOB HE BECAME VERY IRATE AND SAID "DON'T YOU KNOW WHAT A REMODEL IS ? ALL THAT STUFF SHOULD BE INCLUDED!" THEN HE PROCEEDED TO "FIRE ME" AS HE STATE'S AND GAVE ME THE FINAL PAYMENT. I'VE NEVER BEEN FIRED BEFORE BUT IT SURE FELT GOOD! I HOPE THAT YOU WILL READ ALL OF OUR REPORTS. AS MUCH AS WE TRIED, I REALIZE YOU CANT PLEASE ALL THE PEOPLE ALL THE TIME. THANK YOU HEARING OUR SIDE. CHUCK GAUTIER.

We called Chuck and made an appointment for a Friday morning to come out and give us a bid for remodeling our kitchen and bathroom. He arrived on time but than informed us his two co-workers/owners would be meeting him to take measurements for bid. They looked around, took measurements, and said they would send us a general bid via email. We received the bid the next week and it was competitive but we decided to go with another company that was just a little lower and could start earlier as Suncoast had a two week out scheduling timeline.
Description of Work: The bid was for a kitchen and bathroom in a 1000 sq. ft. 2/1 condo and include kitchen minus countertops the cost for labor, in stock cabinets from a home improvement store and construction materials will be $3752.00. The bid for the bathroom project included $3268.00 this includes basic in stock items from a home improvement store such as tub, toilet, new valve and hardware, vanity, wall and floor tile, light and mirror.

They did an excellent job for me. I had a major problem with water coming in the screen door and they solved the problem. It works great! Great bunch of guys! Great results!
Description of Work: I had new flooring fixed and they fixed a wall that had mildew and water damage. They also capped off some of the pillars that were leaking.
The room looks amazing!!! My husband and I could not be happier. It was very nerve wracking when we decided to do construction on our house. I spent a lot of long nights looking for contractors and wasted a lot of time meeting with contractors who were overpriced or just not a good fit for us. From the first time Chuck and his crew came to the house, I knew it was a perfect fit. He listened to what we wanted and then added his expertise and made the room look better then we could have imagined. I also loved that he was up front about the cost of labor and estimated the cost of materials. For the materials, he did everything he could to save us money and gave us all receipts and then we reimbursed him. The first day of construction, I meet him and the crew at Lowe's and he showed me everything he was using. I decided to upgrade a few things but I was still able to keep the cost down with Chuck's help. I was also amazed at how flexible he was. Throughout the process we changed a few things, but Chuck was able to work with us and did not get frustrated. This was great for us, since it was our first construction project ever, now we know what to expect for the next time. I HIGHLY recommend Suncoast Remodeling and will be using them in the future for our kitchen and bath. Possible to even add door trim and ceiling trim to the other part of our house to make it look as good as the new room.
Description of Work: My husband and I had about a 500 square foot back patio that we wanted to convert into a family room and bedroom. (The total cost included the cost of materials!!!!) Since the roof already extended over the porch, we basically needed some walls put up. We also wanted to remove two sliding glass doors and a window that was in the kitchen. These doors went into the new room so we wanted them finished. Chuck also put in three sets of French doors on the exterior wall and closed in another sliding glass door we had. We also put up a wall to divide part the new family room into part of our bedroom. In the bedroom part, we were planning on putting two windows on one wall. However, when I meet Chuck at Lowe's he found a great deal on a huge special order window and it was too good of a deal to pass up. Around all door frames, Chuck installed gorgeous door trim. He even added base boards and beautiful ceiling trim. The interior walls were finished with drywall and ready for painting. One of the best things is that my husband was still able to run speaker wire and security wire and Chuck and his crew worked around it and made holes for it in the drywall. On the exterior wall, we went with stucco. We also added a dog door on the exterior wall and it matched beautifully to our French doors.
