Denis and Pedja (Premier Pro Construction) were so great to work with. Denis asked me regularly if I had any concerns or problems and always wanted to make sure we were happy. They spent as much time as they needed to get it done correctly and I am so thankful for their commitment to quality. Denis told us upfront that they would not be at our house 8 hours a day every day and I respect the fact that they have a business to run and personal lives just as anyone else does. When they were here, they were always working hard. When the walls took longer to repair than expected, they worked efficiently to finish them as quickly as they could without sacrificing quality. We have 3 young children and a dog and they did everything they could to make this process less stressful for all of us. They tried to minimize the dust and mess and always cleaned up as much as possible before they left for the day. Denis and Pedja worked well with our counter/cabinet store. Denis offered to shop with us to help us pick out materials and their expertise in solving issues that came up proved to be invaluable. Our house is about 80 years old, so unexpected problems did come up. Denis and Pedja used their knowledge and skills to resolve them while listening to our concerns and keeping our budget in mind. We got about 4 other quotes before going with Premier Pro. It was hard to compare the estimates because they often included some of the materials (like flooring , lights, etc). We liked that Premier Pro gave us an estimate that was for labor and basic construction materials only. I think this gave us a better idea of what we were going to spend in the end. In summary, Premier Pro was great and did a wonderful job. They are hard working, ethical men who want to make you happy and perform quality work. They gave us a beautiful kitchen and we would definitely hire them again!

Overall everything was outstanding. Denis & Pedja worked with us from beginning to end.

Overall, the project went very well. Dennis completed his work on time, at the quoted rate. He is a very nice person to do business with. His expertise and work ethic were very much appreciated.

Dennis Trakilovic arrived at 6 pm--on time to give me "an estimate" on my 2-bedroom, 2 bath apartment. He was to install a new a/c, renovate the bathroom--replace the tub with a shower/retile/new toilets/vanity/fans in both bathrooms--,open up the kichen to the livingroom--redo counters & cabinets--, install washer/dryer (plumbing & electric), raise Florida Room floor 6-inches, re-floor whole condo. He seemed willing to do all tasks and told me he would email me an estimate in a few days. He also said he had time to do the work. I never heard from him again. No phone call, no email, no estimate. How "unprofessional" can you be. And he is the second contrator who had an "A" rating from Angie. These contractors have "no respect" for you at all.

Denis and his partner showed up on time and started to work on the day we had agreed on. They were very pleasant and addressed any concerns I had. They also we very respectful of my home. They came every day until the work was completed. The workmanship is excellent.

Denis and Page, I love these guys. They epitomize the work ethic that made this country great many years ago. I selected Premier Pro from the many contractors on Angie?s List because of their excellent reviews and ?Contractor of the Year? awards. It turns out I could not have picked better contractors. Honest, skilled, knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. They did all the work including carpentry, plumbing, electrical and coordinated the entire project including delivery and installation of the cabinets and granite (Oldja Enterprises). They performed many extra jobs that were not in the original estimate like building a shelf in the Dining Room for my wife?s collectibles, rebuilding 2 walls that crumbled when the cabinets were removed, installing a water line for the refrigerator, installing a disposer, installed a new ceiling fan, etc. etc. The best part is they did not charge me a penny extra for this work. Their final price was the original estimate. These guys are busy because of the fine work they do, but believe me they are very much worth waiting for. Bottom line is we now have a "Dream Kitchen" that everyone agrees is absolutely beautiful.

We had the bathroom totally remodeled!

I called them for am estimate and never received a call back. That was five days ago as of the date that I am writing this review. They were one of four companies that I had chosen from Angie's list for a bathroom remodeling job and the second one that I had called that required me to leave a message rather than talk to someone immediately.

Dennis first came to our home, he was prompt and courteous and willing to tackle everything we asked of him. He listened to our needs & wants in remodeling our kitchen. And it was obvious that he listened carefully to what we wanted. Because the design he presented included everything on our wish list, but tweaked to make it even better. Dennis was fantastic to work with. He met us at the granite yard an a design showroom and helped us to make our choices. He and his partner, Page, arrived at our home on time. They first completely covered all the openings with heavy plastic covers, They also covered all of the flooring. Then began the kitchen rip out of the soffit, old cabinets, plumbing fixtures, etc. They are neat workers. Each day they'd clean up the house and you could hardly tell that there was remodeling going on. They worked hard from the time they walked in, to the time they left at the end of the day. They did an excellent job. We felt like we got our money's worth. We were impressed not only with the quality of the work, but the quality of the people, too.. They were hardworking honest men, their attitude was very professional and they were very reliable. They are very trustworthy, and we were very comfortable with them in our home. They worked rapidly. They also performed the work within the scheduled time-frame, which was a major concern for us before we started the project. The kitchen is beautiful and my wife and I are very satisfied with the end result. We have since recommended them to three friends and neighbors.

Denise and Pedga ripped everything out of the bathroom and covered the horrible green wallpaper so the walls could be painted. They tiled the walls and the floor. Denis always helps us pick the tile and we totally trust his judgement on that. He suggested trim that we would not have thought to do and it was a really good idea. They installed the new vanity, the granite top, and all new fixtures and lighting. As always, they were friendly, professional, and highly skilled. We recommend them highly...would not even think about using a different firm for any future remodeling. They turned what surely was the most ugly bathroom on the planet into a gorgeous room we are proud to have.

Omega is a wonderful company to deal with! They do what they say they will do, when they say they will do it, and for the quoted price. They were in constant communication with us throughout the process so we knew of problems, solutions, progress, and their suggestions to make it better. They cared for our kitchen as if it were their own. And they are artists with tile. Selecting Omega as our remodelers is one of the best decisions we've ever made. We will now hire them to remodel a bathroom and do other work. We know remodeling can be a nightmare. With Omega, it is a dream. We recommend Omega for the Pages of Happiness.

Job went well. This the second time I have had the pleasure of working with Denis. The pictures before and after speak volumes of the work. I may have another project in the spring and I will call Denis first.

We just had our master bath remodeled totally with Omega and couldn't be happier with the end product. Our house was built in 1956 and the master bath added probably in the 60's and to our knowledge had never been updated (we have lived in our home for 10 years). The old bathroom had 2 parts with a pocket door to separate the vanity area and shower/toilet area and one part had a drop ceiling the other part didn't. After having Denis out a couple times for ideas on how to revamp, we trusted Denis' vision to take down the wall, level the ceiling to one type and Page had the idea to move the vanity. The end results are wonderful. When construction began during the demo it was discovered that we had rotted wood under the tiles in the shower and some ceiling damage due to Florida rodents being in there over the years periodically. Neither of these things were an issue for Denis and Page who handled it all professionally and beautifully. I 'had' to have a newer type of toilet and this required a valve change at the 11th hour (after the walls were up and painted), not an issue, a trip to HD and they handled it. I saw an additional type of shelf that I wanted in the shower on the internet and didn't know what type of shelf it was, Denis looked at it and figured out what we needed to do to give me more storage for the shampoo, soap bottles in the shower. Denis was always a call or text away even after hours or on the weekends.. thank you Mrs. Denis for sharing your family time with the customer! We never had a concern with Denis and Page being in the house, even though my husband was in the house most of the time due to him being retired, it would not have been an issue to not have been here. They were both very considerate of our home, our dogs, our 16 mos old granddaughter when she was here with grandpa a couple days and most important of our budget. They were both very considerate to clean up at the end of the day. We are very happy with our new bathroom and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who are looking for creative, hardworking professionals that take major pride in their work! First Dennis and his partner came to the house on a holiday to look at the job. He said he would e-mail an estimate and he did. I accepted his estimate, and we talked about when he was available to start work. Then he met me at the Home Depot near where I live, and I choose the materials for the job. Next he and his partner picked up the materials on the day that they were available to start the job, then the work began.

Review of Omega Remodeling, LLC Omega Remodeling , LLCwas one of several companies that I had contacted to remodel my bathroom. Omega had come highly recommended to me by friends and co-workers. Of the other three companies, I found them to be more professional and personable than the others. I received estimates from the other two companies and these were all considerably more. Also, these companies also would have to have sub-contractors do certain aspects of the work . After reviewing Omega's photos in their portfolio of past projects, I decided I would go with them, instead. The thought of dealing with just Denis and Mil seemed a natural choice. What I soon discovered was that I made the wiser decision. At all times, both Denis and Mil were extremely professional. After every day of work, they cleaned up. They were at all times professional, courteous, pleasant, and easy to work with. They were in contact with the home owner to discuss any aspect of the planning and construction. Their unerring eye for detail, coupled with their old-world craftsmanship and even budget-conscious suggestions help me create the luxury bathroom that I wanted. And if you are ready for this, the estimate they gave me was Half the price of any other company. This helped me obtain more high-end items like cabinets, marble, fixtures which I could not have obtained if I went with another company and still stay within my remodeling budget. Since I stayed well within my budget and saved enough for my other project - which of course, I chose Omega, LLC for it, as well. All in all, on this particular project I save about $3,000.00 even after purchasing high end materials and paying for labor. I have recomended Denis and Mil to all my friends and family- and can definitely recommend to you, the reader. Please await my coming photos I will place in here.

The owner of Cedarwood Remodeling LLC was a professional person. He came down to give me a quote. The estimate was for $1800.00. He gave a nice detailed invoice. He was on time and his estimate was very professional. It was to fix a water problem in the master bathroom too. I did not use him as I hired another company who I know for a long time to do this job.

We hired Denis and Milutin of Cedarwood Remodeling to remodel our main hall bathroom because they did an incredible job when they remodeled our master bathroom. We expected the same professionalism, reliability and craftsmanship that they exhibited when they remodeled our master. We got that and more this time around! Denis and Milutin arrived when they said, worked a full day, cleaned up after themselves meticulously and gave our 60's style bathroom the sunny, beach cottage look that we dreamed of! Denis is an expert at laying tile. He makes sure that every line is straight and even. We wanted to use a mural this time around inside the bath/shower. Denis installed it carefully and cleanly within the subway tile, without scratching the picture on the tiles. Denis noticed a tile was not exactly as he liked (he is a perfectionist!) and changed it. Milutin, a man of few words, speaks with his workmanship! We had a single sink made into a double which required adding new plumbing lines. We also moved wiring and added extra outlets. Milutin did all this and installed the ceiling and exhaust fans, extra outlets and mirrors over the sinks. He also installed lights over each mirror to replace the single one which was in the middle of the mirrors. Denis removed the existing tile on the floor and replaced it with new tile. Everything was done with the utmost professionalism and skill. Denis and Milutin are extremely pleasant and easy to work with. They answered our questions and concerns with patience and thoughtfulness. Denis answers his phone when you call and returns emails promptly. They work hard, expertly and go above and beyond. An example of this is with the cap that went on top of the bead board. Due to the design we picked out, our blinds not longer fit inside the window frame. We were going to take them out to be cut, not wanting to ask Denis and Milutin to do the cutting. Milutin quietly took the blinds outside, cut them to fit and reinstalled them. Additionally, our vanity was scheduled to come in on Friday. They finished their work on the Wednesday before. Denis said they would be back to install it on Saturday. It came in earlier than expected, on Thursday and, even though we scheduled them to come back on Saturday, Denis and Milutin came the next day, Friday, to install it. Additionally, they were respectful of our home and it's precious contents - our pets. Not only do they genuinely seem to like them, they were very, very careful not to leave doors open when they came in and out (which is often in a remodel) as one of my cats loves to run out. Cedarwood Remodeling, Denis and Milutin, are just the best! They do incredible work and know their craft. Their prices are very competitive. We look forward to working with them again on future renovations.

Dennis and Milutin moved all furniture and put down new flooring in less than two days. The job was neat and looks fantastic.

I was given the estimate a month prior to beginning work as I was still getting bids for the kitchen. I finally decided to go with Cedarwood and I made a good choice. Denis and his team showed up when promised and finished the project almost two days ahead of schedule. This was a rather complicated remodel as there was a wall that separated old kitchen with the dining room. That wall needed to come out as well as the opening for the new breakfast bar. We didn't think it was going to be a smooth process but it certainly was, or at least Denis made it look easy. The work was clean and precise. We had not yet moved into the condo, but Denis made sure that the work area was left clean and tidy after each work day. We also changed our mind several times as to how to go about the back splash but he never gave us a hard time when we would change our mind. All in all, it was a great experience and we think we got a lot of good quality and custom work for a fair price.

Denis quoted me a price over the phone to tile a 14x20 ft open patio. His price was very reasonable so I told him he could do the job. He came to my house early on a Saturday morning to look at the slab (I told him it had several cracks) and to go with me to purchase the tile, grout and thinset. He dropped off everything and then returned Monday to begin the job. The slab was very uneven but Denis worked diligently to try to level the surface as he installed the tiles. At the end of the day, he cleaned his work area and left everything very neat and clean. On the second day he returned to grout the tile. Once again at the end of the job he cleaned the area and left it very clean. Denis was very upset because there were a few edges that were not completely flat due to the condition of the slab. He wanted the job to be perfect. We reassured him that given what he had to work with he did a fine job. Denis is very professional and polite and takes pride in doing a good job. He arrives early and works without stopping to get the job done in a timely mannner. I would hire him again and will recommend his services to others.

Denis was part of the contractor team we hired to remodel our master bathroom. One of the most important features in the bathroom was the custom tile work of our shower stall and and bathroom floor. Denis was the primary person who did the tiling. We were concerned because the design we wanted wasn't basic tile work. Denis not only met but exceeded our expectations. His work was meticulous and detailed. Any time he had a question about placement of tile or any of the renovations, he would first consult with me, especially if it was something I wanted done which he thought might not look the way I expected. He was usually right! Denis was very easy to talk to and discuss changes with. He arrived bright and early every morning, worked all day, was extremely clean and neat while he worked. At the end of the day, he cleaned the work site and I was amazed to see him even sweeping my carport outside where they had taken out the debris from the demo. Denis did other work in the renovation as well and everything was professionally and beautifully done. My one concern about the project, unrelated to the project itself, was the safety of my three indoor cats who have been known to try to sneak out. Not only were Denis and the other contractors careful about closing doors behind them when they entered or left the house but often were seen petting them and our dog! Even though it is a master bathroom, it is very, very small. The renovations made it appear much bigger and by moving the toilet to the other side of the room, my outdated, ugly bathroom became modern and beautiful.

Five window sills were replaced which required chipping the old ones away, and replacing with measured new ones...the work was perfect and the clean up was superb.

The experience started with a timely estimae, a review of the estimate and finally with the pick up, installation and trimming out of the fiberglass residential door. The work is perfect, neat and the appearance is wonderful. Excellent professional I would recommend to anyone for this type of work. We will be having him do other work.

I had hired Denis prior to tile my whole house as we had old carpets thruout. He did such a wonderfull job that we also had him hired to remodel our kitchen. After carefully planning out the design, we went to Oldja Kitchen and Bath on US 19 and selected our cabinets. Meanwhile, Denis had removed the old kitchen and flooring and layed new tiles to match the existing ones. After kitchen arrived (had to be custom ordered), it was installed rather quickly but with enormous attention to detail. After a carefull inspection, I could not find a single inperfection where cabinets joined together as well as where spacers were. I also noticed that spacers, moldings and and other trim was not only pin nailed, but glued too. I thought that was extremelly professional. Then the granite countertops went in after which we had decorative tile backsplash installed. Afterall, it was a wonderfull experience and I would definitly hire Denis again for any major project that may arise.
