Description of Work: Had new furniture coming in and old furniture going out. In between what I needed was existing furniture moved to other rooms and a new bed frame set up. The 2 men (Charlie and Ron?) who showed up a little off schedule, but called to inform me they were running behind from another move, were very professional and efficient. They were careful moving my things and had to remove a door to fit a piece into another room. I was very pleased with them. I was a little surprised with the final bill since I had a slight misunderstanding with the estimate. Paul gave me a verbal estimate and I didn't completely understand the details. This could have been avoided with and electronic communication. Been awhile since I have hired movers so not familiar with current expenses. He did give an adjustment to their minimum hour requirement for which I was thankful. I wanted a reputable company who would show up when the said they would because every step of this process had to be coordinated. Thanks Paul.

Description of Work: Dennis and Carl provided us with a great move experience even though one of the employees called in sick. We had 2 men instead of the 3 men as quoted. However, the hourly rate was adjusted and we were very pleased with the move. Both Carl and Dennis worked quickly and also advised us when there was a short rain delay we would be not be charged for that time. Both men were very professional and courteous.

Description of Work: They moved me from St Pete Beach to Orlando. they were the only company to come out and do an in-home estimate. Let's get moving were very flexible, professional, and thorough. They were able to meet my needs, moved swiftly and efficiently. Let's get moving even helped me pack. I was so impressed with their service. My daughter told them where to put everything when they got to Orlando and I would be glad to use them again.

Description of Work: The guys were prompt and very personable. They moved us out of a 3 story townhouse and into our new home in a little over 4 hours. Nothing broken & nothing missing. Will definitely use them again!

Description of Work: The three man team was very professional and did a great job in moving my two bedroom home into a rental home. I would ask for the same team again.

Description of Work: Engaged lets Get moving to move my parents from Hernando County to Tampa. Three movers with truck arrived as scheduled and worked very hard to get everything loaded, drive to Tampa and unloaded in minimal time in order to stay within estimate. After arriving at destination, politely and professionally explained that the time may go over estimate. We agreed upon final price (within $100 of estimate, which was fine with me because my folks had A LOT of stuff) and they finished within the same day before dark. They were extremely polite while working exceptionally hard and treated my parents with upmost respect and courtesy.

Description of Work: The movers themselves did a fantastic job. BUT No one every mentioned there is a 3 HOUR MINIMUM ($90 an hour) until the bill was handed to me $270 + $90 service charge = $360. The movers felt very bad about it and called the owner. Needless to say the owner said he never had any problems with this before and it is written in the terms and conditions. I had called the company and spoke to several different people and had got a quote for 2 hours which was $270.00 That included the $90 service charge. Very unethical business practice.

Description of Work: They came to the house and loaded the truck and drove to Deland and unloaded the truck into a storage unit.

Description of Work: These guys did a great job all the way around with my cross town move. Easy to set up and schedule, good communication prior to the move date, movers showed up on time and ready to work. The crew was professional and careful with all of my belongings. My total move time was estimated at 5 hrs which I thought probably wasn't enough time and they were completely done in just under 4.

Description of Work: Moved my furniture out of the house into a POD and my garage while I had the wood floors refinished, then moved all the furniture back in. They worked very fast, shrink-wrapped all the furniture in plastic, used moving blankets, and were very professional. No problems at all. They got everything done in two hours for each of the moves for a four bedroom 2,200 square foot home of furniture, including a grand piano. No boxes needed moving.

Description of Work: A four man crew came to my residents and performed any and all tasks asked of them. It was the best moving experience of my life. I highly recommend this company for any moving need you might have. They even moved a very heavy piano that's been in my family for 90 years.
