They were wonderful. They did everything that was expected and my cats were still alive when I returned home and my home was still standing. My cats liked the girl and played with her and were happy when I returned. (they are usually mad at me at first) Even Peanut played and normally he doesn't warm up to anyone since I had a sitter that scared him about a year earlier. I was well pleased with service. My house was neat when I came home.. They kept the kitty dishes clean and water fresh. The entire litter area was also clean. I was impressed with service and also with the woman that runs the company.

Purchased a Big deal for FairyDust Services, Inc. I had them come to clean the house. I have used them before. I would recommend them if someone was needing their house cleaned.

It was great! Anna came out and she was extremely sweet. Gave her a quick tour and she got right to work and continued even a bit past 4 hours until she thought the whole house was completely clean. She was sweet with my toddler and dog also! Very polite, never stopped cleaning, and I felt as though I could leave and trust her in the house without me. Thanks fairy dust! My house looks great!

This was a very positive experience. Susan and Bianca did a tremendous job on a house that had been left very dirty and that had been home to several dogs and birds. They did an especially great job on the kitchen and bathrooms - I was amazed at how wonderful the kitchen appliances looked when they were done. They were very professional and courteous and brought all their own supplies and equipment. I was overall very satisfied with their professionalism and their attention to detail. I was so impressed I am thinking about setting up with a monthly service. I would recommend them highly.

They were very nice and I had the impression that they were excellent, but I had to cancel my trip to go out of town, so I didn't use their service.

Housecleaner comes to our home twice a month for general cleaning. She does a good job, not the best I've had but certainly not the worst I've had. She is a very polite nice person that gets right to work as soon as she gets here.

Communication starting with my phone call to FairyDust Services has been great. Anna was punctual and was not only professional and courteous but personable as well, and what an amazing job she did. Bathrooms were given a detailed cleaning, shower doors are spotless, ceiling fans are clean and everything has been dusted, vacuumed, mopped and/or wiped down. It feels so good to have my home this clean again. I highly recommend FairyDust Services for your cleaning needs....I know they will be coming back to my house. Thank you so much Donna and Anna for a job that goes way beyond well done :-)

I needed a good cleaning before moving out of my townhome and they did a superior job.

They did a wonderful job cleaning. Arrived promptly. I am using them from now on and would highly recommend.

Barb came out to meet our animals before we went away. We have a dog who does not take to people very often; she loved Barb. All of our animals do. Barb texted us daily to let us know how it was going which eased out mind immensely. We were also sent pictures. I have used Barb since and will continue to do so. I highly recommend FairyDust to anyone who wants to leave their beloved animals with people who truly care.

I called Fairydust a mere week before the Christmas holiday as my scheduled sitter canceled due to unforeseen circumstances. When I called Fairydust I left a message explaining the situation. Within 10 minutes I had a phone call from Donna the website's self-proclaimed "chief fairy." Donna was assertive and assured me that the late scheduling would not be a problem for her. She explained we would need to sit down together so she could discuss her services with me and meet the cats, so we made an appointment to do so that week. When Donna came to my house to meet my cats, I was very impressed with how thorough she was. Her questionnaire included questions I had never considered with other pet sitters. She was extremely detail oriented. She showed me a picture of my pet sitter and explained she does thorough background checks with all employees. She asked me questions about the cat's personalities, favorite treats, and routines. She asked me about my preferred animal hospital, and had further suggestions for emergency animal hospitals if something were to occur after hours. She was warm and friendly with the kitties, and I felt immediately at ease that my fur children would be well taken care of. My husband and I traveled to Vermont on Christmas eve, and on Christmas day, I received an email from Jessica, our pet-sitter, with pictures of the cats. I also received a text from Donna herself. I was so happy to receive those messages! I knew then that I was a big fan and dedicated customer of Fairydust. When we returned from our trip, there was a card from Jessica detailing the cats' adventures (some that included Jessica getting rid of lizards and such:). The cats were happy, the food and water were full to the brim, and their favorite treats had been eaten. I was and am still impressed. I can recommend this company (and already have) without hesitation.

The crew showed up on time, cleaned as promised and left. I would use them again, and might be more specific about the tasks I want them to complete.(eg.wash sliding glass doors etc>)

If I was going to use someone on regular basis the would be at the top of the list. The person I dealt with to schedule the appointment fit me in with short notice and the woman who came out did a wonderful job.

Very good experience with their pet sitting services. They have sat for us on several ocassions. They take care of clean up (my cat gets ill when alone) and leave good notes about what happened while we were gone. Never been told that no one was available during specific time frames, even when we've given short notice. Very happy with their services.

I thought it was going pretty well, however when I wrote to Donna to advise of some issues for the 2nd time she got very nasty with me and advised that I should look elsewhere for services. All I wanted was my house cleaned and she didnt even seem to want to discuss the issue after the 2 time I complained about some cleaning.

I was very disappointed that only one cleaner was provided. The lady that was sent was pleasant but 4 hours was insufficient time to perform all the tasks necessary. I believe that, even at a reduced rate, I was way overcharged.

Overall the experience was excellent. We paid a good bit because there was one person cleaning vs the typical 2 at $55 per hour. However, our first priority was the date for the work to be performed; had we scheduled the cleaning a day or two later two people could have been sent thus probably cutting the cost to around $250 or so. I called and got this scheduled in less than a week, which was of more benefit to me, as the house needed to get on the market by a certain timeframe, and our availability to be present at the house was limited. The actual work performed included cleaning every room, appliances, mop floors, etc. very detailed and thorough cleaning was done. The employee was punctual and on time, and up front in terms of how long the job would take with just one person. The process of contacting them and scheduling the cleaning was also quite easy; the owner herself handled this. Overall I would recommend them to anyone, they were honest, responsive, and did an excellent job at a competitive price.

Two women cleaned our home. They arrived on time, were friendly and exceeded our expectations. They went above and beyond to ensure our house was spotless. The sinks, toilets, appliances...everything looked new by the time they left. We will definitely use this service again!

They were professional and very nice people.

Linda Brown, the owner of Fairy Dust, was very professional and thorough when she came over to meet us and our furry family members. She has that special animal empathy indicative of a true pet lover. I instantly felt comfortable with her, as did our dog and cat. Our cat typically hides from strangers but made a bee-line for Linda as soon as we settled at our dining room table to complete the comprehensive information Linda gathers from her clients to ensure that everything is very clear. She has a photo album of all her employees with their pets that she showed us so we could see who would be taking care of our babies, which I really appreciated. Patti was the pet sitter Linda selected for us. We still have not met Patti, even though she has taken care of our babies twice now, but I really like her. She takes pictures of our boys and sends them to us via text messages while we are away and she leaves us very nice / personal handwritten notes regarding the time she spent with our boys when we return. I have never used a pet sitter before but after dealing with Fairy Dust I wonder why I waited. Our pets get to stay in their own homes for a week, instead of a cage at some Vet clinic. It's a no-brainer. We're so glad we found FairyDust, as they are fantastic, reliable, trust worthy pet lovers!

She said that they don't do the organizing any more and couldn't tell me what the prices for feng shui were. She was a bit brusque with me over the phone. When I told her what area I lived in, she said she didn't even service my area. I certainly didn't expect that tone from someone who is highly rated with Angie's List. I would not recommend them, based on this.

They cleaned fine. However they did not do a good job on my plantation blinds. The owner argued with me about the cleanliness of the blinds without even seeing them.

I fortunately discovered the Angie's List 'Big Deals' and that's how I found FairyDust Services, Inc. I sent them an e-mail with my coupon code and Donna immediately returned my e-mail. Without hesitation she setup an appointment and Kris arrived as scheduled. I showed her around the home and she didn't waste any time and got to work. The coupon was for four hours of cleaning; however, I think she went over that time but I won't tell Donna. The bottom line is she did a great job and I will absolutely go to FairyDust Services again. Additionally, I've already spoken highly of their service to coworkers. I absolutely recommend and endorse this company.
