Description of Work: One person cleaned two small bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room and kitchn. Initial visits include a more deep cleaning - tubs, shower doors, heavy dusting etc as well as usual dusting, vacumming, and surface cleaning. The person did the cleaning in 2-3 hours. Overall, a good job. Am very pleased with the service and the company.

Description of Work: I bought the 150 full house cleaning from Fairy Dust and was so satisfied with their services that I contracted for weekly cleaning. I am not only pleased with their cleaning services but also the pet sitting services they provide. Having a rather large dog for a pet it was important to me to find a service that placed an importance on a pet being a part of the family and was comfortable around my baby. So I am not only confident that my home is well taken care of but my pet is as well.

Description of Work: MAID TO ORDER AND FAIRY DUST HAVE THE SAME OWNER AND SAME CLEANERS. THE CREW THAT INITIALLY CAME WERE CLEAR ROOKIES AND DEMANDED EXTRA HOURS AND I ENDED UP BEING CHARGED AN EXTRA $100 PLUS DOLLARS. THE UNACCEPTABLE PART IS THAT THE RENTAL AGENT THAT HANDLES THIS UNIT SAID THAT THERE WERE SEVERAL DEFICIENIES I HAVE TO PAY FOR AGAIN TO MAKE THE UNIT RENTABLE INCLUDING THOSE THINGS I ALREADY OVER PAID FOR. I RECEIVED PICTURES FROM MY RENTAL AGENT AND I HAVE TO AGREE. IAM EMBARASSED THAT I PROVIDED THEIR NUMBER TO A GOOD FRIEND WHO ALSO ENDED UP PAYING MORE THAN $300 FOR A WHOLE HOUSE CLEAN.

Description of Work: The cleaning went well. She was very professional and quiet. No small talk. No relationship was established to want to schedule more regular cleanings. My home was fairly clean at the time so there wasn't a big before and after. I would probably only use for special occassions. I purchased a coupon through Angie's list which made the pricing reasonable based off the amount that needed cleaning.

Description of Work: FairyDust performed a whole house deep clean for us that we purchased as part of an Angie's List deal in anticipation of a new baby on the way. They spent the entire day cleaning and the house looked incredible afterwards. The two women cleaned things we didn't even expect them to get to that previous cleaners had ignored (high shelves, pot rack, pictures, baseboards, vacuumed furniture and pet beds, etc). They were great about working around me (I work from a home office) and were mindful of our pets while cleaning. We liked them so much we're going to continue with them as our regular cleaners. We also appreciated that they use natural cleaning products that left a light pleasant fragrance. They even checked in after the fact to ask what we thought of the work - I really appreciate their quality control!
